Complications
- Accident: Primrose has the ability to create vast amounts of water by combining the Oxygen and Hydrogen atoms in her surroundings. This unfortunately also means that she can potentially cause small floods, or even accidentally electrocute herself if the water she has created were to come into contact with downed power lines or other tech-based hazards.
- Codename: Much like every other hero, Primrose operates under a codename when performing heroics in order to protect her civilian identity. In this case hers happens to be Aquagirl, and she is at the current time, the first person to use said codename.
- Enemy: Much like her half-brother, Primrose would be wise to consider the Dark Lord known as Voldemort her enemy, due to the fact that it may very well have been her who he had been targeting all those years ago and not her brother.
- Fame: Primrose is possibly more famous than her father within coastal communities on the surface world for the simple fact that she is young, highly attractive, and as far as any of the boys in those communities can discern, completely and utterly single.
- Honor: Primrose follows a strict code of honor when it comes to fights, and even when not fighting. She obeys the rules of fair play and hospitality, and may even pick up other odd and restrictive rules to add to her code of honor as she gets older.
- Motivation: Protector: Primrose is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She willingly puts herself at risk to defend innocents and those she cares about.
- Relationship: Primrose is the daughter of Lily Evans and Arthur Curry, which in turn means that she is Third in line to the Throne of Poseidonis, the Central Kingdom of Atlantis. It also means she is the niece of Prince Orm, and granddaughter of Queen Atlanna. Furthermore, she is the Half-Sister to Chadwick Potter, the so-called "Boy Who Lived."
- Rivalry: With her half-brother Chadwick Potter. In fact the rivalry is intense enough that it could even be compared to the one which exists between her father Arthur and his own half-brother, Orm.
- Temper: Primrose is a tempestuous young lady, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when she is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

Complications
- Disability: Scales has no legs, and is therefore Speed Impaired when removed from the water. The exception to this is if she happens to be employing her Prawn Fighter in order to move around in the surface world, but using a Prawn Fighter in a surface urban center is about as subtle as the City Destroyers from Independence Day.
- Honor: Scales is part of a proud warrior culture and is therefore inclined to treat her enemies in as honorable and respectful a manner as she possibly can, provided of course that they do the same.
- Motivation: Patriotism: Scales feels it is her solemn duty to help further the causes and goals of the Fishermen Kingdom, but also the Atlantean Empire as a whole.
- Relationships: Scales is the daughter of Queen Rina and the late King Ricou, both of the Fisherman Kingdom. In the wake of the death of her father, Scales has ascended to the Throne of her kingdom, but is in reality merely a puppet of the man calling himself "Ocean Master."
- Weakness: Scales will dehydrate when away from water for an extended period of time, becoming impaired, disabled, and finally incapacitated before her condition becomes life threatening. Immersion in water immediately removes all accumulated conditions.

Complications
- Guy Magnet: One of the less pleasant, at least as far as Fleur is concerned, aspects of being a Veela, is that she tends to attract the attention of the more repulsive members of the human species without even trying, and the more desireable members of that same species tend to be able to ignore her presence.
- Motivation: Recognition: Fleur has entered the Triwizard Tournament as a means of proving that Veela are capable of being more than "Just another pretty face" within Wizarding Society.
- My Sister is Off Limits: Fleur will seriously hurt any boy who tries to put 'the moves' on her ten year old sister, and would be downright homicidal towards anyone who dares use her sister's naivety in order to take advantage of her.
- Phobia: Fleur is absolutely TERRIFIED of brooms, despite the fact that she grew up within the Wizarding World. She is not however, terrified of magical creatures that are large enough to carry passengers and which can fly... Unless they happen to be a highly dangerous sort of magical creature.

- Tsundere: Fleur tends to be rather standoffish towards people when in public, unless that person is her sister. But if it is someone she cares about and they manage to find a way to get her alone, she becomes a very open and loving person.

