Kitone has served the royal family of Leonis since she was young, but the truth of the matter is that she was bought into that service. A shinobi girl who serves Leonis. Originally from Saiga, she was sold into the kingdom's service at a young age but was moved by the warmth of Lilyth and the others, swearing to serve Leonis for life. She is especially thankful to Mont, for whom she is starting to develop feelings of more than just gratitude.

An Ultra Rare grade unit from the War Of The Visions mobile game I've recently become addicted to, Kitone is a very mobile and powerful unit capable of traveling extremely far (She has up to 5 Mv where the standard is 3) and was the start of the Evade Meta that permeated the PVP environment since she bad both decent health and an INSANE evasion rate that let her just ignore every attack that wasn't auto-hit as well as a very capable damage dealer.

To that end, it's a bit hard to mimic that in MnM, especially since Defense is just terrible in MnM, but she was made at PL10 instead of my usual standard PL8, since UR cards are generally just that much more powerful when fully leveled up. Where a normal Mega or Super Rare unit would be PL 9 and PL 8 receptively she's 3-4 ranks more evasive than both and just about as tough as their best.

I ended up building this since I've been hooked on the game recently and was lucky enough to pull Kitone early on even after her event ended so she's been my Main for most of the game and she basically just carries nearly all the rest of the team. She rushes in, stabs the biggest threat to death then runs around under her stealth skill to stab the rest and let the others clean up anything that barely manages to survive when they eventually manage to toddle over with their pitiful 3mv.

Edit: slight changes to the powers and accuracy were made since some actually didn't have accuracy associated to them or weren't throw based. Once again the Attack split rears it's ugly head.

Accident Prone: As part of their strange luck the Circumstantial Idiot is prone to suffering from frequent accidents and bouts of clumsiness. Attacks that would normally miss an ally tend to strike him, or he bumbles into the way of attacks aimed at their foe, in either case they are struck or suffer some embarrassing mishap.
Power Loss - Schrodingers Loser: Most of the Circumstantial Idiot's ability comes from their oddly bipolar luck. Skills, abilities, and powers may backfire at random and will often fail if used too often.
Relationship - Unwanted Harem: There are usually 2 or more girls close to the Circumstantial Idiot with some sort of interest or relationship with them. Usually this is to his detriment as their interests in him run counter to his own or their presence leads to misfortune for him in some manner. Examples include violent tsunderes, creepy stalkers, overly affectionate sisters, underage girls with crushes, and cross-dressing boys who look way too good in a skirt.
Reputation - Pervert: Due to their frequent accidents the Circumstantial Idiot has gained a nasty reputation as a pervert. Exactly how warranted this reputation is is debatable, but even close friends and allies will often doubt their claims when it comes to such circumstances.

A remake of a previous build. This build has been made to fit a lower PL of 5. A few other alterations have been made to align with others in such a low PL such as the removal of some powers and the increase in others.

One of the most common archetypes in romantic comedy manga, the (un)lucky everyman who's placed in the middle of harem shenanigans and suffers for the amusement of the readers. Despite his constant torment he's still the subject of envy from nearly any man, both in and out of universe.

The Circumstantial Idiot is a low PL, unskilled, and usually non-combative guy who tends to soak up damage and abuse but bounce back with comedic looking injuries not really any worse for the wear. He tends to have incredible luck, both good and bad, which stretches one's ability to believe such coincidences as repeatedly landing face or hands first into the cleavage of the nearest female.

Perhaps the most infamous of the character archetype is Keitaro Urashima from Love Hina, who is probably the most perfect example of what the trope is. A bumbling, nerdy, and kind hearted guy who is prone to tripping over his own two feet into some sort of misunderstanding, he is forced by circumstances beyond his control to cohabitate with a large cast of attractive females who initially hate him but are eventually won over as he helps them improve their lives. Other examples include Ataru Moroboshi from Urusei Yatsura, Tenchi from Tenchi Muyo, and various other Harem comedy manga.

This is a loose conversion of old Mecha and Manga archetype, taking inspiration from it rather than attempting a 1 to 1 translation. I also included module options to insert for common variants of the Circumstantial Idiot.

Outside of her small clique of loyal sycophants few would go very far to support her or help her without some form of repayment and definitely would not do so if it would put themselves at risk. Many of her followers would willingly betray her for a chance to steal her spot as top bitch.
Power Loss - Small Pond: Heather's influence doesn't go very far beyond the school and it's students. As small as the town or city may be she has no real authority outside of her fellow students and can't use any of her social attacks against real authority figures.

Notes
An achetypical Rich Bitch from a highschool movie and retrain of a previous build.

