Complications
- Fame: Erika is famous within Wizarding Society for her efforts in bringing Voldemort's reign of terror to an end, and has taken to using her Look Manipulation ability to gain a measure of privacy, as without that ability she'd be constantly hounded by individuals such as Rita Skeeter in hopes that they might get the latest bit of juicy gossip.
- Honor: Erika will always keep her word, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Impulsive: Erika is a tempestuous young woman, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when she is being advised of those consequences by someone who might have an idea what they're talking about.
- Motivation: Protector: Erika is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She willingly puts herself at risk to defend innocents and those she cares about.
- Relationship: Erika retains a strong loyalty to past friends, such as the Greengrass sisters, Neville Longbottom and Luna Lovegood. She is also the godmother of Theodore 'Teddy' Lupin and as such, on call in case Teddy's grandmother needs her for any reason. Lastly, her maternal aunt is none other than Yasaka Gozen, the ruler of the Kyoto Yōkai Faction.
- Wanted: Both Gabriel of the Seraph and Serafall Leviathan are in competition with one another to be the first to claim Erika as their personal Pact Magician, although Gabriel would actually be breaking a few the Heavenly Host's unofficial rules if she ever succeeded in gaining that bond.

Sanguine Ancestry Brainstorm & Notes

Sanguine Ancestry
Premise: Several hundred years ago, there was an incident that split the world of Vampires, where the Vampires argued between choosing a female true ancestor and a male true ancestor. But, what if there had always been two True Ancestors, a male and a female? And what if one of those ancestors was this reality’s version of Harry Potter?
Required Inclusions:
- Henrik Dracul must be the version of Harry Potter that is native to the world of Draconic Deus (DxD), having been born several centuries before Hyoudou Issei.
- Henrik must start off as an Exorcist, but that will change after he undergoes Vampirization as a result of encountering something ‘out of this world’ during one of his missions.
- There must be at least one other ‘original’ vampire, with the preference being that the role be assigned to the original Carmilla. This vampire will be part of Henrik’s initial romantic pairing.
- Henrik must have a history with the Seraph known as Gabriel. This history doesn’t need to be a romantic one, but that is one implication which can be inferred.
- Both Henrik and Michael must have access to swords that fit within the trope defined as a “Vorpal Blade”, or in other words, an absurdly sharp sword that goes ‘snicker-snack.’
- Henrik must be the ancestor of every single Pure-Blood Vampire who is alive during the main timeline of High School DxD. However, that doesn’t mean he was the “First Vampire.”
Preferred Inclusions:
- Henrik and/or Carmilla should Sire the Clan Heads for the other families within the Carmilla Faction if the author decides that they aren’t ‘original’ Vampires.
- The leadership of the Tepes Faction should be drawn from a younger generation of vampires than the Carmilla Faction’s leadership due to the fact that they claim Vlad Tepes as an ancestor.
- Henrik and Michael should engage one another in a climactic battle that ends with Henrik being sealed within a sarcophagus for several centuries… basically, right up till the modern era.
Optional Inclusions:
- Henrik should take a very dim view of Issei’s perverted antics, particularly as they regard Valerie, Elmenhilde and any of his other descendants.
- At least one of Henrik’s original mates should be killed during the battle that got him Sealed.