A Black Star Rises
Premise: “For hearts long lost and full of fright / For those alone in Blackest Night / Accept our gem and join our fight / Love conquers all with violet light!”
Required Inclusions:
- Bellatrix’s marriage to Rudolphus Lestrange must be a loveless, arranged sham of a marriage.
- Because of that fact, Bellatrix must have begun to lose her faith in love, drawing the attention of a Star Sapphire Gem.
- Somehow, Bellatrix must have been in Little Whinging, and more specifically on Privet Drive, the night that Harry is left on the Dursley’s doorstep.
- The Star Sapphire Gem must not arrive at Bellatrix’s location until she has picked the toddler up off of the doorstep.
- The Star Sapphire Gem must in some way affect both Bellatrix and Harry, probably due to their physical proximity to each other.
- Due to the Gem’s influence and possibly because of her own feelings on the matter, Bellatrix must decide to adopt Harry as her own child.
- Due to her knowledge of what would happen if she returned to Ruddy with Harry in her company, Bellatrix must decide to flee Wizarding Britain.
- Bellatrix must opt to instruct Harry in magic herself, rather than having him attend a school for magic; although it is advised to have Bella act as a guest lecturer at such a school.
Preferred Inclusions:
- The Star Sapphire Gem’s initial programming being altered in some way due to having come into contact with the magic of Lily’s sacrifice.
- It is preferred that Bellatrix and Harry gain the ability to perform magic wandlessly due to their exposure to the combined power of Lily’s sacrificial magic and the Violet Light.
- Bella and Harry remaining independent from the Star Sapphire Corps, even if they are on friendly terms with the members thereof.

Complications
- For Hearts Long Lost: Bella still occasionally suffers from bouts of depression brought on by nightmarish memories of what her life was like before Harry entered it. During these times she isn't properly able to channel the Violet Light due to not having the proper emotional state of mind to do so.
- Motivation: Thrills: Beyond her wish to spread love throughout the universe, Bella really just wants to have fun with her life. That is largely why she purchased a home that has the ability to use muggle technology and has had it outfitted with all the latest in both muggle and magical entertainment features.
- Relationships: Bellatrix is the eldest sister of the three Black Sisters, the daughter of Cygnus and Druella Black, as well as being the de facto head of the House of Black, even if her cousin Sirius is the Head of said House in a purely legal sense of the concept. She is also the adoptive mother of Harry Potter by means of a bizarre form of Blood Adoption that occurred when the Star Sapphire Crystal first made contact with Bella due to Harry having been in her arms at the time.
- Reputation: Star Sapphires: When the Zamarons first found the planet they now call home, they found a large crystalline structure located between two mummified bodies. They immediately decided that crystal was the ultimate expression of love, never realizing it to be a parasite that would lower the inhibitions of anyone it came into contact with to exceedingly horrific levels. This has led to a situation where each of the five women, excepting Bellatrix, who has one of these crystals has become obsessed with one specific person to the point where at least one of those women encased an entire planet in violet crystals so she could always be with her 'lover' after she finally snagged him. This has made most people extremely cautious when dealing with anyone who draws power from one of those gems the way Bella does. Hers however has been rendered far less yandere than the others thanks to Lily's sacrificial magic.
- Reputation: Wizardkind: Within Wizarding Britain, Bella is largely presumed to have been in league with the Death Eaters, even if that isn't actually the case. While she was married to Rodolphus Lestrange at the time that Voldemort was active, she never actually took the Dark Lord's mark, nor did she actively participate in any D.E. functions.
- Rivalry: Due to the fact that they each have differing views about what love means and how it is to be spread, it can be said that Bellatrix is the rival of her fellow Star Sapphire, Carol Ferris, even if Bella doesn't view the girl as an enemy per se.

Build Comments: According to J.K. Rowling, a Bludger is an iron ball with a ten inch diameter, meaning that if it is solid iron it should weigh about 149 lbs. Logically speaking this means that their damage rank should be a minimum of 13, but given how frequently we hear about people surviving hits to the head by these things, their actual damage rank has to be lowered to the absolute minimum for conventional artillery, which is a 7. This is why Bella's Violet Bludger power is ranked at a 7, as it is a faithful reproduction of what I believe a Bludger would look like if it were to actually be built as a power effect.

Also, Tri-Star Amore Mio is named as such because it fires three energy beams at Bella's target(s), one from each of her hands and a third from the gem located in her tiara. It is not necessarily intended to be a reference to FGO, despite that being where I got the name for the attack.