Originally an NPC character from the 2e Mecha and Manga expansion, the archetype this build was based on was the Japanese "Ojo-sama". The "Ojo-sama" character is essentially a spoiled rich girl, haughty and proud, acting like nobility. It bears many similarities to the more American version, a generic popular bitch who attempts to ruin the female lead with a few key differences. The Japanese version tends to act with poise and grace, projecting an image of a noble lady of good upbringing while being catty and petty behind closed doors, the American version is often much more shameless acting like a spoiled party girl doing what she wants for her own amusement. The original build sadly captured neither, while it bared some similarities to the rival girl from the old Anime OVA Project AKO it focused more on poorly copying her gimmick of using power armor to face the stupidly strong heroine over the concept of a typical school girl rival. To that end the original character design is pretty much non-existent in this build, sharing at most a name as it was redesigned from the ground up. After seeing a the popularity of a particular musical I decided to lean towards the American version of the character trope. So now instead of Rival-Chan she's Heather Berry the queen bitch of Weeb Academy.

The Schoolgirl Nemesis is a popular highschool girl, daughter of wealthy but neglectful parents. She's vain, hedonistic, and something of a sadist who loves to assert her dominance as the top of the social ladder. She likely dates a hot, if dumb, jock boyfriend who either acts as her muscle or is ignorant of her darker side and thus will be stolen away by the new transfer student. She is almost always accompanied by 1-3 lesser versions of herself, minions who vary between eager lapdogs desperate for attention from her or scheming rivals more than willing to backstab her and take her place as top bitch.

Tragic Backstory: The Aspiring Idol has suffered quite a lot in her life. Dead family members or childhood friends are the norm. She will freeze up and have a panic attack when reminded of them.

The Aspiring Idol is a fairly common character type in anime, and tends to appear in many different sorts of genre and power leveled settings. From Mecha, to Slice of Life, to fantasy the generals of the archetype remain the same.

Idols, as a concept, are something that is wholly Japanese with no real American equivalent. While celebrity status is close it isn't quite the same, as American concept of celebrity is often obsesses with those "famous for being famous" and are often the subject of ridicule Idols are Stars; actors, singers, models, and public figures to be admired. The Aspiring Idol is a young girl who wants to inspire others, becoming a shining star that touches the hearts of others. They don't necessarily care for nor shun the limelight they've gained but rather they perform because it is the thing they love to do. They can be sweet or haughty but there's usually a sense of loneliness about them, a vulnerable side they keep hidden.

Idols tend to act as support for more powerful characters in anime, distracting enemies, providing motivation, and acting as the diplomat. Often times many people don't understand her works, or even find them insane and weird, but she doesn't care. She also has a need to make her outfits perfect and to fix any fashion disasters in her sight.
Quirk - Melodrama: Any small thing tends to earn a great reaction, because if she does anything she must put her everything into it. The slightest inconvenience is a world ending disaster, a 4/5 star review is the same as the nastiest insults, breaking up with her boyfriend of the week is the greatest of tragedies that should be recorded in poems sung for generations to come.
Quirk - Narcissism: As someone who's going to be in the fashion industry it wouldn't due for her looks to be lacking. Her appearance must be as perfect as the clothing she makes, she is MAJESTIC! The Fashionista, a common character archetype in highschool and media aimed at young girls. She's a passionate and emotional girl, giving her all to her art.

She is often depicted as vain, egotistical, melodramatic. Depending on where she falls in line in terms of alliances with the main character the rest of her personality can differ dramatically. She's rarely an antagonist or villainous in her own right, though she may start out nominally against the protagonist. More often then naught she's an alley, and given more positive traits to balance out her negative ones which are themselves usually shown more as quirks than character flaws. She becomes hotblooded when her craft is concerned, working herself to exhaustion in the pursuit of perfection. A career requiring such charisma and people skills granting her amazing insight and perception allowing her to pick up on subtle cues.

One of the staple characters of a Highschool setting, the Star Athlete is probably the most easily recognized stock character despite how varied they can be.

A sports obsessed jock or tomboy the Star Athlete is very headstrong aggressive. This is not always portrayed negatively, usually being portrayed as passion and dedication in more heroic variants. They are usually not seen as very intelligent though just as often are not portrayed as being exceptionally dimwitted outside of minion variants. They are fairly charismatic regardless of the variant, being rather popular and well liked among their cliques.

The Male Star Athlete can be either villainous or heroic, the villainous version is normally the default in series where the main character, the New Guy, is a male. He can also be villainous should the female lead, the New Girl, be romantically involved with someone else, in which case his position tends to be in the form of an unwitting minion to the School Girl Nemesis or a romantic rival for the male lead to try and attract the New Girl.