Complications
- Bloodthirst: If Henrik goes too long without blood, or is exposed to it, he must make a DC 15 Will resistance check to avoid being overcome by his thirst. Failure results in Henrik losing control of himself and going on a feeding frenzy until his appetite has been sated.
- Honor: Despite everything else that might be true about him, Henrik is a fair and just ruler to his people, and lives by a code of honor typical to the age of chivalry.
- Impulsive: Henrik is a tempestuous vampire, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by someone who might have an idea what they're talking about.
- Invitation Required: Henrik cannot cross into a living person’s home without an invitation (forced or willing) from one of the inhabitants of that domicile. Businesses, temporary housing (e.g., hotels), and unoccupied homes do not offer this protection.
- Motivation: Protector: Henrik lives for the sole purpose of protecting those who look up to him for leadership, regardless of what species they happen to be.
- Power Loss: Damage inflicted upon Henrik by holy attacks, holy water, or fire regenerates in days rather than minutes. Furthermore, his Impervious defense doesn’t function against silver, or fire effects.
- Significant Other: Henrik has formed a romantic bond with his fellow Vampiric Progenitor, Carmilla Sterling, as well as with the eldest of their respective Fledglings, Danika Vordenburg and Saphira Karnstein.
- Troubled Past: Once upon a time, Henrik was one of the most devoted exorcists in service to the Heavens. Then one day, he confessed his love to the Seraph known as Gabriel and had his heart broken by her. That action indirectly led to his becoming a vampire, a species that is considered second only to Devils on the church's "must exorcise immediately" list.
- Vampiric Aversions: Garlic and holy symbols can hold Henrik at bay. Treat their presence as a Cumulative Affliction 15 (Resisted by Will; Entranced, Compelled, Controlled) to stay out of the area or at least 5 feet away from whomever is presenting the object in question, whichever is most appropriate. Henrik must overcome the same affliction in order to cross a visible body of running water (e.g. a River).
- Weakness: Contact with a holy symbol, blessed item, or holy water is painful for Harry, and inflicts Damage 1, as well as triggering the Vampiric Aversions complication. His Impervious defense is also negated by damage from holy attacks, and he is considered Toughness Disabled against Fire damage.

Complications
- Bloodthirst: If Henrik goes too long without blood, or is exposed to it, he must make a DC 15 Will resistance check to avoid being overcome by his thirst. Failure results in Henrik losing control of himself and going on a feeding frenzy until his appetite has been sated.
- Honor: Despite everything else that might be true about him, Henrik is a fair and just ruler to his people, and lives by a code of honor typical to the age of chivalry.
- Impulsive: Henrik is a tempestuous vampire, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by someone who might have an idea what they're talking about.
- Invitation Required: Henrik cannot cross into a living person’s home without an invitation (forced or willing) from one of the inhabitants of that domicile. Businesses, temporary housing (e.g., hotels), and unoccupied homes do not offer this protection.
- Man Out of Time: Henrik has spent the past several centuries in an induced coma, and will soon discover that history has all but forgotten his existence.
- Motivation: Protector: Henrik lives for the sole purpose of protecting those who look up to him for leadership, regardless of what species they happen to be.
- Power Loss: Damage inflicted upon Henrik by holy attacks, holy water, or fire regenerates in days rather than minutes. Furthermore, his Impervious defense doesn’t function against silver, or fire effects.
- Significant Other: Henrik's grief over the demise of his youngest mate, Danika Vordenburg, was only salved by the survival of his other two bondmates, Carmilla Sterling and Saphira Karnstein.
- Vampiric Aversions: Garlic and holy symbols can hold Henrik at bay. Treat their presence as a Cumulative Affliction 15 (Resisted by Will; Entranced, Compelled, Controlled) to stay out of the area or at least 5 feet away from whomever is presenting the object in question, whichever is most appropriate. Henrik must overcome the same affliction in order to cross a visible body of running water (e.g. a River).
- Weakness: Contact with a holy symbol, blessed item, or holy water is painful for Harry, and inflicts Damage 1, as well as triggering the Vampiric Aversions complication. His Impervious defense is also negated by damage from holy attacks, and he is considered Toughness Disabled against Fire damage.