Fairy Knight Brainstorm & Notes

Fairy Knight
Premise: Having been cast aside in favor of her brother, one young girl will go on a journey of discovery that takes her far from the land of her birth and in doing so make friends and allies that have far more power than Wizarding Britain could ever hope to match.
Required Inclusions:
- This fic must incorporate a Wrong Boy Who Lived, whose name will be Chadwick Potter.
- Blodwyn ‘Wyn’ Potter must be a mutant, and (seemingly) a squib after Voldemort’s attack on the Potters.
- Wyn must run away from the Dursley family, who she had been living with in the aftermath of the attack, after her mutation begins manifesting. This is largely due to two significant changes to her appearance that the mutation causes.
- While living on the streets, Blodwyn must befriend a young Emma Frost.
- Emma must help Wyn, either by bringing her supplies, or else by bringing her home with her. Regardless, the act of helping her, will cause Blodwyn to follow Emma loyally.
- When Emma joins the Hellfire Club as the White Queen, Wyn must join as the White Knight.
- The primary pairing for this fic must be Blodwyn / Emma. Although. additional pairings are encouraged.
- Emma must return to Wizarding Britain with Wyn when it is discovered that ‘Wyn is the one who is prophesied to defeat Voldemort.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Blodwyn saves Emma’s life with her mutant abilities when they first meet.
- Obviously, this scenario will be using a female version of Harry Potter.
- Wyn’s mutant abilities revolving around the manipulation of plants, wood, etc… with the added perk that it is derived from a connection to the Fey Folk.

- Please Stop Calling Me That: Blodwyn would prefer it if people used affectionate of 'Wyn' while speaking to her. Unfortunately, most people tend to ignore her preferences because she doesn't do anything to punish people for using her full first name the way someone like Nymphadora Tonks would.
- Plot Device: The Effect Ranks of Blodwyn's Fairy Magic array are treated as though they are 2 ranks higher than depicted in this stat block whenever she attempts to use them in any location where an Insular Celtic Language is the native dialect. This largely means: England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, etc... This is allowed to break Power Level Limits in the same way that Extra Effort would for the simple reason that Blodwyn would rather avoid those countries if she can help it.
- Relationships: Blodwyn is the daughter of Lily and James Potter, the elder twin sister of Chadwick Potter, and the cast off savior of Wizarding Britain. She is furthermore, the best friend of Emma Frost and as of recently also her girlfriend.
- Weakness: Blodwyn is Toughness Impaired when defending against attacks made using purely iron weaponry. Furthermore, when she is physically touching pure iron or in an area where large quantities of such metal exist, she is considered to be Effect Disabled on her Fairy Magic powers.

- Demeaning Perception: Emma isn't afraid to flaunt her feminine attributes, which sometimes draws unwanted attention and allows others to make ill-informed judgments regarding her character.

Complications
- Accident: It is possible for Kurt to teleport into an object or even another person, however doing this tends to really, really hurt. Both for Kurt and for whomever or whatever he is teleporting into. If he does do such a thing, then both Kurt and the object or person in question, must make a Fortitude check against DC 15 + the other party's Toughness score, as per the rules for Fortitude Damage. This effect uses the "Affects Objects" rules. Normally the only way for such a situation as this to occur, is if Wanda Maximoff messes with Kurt's powers in some way.
- Chicks Dig the Fuzzy Dude!: When a man looks at Kurt's true form, they usually see a demonic abomination. When a girl sees Kurt's true form, all they see is a big ball of fuzz that they want to hug and squeeze and cuddle. Not even his foster-sister, Rogue is immune to this effect, even if she knows better than to act on it.
- Motivation: Thrills: One of Kurt's most defining traits is that he is a party animal, and he always tries to enjoy himself even while on otherwise dangerous missions.
- Phobia: Kurt is terrified of letting normal people know what he really looks like when not on missions, and will generally refuse to turn off his image inducer when in social situations.
- Prejudice: While Kurt possesses all the qualities that are required to learn magic at an institution such as Hogwarts, he'd likely be banned from ever touching a wand if he showed his true form in any Wizarding Commune the world over.
- Quirk: Kurt is obsessed with science fiction shows, as is his fellow X-Man, Scott Summers. Both are known to make references to such noteworthy shows as 'Star Trek' and 'Star Wars' while on missions together.
- Relationship: Kurt's biological parents are Azazel of the Neyaphem and Mystique. Through Mystique he has acquired a foster-sister who goes by the name of Rogue and who is also a member of the X-Men. He is also best friends with both Scott Summers and Katherine 'Kitty' Pryde.
- Rivalry: With Todd Tolansky, otherwise known as Toad. Their rivalry with one another was established the day they met.
- Temper: Don't pull his tail, and don't steal his Image Inducer. In fact, doing the latter tends to cause him to go completely berserk.

