My Girl Brainstorm & Notes

My Girl
Premise: When she was younger, Sona Sitri met a young Harry Potter, and gave him her first ever pamphlet. Now, years later, she finds herself being summoned to Hogwarts, only to discover that things aren’t quite right in her childhood sweetheart’s life. Now watch, as Harry and his new girlfriend take the world by storm.
Required Inclusions:
- Prior to receiving her Evil Pieces, Sona Sitri must accompany her parents to England.
- Sona must meet and befriend Harry before he discovers he’s a wizard and before his first year at Hogwarts.
- During his time at Hogwarts, Harry must be gravely injured, or else be placed in mortal peril.
- Due to the aforementioned mortal peril, Harry’s makes a wish that he be allowed to see Sona one last time, and his magic reacts.
- Either Harry’s magic, or the aforementioned pamphlet, triggers based on Harry’s wish and draws Sona to his location.
- Harry must be made into one of Sona’s Evil Pieces in response to her arrival, which piece specifically is up to the author.
- Harry must eventually be romantically paired with Sona.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry having miraculously beaten Sona at chess during their first encounter with one another, though this had been before Sona made her agreement with her parents.
- Sona still remembers her first crush, despite being quite young at the time.
- Harry joining Sona’s peerage before the main events of High School DxD.
- Harry joining Sona’s peerage in the aftermath of his third year, and ending up taking Sona to the Yule Ball when that particular event occurs.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry somehow winding up in a plural relationship, despite how unlikely that might seem.
- Sona the Tsundere.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry getting along with Issei or the Perverted Trio. He is allowed to get along with Saji, but only if Saji manages to get over the fact that Harry ‘Stole’ Sona from him.
- Harry the Emo Doormat.

Complications
- Enemy: Voldemort would be quite happy to see Harry die, but only if Voldemort is the sole party responsible for Harry's untimely demise.
- Honor: Harry is an honorable person who would prefer to face his opponents head-on.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry is known for rushing in where even the Seraph themselves would dread to go, solely for the slim chance that he might be capable of saving a damsel that might not even be in any danger to begin with. This is both his biggest charm point, and also the thing that tends to annoy his girlfriend the most.
- Relationship: Harry is the bearer of a dormant Pawn Evil Piece belonging to Sona Sitri as well as being both her personal Contract Magician and also her boyfriend. Aside from Sona, her Peerage and family, Harry's closest connections are with Sirius Black, Hermione Granger and Rubeus Hagrid.
- Secret: Harry has been keeping secret from just about everyone how intelligent he actually is, mostly due to the fact that he was constantly punished for displaying his intellect while living with the Dursley family, especially after he showed up Dudley Dursely, by beating Sona in a game in of Chess right after Dudley had lost his own game against the pretty Young Devil.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

Build Comments: The immunity to "All invasive toxins, bacteria and viruses" being worth 20 points is the result of a conversation I had with some people over Discord where it has been decided that the 1-pt immunity to poisons is not meant to cover things like Basilisk venom, as that is a magical Power Effect, not a naturally occurring substance. This is because power effect immunities are supposed to cost 2, 5 and 10 points, not 1 point. Now on the other hand, the 1 point poison immunity would protect you from something childish, like ingesting too much Elmer's glue.

The Seven Seas Brainstorm & Notes

Harry Potter and the Seven Seas
Premise: What if Zeus wasn’t the only deity to survive Ares’ coup? What if over the centuries another god’s progeny continued to come back to the world he once held dominion of every so often? What if this was one of those times, and Harry Potter were one of those special children?
Required Inclusions:
- Harry’s moral and ethical alignment must be Light or Grey.
- Strong or powerful Harry, with Harry being descended from Poseidon via his mother.
- When the story starts is up to the author, but it is probably best if it were post-Hogwarts.
- Ares either survived his encounter with Diana, or else was reborn.
- What Harry inherits from Poseidon is up to the author.
- Wonder Woman must be made aware of Harry’s existence and seek him out.
- Wonder Woman must take on a maternal and/or mentor-like role for Harry.
- All pairings are welcome.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry being able to use the powers of Hydrokinesis.
- Harry being able to communicate and control aquatic lifeforms.
- Harry taking the place of Aquaman in this story.
- Harry obtaining a Queen of his own, with that Queen possibly even being Mera.
- Another Demigod and/or Goddess exists who acts as Harry’s primary opposition.

- Harry, due to all the titles and houses he is associated with, needing to take multiple wives.