The Female Star Athlete is almost always heroic, and at worst serves as rival or temporary enemy. She most often appears with a female lead character or sports series as the token girl and The Ringer. She's a tomboy with a distaste for girly things, acting like one of the boys and a need to prove herself as not just as good but better.

She is a gloomy and somewhat unnerving girl with an obsession for things most would hesitate to associate with. Horror, gore, witchcraft, and other such dark things are her passion, something that drives away most people before they even attempt to get close to her.

Her strange hobbies has led to her developing a great many useful skills. She often employs her hocus pocus through the use of trickery such as Smoke and Mirrors or misdirection of some kind. She is also a source of information, often watching her classmates with keen eyes and greater intellect than most would assume of one who believes in the things she does.

Enemy - The Establishment: As a rebellious punk the Rocker Girl hates the establishment or any entity that tries to control how she can express herself.
Honor - Rocker: Rocker Girl has a certain code of conduct she adheres to. She will accept any and all Rock Challenges given and will honor any bets made on them. She detests "Sell Outs" and refuses to act like one under any circumstances. When coming on some kind of windfall she seeks to spread the joy, not through donations or charity, but by throwing an epic party.
Motivation: Recognition: Rocker Girl wishes to take her band to the top of the charts and someday become famous.
Weakness - Lameness: Rocker Girl is weakened by advanced lameness. If exposed to something exceedingly uncool she will become weakened. Notes:
The Rocker Girl, also known as the Punk, Skater Girl, The Rebel or The Garage Bander. A popular character in a Highschool setting, her importance depends on the type of plot. In more a more general setting she is often a minor character who will return for the Climax to play with her band at some big event during or after the main character's victory to showcase the students newfound freedom to express themselves. However there are quite a few movies and anime that make music and joining a band a main focus, where the plights of trying to make it big, staying true to yourself and your art, and a desire to touch the hearts of others with your music will result in a journey of self discover for her and her clique of bandmates that ultimate culminates in them using music to showcase their unity and integrity while simultaneously kicking the establishment down a peg and showing you can't control human expression.

The Rocker Girl is very much a character that speaks for the strength of human creativity and spirit, used to demonstrate a love for passion and the arts and their ability to inspire others. She is similar to the Idol in many ways, however she contains an edge to her that the more prim and proper Idol does not. Where an Idol is gentle and part of a greater organization relying on managers, producers, and other adults to help her reach her new heights, the Rocker Girl is more about personal expression and pursuing the things you enjoy regardless of others opinions, she has an anti-establishment element and speaks to rebel culture.

In build terms, the Rocker Girl is similar to the Idol, with many supporting abilities and high presence and social skills. However she's a bit less social-fu focused, specializing differently, and adding a much more personal combat ability. Her musical abilities are somewhat similar but geared less towards direct support and more towards debuffing the opponents. Live Performance grants her the ability to become a large area distraction or apply social skills over a very large group. Party Hard is her ability to summon large crowds or mobs of her fans among the student body, the Self-Powered Flaw can act similar to a Source Flaw, allowing the crowd to gather instantly if a large number of students are present already. Rock Ballad is basically a blanket immunity to the emotional powers many Highschool characters use, and is a means to uplift the spirits of those hearing it as the cast their cares away.

I read all these, but forgot to comment, lol. The Fashionista is the one I'm least familiar with- I don't watch enough anime to recognize that one. The Schoolgirl Nemesis, though is a stock character almost anywhere, but manga typically shows them as so powerful even the TEACHERS are afraid of them. The one "Schoolgirl Romance" anime I've seen- Peach Girl- features just such a character- a short, pale girl who is excellent at making the tall, athletic main girl look like a bullying brute just by acting like a "Wounded Gazelle" ("Everyone will blame the lion").

Have you read much of Slam Dunk or that one baseball manga that was super iconic and popular?

I'm surprised you know those, they were back in the Tokyo Pop era of Shoujo manga domination before it collapsed and nearly crippled the manga industry in the west. I remember reading Peach Girl and liking it, it had some interesting twists in the romance and characters as time went on but I've long since forgotten any details about the plot other than some vague memories on how diabolical the rival girl was. Slam Dunk was one I remember due to the crossdressing aspect, where the main heroine was pretending to be a guy. The obvious future winner guy knew ahead of time which always annoyed me, mostly because I felt for the best friend who actually grew to like the heroine over time and had to go through a whole thing about accepting that despite his initial inclinations the one he found himself falling for was a "boy" and coming to terms that his feelings existed regardless of gender.

As for the Fashionista, that's less an anime thing and more a stock character for the "teen girl" cartoons in western animation. Mostly I modeled it off of Rarity from MLP and a bit of Edna Mode.