Wizarding Communes: I use the term 'Commune' hear, because it actually fits the societal behavior of Wizarding Britain for two entirely different reasons. The very obvious reason is that they've effectively cut themselves from mundane society. However, the less obvious and much more rational reason is that Hogsmeade Village is clearly an example of what historians would refer to as a "Medieval Commune."

Complications
- Motivation: Justice: Euthalia will do anything it takes in order to heal the wounds that were inflicted upon her sister by both the Dursley family and their own parents, even if it means betraying the trust of her parents. It is this trait which led to her being sorted into Slytherin House not long after she discovered Blodwyn's existence.
- Relationship: Euthalia is the younger sister of Blodwyn Potter, however she has never met Blodwyn because Blodwyn was sent to live with the Dursley family before Euthalia had even been born. This sadly, also means that she is the younger sister of Chadwick Potter, and the only daughter that James and Lily Potter seem willing to acknowledge. Euthalia's best friend and fellow 4th Year Slytherin is Astoria Greengrass.
- Temper: Euthalia tends to become very upset if someone, usually her brother, tries to tell her she should give up hope of ever seeing Blodwyn again. She tends to start hexing people if they try telling her Blodwyn probably died not long after she ran away from the Dursley residence.
- The Trace: Euthalia is both an underage Witch and one who has bonded with a wand that was purchased at Ollivander's Wand Shop. This means that until she reaches the Wizarding age of majority (17), she will be unable to cast spells using that wand in locations that have been designated as 'Muggle Areas' without being issued a warning, or worse, for using magic outside of Hogwarts.
- Unforgivable Names: Much like Blodwyn, Euthalia despises her given name, and prefers to be referred to by the affectionate of 'Lia.' Unlike Blodwyn, Euthalia is actually willing to punish people for using what she refers to as her "Unforgivable Name." Her punishment usually takes the form of the Glacius Virilis hex if it is a boy using her name, or the Mucus ad Vespertilio hex if it is a girl (both hexes have basically the same effects).

Naming Conventions: Most stories I've encountered where Harry has a sister, or has been gender-flipped, opt to give the character in question an astoundingly obvious flower name. We're talking things such as Violet, Rose, Azalea, etc... Well, I simply rejected the fanon reality and substituted it with the real one. Blodwyn is a Welsh name that relates to flowers, and the Ancestral Seat of the House of Potter is in a town that is little more than a two and one half hour drive from Wales. Meanwhile, Euthalia is also an ancient Greek name that relates to flowers. Both fit within Wizarding Society far better than the names that fanon commonly likes to use for girls born to Lily Potter (née Evans).

Required Inclusions:
- Harry must have cut ties with Wizarding Britain, but there must be a valid reason for him to have done so.
- Harry must adopt a ten year old Rachel ‘Raven’ Roth a minimum of 5 years prior to the start of the Young Justice series.
- Harry must at some point be apprenticed to Kent Nelson, who will pass away several years prior to the start of the Young Justice series.
- Kent must have chosen Harry as his successor for the role of Doctor Fate.
- When Harry puts the Helmet of Nabu on for the first time, he must work out a deal with Nabu that allows him to retain control of his body a majority of the time.
- Due to Kent having passed the mantle of Doctor Fate on to Harry, the events of the episode “Denial” must either not happen, or be suitably altered to account for the differences to canon.
- Harry must initially be an ally to the Justice League, but not an actual member.
- Raven must at some point join the Young Justice Team.
Preferred Inclusions:
- For Harry it is preferred that he be paired with either Diana, Shiera or Dinah.
- For Raven, it is preferred that she wind up paired with Kaldur, being his anchor after Tula dies.