Complications
- Honor: Harry is an honorable person who would prefer to face his opponents head-on.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will often go out of his way in order to save the life of some hapless damsel in distress. This also often leads him and those who he calls his friends, into rather harrowing situations.
- Power Loss: In order for Harry to utilize his Hydromancy Array, he must be in or near water. The exception to this is in the case of the Dehydrate power, which if used will allow him to use one of the other powers in the array immediately after having been used.
- Relationship: Harry's closest bonds of friendship are with Hermione Granger & Luna Lovegood, as they have never once betrayed his trust.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.
- Weakness: Harry dehydrates when away from water for an extended period of time, becoming impaired, disabled, and finally incapacitated before his condition becomes life threatening. Immersion in water immediately removes all accumulated conditions.

- Honor: Harry is an honorable person who would prefer to face his opponents head-on.

- Power Loss: In order for Harry to utilize his Hydromancy Array, he must be in or near water. The exception to this is in the case of the Dehydrate power, which if used will allow him to use one of the other powers in the array immediately after having been used.

Premise: When Harry decides to look into his magic, he finds that he can channel one of the most primal forces in the universe… the Power Cosmic!
Required Inclusions:
- All moral and ethical alignments are welcome.
- Harry must discover his power no later than 5th year.
- Harry must gain a familiar that is associated with the Power Cosmic.
- Harry must be incredibly smart, as befits someone with access to the Power Cosmic.
- Either Dumbledore, Tom or the Ministry must have already sensed Harry’s Phenomenal Cosmic Power.
- Harry’s ability to utilize the Power Cosmic must not have come from the Horcrux.
- Harry obtaining a Superhero Name, rather than performing heroics as “Harry.”
- Harry being paired with at least one of the following: She-Hulk, Polaris, or Dazzler.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Crossover with Marvel Comics.
- Super or Overpowered Harry.
- Harry having been sorted somewhere other than Gryffindor.

Complications
- Enemies: Dazzler has made countless enemies ever since her mutant powers activated 2 years ago. She has, at one point or another, faced everyone from Doctor Doom to Galactus himself.
- Fame: Dazzler is a famous pop-star and actress, likely to be recognized in public. Since she was publicly revealed to be a mutant, this has led to a lot of problems with prejudice.
- Motivation: Recognition: Dazzler has no interest in being a superhero, and would much rather use her abilities to help improve her career as a professional singer and dancer.
- Plot Device: Dazzler must have sound to convert to light, otherwise she cannot use her powers so she usually carries a radio that provides her with sufficient decibels to use her powers at 8 ranks. The ambient sounds in most environments though, will usually let her use her powers at 10 ranks. She theoretically could reach ranks so high as to be considered Power Level X, but realistically this isn't something that should be attainable in an every day situation.

Clothes Maketh The Man
Premise: Magic is everywhere; earth, air and sea, man and beast, food and drink and even in the clothes we wear; however, in some cases, the magic contained within clothing can have unpredictable, amazing, hilarious, life-changing results… As Harry is about to discover… Assuming it can even be called magic at all!
Required Inclusions:
- All moral and ethical alignments are welcome.
- Powerful or stronger Harry.
- When the story starts is up to the individual author.
- Harry must either stumble across a seemingly magical outfit, or else be left said outfit as an inheritance, gift, or even as a way to protect the outfit…
- Whatever the clothing is, Harry must become ‘Bonded’ to it, meaning it will only serve him.
- What powers, abilities, or even curses, that the garment possesses are up to the author.
- At first, at least one of the outfit’s abilities must activate when Harry’s emotions become heightened.
- Because it has bonded to Harry, what happens to anyone else who tries to wear the outfit is up to the author to determine.
- All romantic pairings are welcome, except for those which involve another male.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Crossover with Spider-Man, or with Gwen’s version of Spider-Man.
- Super or Overpowered Harry.
- Master of Death Harry.
- Humour or Crack Fics.
- Harry being able to shift or alter the outfit so that it resembles other outfits, similar to Erza of Fairytale. (this seems plausible given I am using a Symbiote).
- Instead of clothes, Harry discovers the Venom or Carnage Symbiote (It’ll be Venom).
- The clothing is sentient in some way (see above).
- Much like in canon, the Venom Symbiote can create more of its kind, and Harry uses this feature to allow others to become similarly empowered.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry discovers or wears more than one ‘magical’ outfit.
- Once it bonds with Harry, the Venom Symbiote EATS the Horcrux so that Harry doesn’t need to worry about dying anymore.
- The Symbiote can be hidden within Harry, allowing for him to quickly ‘don’ it or remove it.
- Wearing the ‘clothing’ gives Harry access to lost and/or forbidden forms of magic.
- Harry being involved in a plural relationship.

- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will often go out of his way in order to save the life of some hapless damsel in distress. This also often leads him and those who he calls his friends, into rather harrowing situations.
- Power Loss: Since the Symbiote’s webbing is derived from its own body, excessive use can weaken it, rendering its powers impaired, disabled, and finally debilitated.
- Relationship: Harry's closest bond of friendship within Hogwarts is with Hermione Granger, due to the fact that she has thus far not betrayed his trust.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.
- Weakness: The Venom Symbiote is particularly vulnerable to fire and sonic effects. It takes one additional degree of effect against fire and two degrees against sonic effects.

Build Comments: I had a choice of art between Agent Venom and Black Spider-Man, so I went with the more iconic one. Suffice to say there is probably some deviation in the costume for Harry, but that is generally what it looks like.

Also, I decided to give them a straight up Flight speed instead of making the web swinging be a combination of the Movement (Swinging) and the Speed power, since I felt it to be more economic to do it the way I have. Plus, it's mostly just a matter of flavor, and with the platform flaw it still works the way it is intended.

Ignis in Tenebris Lucet
Premise: Sometimes the darkest of forces can allow even the lightest of individuals to shine all the more brightly. For instance, when Harry Potter obtained the Goblin Force, he allowed the Phoenix Force’s Host to gain a measure of control she might never have had.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must replace Madelyne Pryor as the Host of the Goblin Force.
- The Goblin Force must be attracted to Harry on account of his superb affinity towards magic.
- For the purpose of this story, the Goblin Force will allow Harry to siphon off small portions of life energy from willing donors, particularly Jean, rather than needing it all in one go.
- Even though it allows him to siphon off small portions of life energy over a period of time, the Goblin Force must make it very difficult for Harry if he goes for too long without doing so.
- Harry becoming the Host for the Goblin Force between the ages of 1 and 17.
- Madelyne Pryor must still possess many, if not all, of Jean Grey’s abilities, including the Phoenix Spark and her ability to manipulate quantum strings.
- Harry must either join the X-Men or create his own side.
- Harry must normally be on good terms with the Brotherhood.
- Harry must be in full control of the Goblin Force’s powers, including the Demonic Goblins.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Bashing of Dumbledore, Molly, Ron and the majority of Wizarding Britain.
- Harry still being forced to participate in the Triwizard Tournament… somehow.
- Being the Avatar of the Goblin Force should augment Harry’s innate magic, and possibly give him access to new powers, such as Telepathy and Telekinesis.
- The story being set in the X-Men Evolution universe, with a younger Jean Grey.

Complications
- Dark Side: Jean has succumbed to the darker portion of her personality, one which is known as the Phoenix Force, and if it weren't for Harry Potter's efforts, she might have ultimately destroyed the entire world. In fact, there is still a minuscule danger that she could do just that.
- Hatred: As far as Jean Grey is concerned, Severus Snape should be in prison just for being in the same room as any girl under the age of 24 who happens to have red hair and green eyes. She didn't even need her telepathy to figure out what he was thinking when he first laid eyes on her, either!
- Motivation: Responsibility: Jean was inspired by Xavier's dream for peaceful coexistence between mutants and everyday humans.
- Relationship: Jean has romantic feelings regarding three different individuals. Those individuals are Harry Potter, Scott Summers, and Logan Howlett. Jean is also a member of the X-Men's First Class.

It’s My Life
Premise: “This ain’t a song for the broken-hearted. No silent prayer for the faith-departed. I ain’t gonna be just a face in the crowd, you’re gonna hear my voice when I shout it out loud… ‘It’s my life, it’s now or never. I ain’t gonna live forever, I just wanna live while I’m alive (it’s my life).’”
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must be the descendant of a great hero of legend (Thor).
- No Merlin or the Founders, please, it is overdone (see above).
- Harry must obtain something that belonged to the hero, eg a sword, shield, armor or ship.
- At some point Harry must have an adventure that mimics one which his ancestor went on in some way. What that adventure is, is up to the author.
- Any romantic pairings are welcome (except for those which involve another male).
- Light or Grey aligned Harry only.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry meeting his ancestor’s mentor at some point.
- Others who are the descendants of notable heroes or villains in the story.
- Harry meeting his ancestor’s spirit, or his ancestor himself at some point.
- Harry inheriting some form of power from his ancestor.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry the Weak Emo Doormat.
- Harry being a Half-Blood in the sense that he isn’t to be a Half-God. Nothing says he can’t be a Legacy.
