I have another question. Could Elizabeth use her Hexfire Amulet to cast a Ranged Fire Damage 9 (Extra: Accurate)? Since the PL is capped at 10, she would only get a +11 to her attack roll, right? (...instead of a +12.)

There are no light source other than the flashlight. It's reasonable to assume there is no one around now, but if the lights and radios went out, there are probably some guards heading this way since you are right outside security central. There is a chance someone might walk into your poison cloud...

Is Elizabeth able to see a certain radius around her? I know she has a flashlight, but is there any other light-source that allows her to see in the near vicinity? She wants to make sure that if she decides to us an AoE attack, that she won't hit an innocent bystander.