Complications
- Curse Sworn: Harry worked out a bargain with Nabu whereby he is able to retain his sense of self and control over his body. However, at the same time Harry is required to fulfill any requests that Nabu makes of him (no matter what those requests entail), provided that Nabu voices them. Mechanically. this is to be handled using the Guidance of Nabu feature.
- Honor: Harry follows a strict code of honor when it comes to fights, and even when not fighting. He obeys the rules of fair play and hospitality, and may even pick up other odd and restrictive rules to add to his code of honor as he gets older.
- Mook Promotion: Harry's efforts to rid the world of Voldemort and the inner circle Death Eaters have simply generated a really large group of mook level threats who despise Harry and might one day actually pose a threat to our hero.
- Motivation: Responsibility: As Dr Fate, Harry must maintain the balance between Order and Chaos, keeping level the scales of fate. If Chaos becomes dominant all will dissolve into endless turmoil. If Order becomes dominant then existence will freeze in eternal stasis.
- Relationship: Aside from his connections with the House of Scamander and the House of Black, Harry has cut off almost all ties back to Wizarding Britain due to the fact that the people he once cared for couldn't handle the fame that came with having participated in the Battle of Hogwarts. He then went on to become the apprentice of then Dr Fate, Kent Nelson, and has now become the new Dr Fate. Furthermore, one of Harry's first actions was to save and adopt young Rachel Roth after she accidentally invited her birth father into the dimension she had been living in.
- Restricted Power: The Helmet of Fate imparts immense magical knowledge to whoever wears it, if it finds them worthy. Those who it doesn't find worthy can potentially be subjected to attack by any of the Helmet's mystical effects. Fortunately, Harry has been found worthy to wear the Helmet.

Complications
- Hell Hath No Fury: Raven's greatest weakness is her temper. While she is enraged she will blindly attack whoever gets in her way, with precedence being placed on the individual who caused her fury. However, at the same time, her Active Defenses are halved; making it far easier to defeat her. Despite this, the only thing that really changes is her Active Defenses and single-minded focus. Only Harry has thus far proven completely immune to her wrath.
- Motivation: Acceptance: Raven wishes to be accepted for who she is, not feared for what she could one day allow her birth father to do to the world she truly wishes to view as her home. Thankfully, she has already found some acceptance in her foster father, Harry Potter.
- Power Nexus: Because of her heritage, Raven is the target of many supernatural forces who wish to use her for their own dark purposes.
- Relationship: Raven is the first and only daughter of Trigon, and also the foster daughter of Harry Potter (otherwise known as Dr Fate). She also has her eye set upon Kaldur'ahm (aka Aqualad) as far as a romantic interest.
- Restricted Power: While Raven is capable of the Sword of Gryffindor whenever she wants to, Harry has forbidden her from doing so against all but the most dangerous and implacable of foes. Usually this means she is only allowed to summon it for aid when battling her birth father and brothers.
- Uncontrolled Precognition: When Raven tries to use her Trance or Ritualist advantages, or when she’s just trying to sleep, she can receive precognitive flashes outside her control that knock her out and abort her attempt to use her powers and/or prevent any recovery from resting.

Run, Harry! Run! Brainstorm & Notes

Run, Harry! Run!
Premise: “Listen, you promise me something, OK? Just if you’re ever in trouble, don’t be brave. You just run, OK? Just run away.”
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must have been born with the natural ability to channel the Speed Force. How this is possible is up to the author to determine.
- At some point during the course of the story, someone must yell “Run, Harry! Run!”
- Harry must use his powers to channel the Speed Force in order to escape from No. 4 Privet Drive and evade any attempts to force him to return.
- If the above requirement prevents him from attending Hogwarts, then Harry is to learn how to perform magic using some form of alternative methodology.
- Harry must eventually become a superhero in his own right.
- Harry must become the Flash at some point after Barry retires from the heroing business.
- If Harry does attend Hogwarts, he must perform some form of modification to the school’s uniform to allow him to make use of the Speed Force without tripping all the time.
- Harry must have the typical appetite for a speedster, which is to say… a monstrous one.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry having been born with red hair in this continuity and taking on the role of Kid Flash.
- If the above preference where Harry takes on Kid Flash’s role is used, then set the fic in Teen Titans rather than Young Justice so as to avoid the dire fate Wally suffered in Young Justice.
- Assuming Harry is Kid Flash and the setting is Teen Titans, then pair him with any of the following: Jinx, Raven, Argent, Fleur, Daphne, Astoria or an aged up Gabrielle.
- Again, assuming the setting is Teen Titans, then perhaps Harry was a member all along.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry being involved in a plural relationship using at least two or more of the above listed girls, and possibly even girls that weren’t listed.
- Harry developing the ability to fly, though not necessarily at super-speeds.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry the Weak Emo Doormat (This one depends on how one defines Weak, I suppose).
- Harry becoming romantically involved with a male character.
- Harry being paired with Starfire.