If Saphira wants to defy Carmilla's wishes, then she must succeed on a DC 22 Will check, with her degrees of success and failure registering along the same condition track as Carmilla's Mystic Eyes. Complications
- Bloodthirst: If Danika goes too long without blood, or is exposed to it, she must make a DC 15 Will resistance check to avoid being overcome by her thirst. Failure results in Saphira losing control of herself and going on a feeding frenzy until her appetite has been sated.
- Invitation Required: Danika cannot cross into a living person’s home without an invitation (forced or willing) from one of the inhabitants of that domicile. Businesses, temporary housing (e.g., hotels), and unoccupied homes do not offer this protection.
- Melodramatic: Any small thing tends to earn a great reaction, because whenever Danika does something she puts her entire soul into the pursuit. To her, the slightest inconvenience could only be rivaled by Great Red and Trihexa duking it out in the Colosseum. Someone criticizing one of her outfits would be the same as some of the most vulgar insults imaginable... And let's not even mention how Danika would react if Henrik ever decided he wanted to break up with her!
- Motivation: Recognition: Danika wants to be the person who royalty turns to when they need someone to make them a spectacular new outfit for the even the most trivial of social engagements.
- Power Loss: Damage inflicted upon Danika by sunlight, holy attacks, holy water, or fire regenerates in days rather than minutes. Furthermore, her Impervious defense doesn’t function against silver, or fire effects.
- Rivalry: With Gabriel of the Seraph over the matter of which one of the two of them is actually more FABULOUS! Naturally, Gabriel doesn't even know Danika actually exists.
- Significant Other: Danika grew up in the shadow of Castle Dracul, and is thus the only one of Henrik's bondmates who actually got to meet him before he became a vampire. She is quite ecstatic to discover that her bond with Henrik has also given her access to the thing she desires most, the chance to make dresses for a princess!
- Vampiric Aversions: Garlic and holy symbols can hold Danika at bay. Treat their presence as a Cumulative Affliction 15 (Resisted by Will; Entranced, Compelled, Controlled) to stay out of the area or at least 5 feet away from whomever is presenting the object in question, whichever is most appropriate. Danika must overcome the same affliction in order to cross a visible body of running water (e.g. a River).
- Villains Beware: Villains will quickly realize that Danika is not the sort of damsel they want to kidnap, because she'll gladly explain everything they did wrong by kidnapping her, and then escape while killing off at least a dozen of the villain's mooks in the process. She'll also forget to inform Harry that she doesn't need to be saved anymore, which will cause him to kill off the remaining mooks in his mad quest to find her.
- Weakness: Exposure to sunlight renders Danika impaired and inflicts 5 ranks of damage upon her for each round that she is exposed to such light. Contact with a holy symbol, blessed item, or holy water is painful for Danika, and inflicts 1 rank of Damage, as well as triggering the Vampiric Aversions complication. Her Impervious defense is also negated by damage from holy attacks, and she is considered Toughness Disabled against Fire damage.

Kitsune Potter Brainstorm & Notes

Premise: What if Erika’s grandfather on her mother’s side of the family had been a Daiyōkai, while her grandmother came from a long line of squibs?
Required Inclusions:
- Erika Potter’s grandfather must have been a Kitsune Daiyōkai. This means his level of power would have been equal to an Ultimate-class Devil, if not greater than that.
- The Dursley family must not exist in this scenario, as Lily’s sister will actually be Yasaka Gozen in this setting instead of Petunia.
- Lily must have inherited the ability to utilize Yōjutsu and possibly even Senjutsu from her father, as well as the ability to utilize wizarding magic from her mother’s family line.
- James Potter is the only person within Wizarding Britain who is allowed to know that Lily is in fact, a Kitsune in her own right.
- Both Erika and Lily must be capable of surviving Voldemort’s attack on Godric’s Hollow, due to the fact that the Killing Curse has a diminished effect against high level supernatural forces.
- Lily must recover Erika from wherever Dumbledore stashes her after regaining consciousness and take the girl to Kyoto to raise her as the Princess that she rightfully is.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Half-Yōkai shouldn’t actually exist, as if a Yōkai mates with a human, then the Yōkai’s DNA will be dominant, and if they mate with a Devil or Angel, then the parent with stronger DNA will ‘win.’
- Erika should be in the same school year as Hyoudou Issei, and should also be the first person to join the Occult Research Club that doesn’t actually become a member of Rias’ peerage.
- Erika should start off at about the same level of power as Riser Phenex, although this doesn’t necessarily mean she could win in a fight against Riser.
Optional Inclusions:
- Erika should be successful in concealing her nature as a Yōkai from the other members of the ORC, with the exception of Koneko, until their fight with Riser’s Peerage.

Complications
- Enemy: The dark wizard who styles himself as Voldemort would quite happily kill Erika and everyone she has come to care about simply because of a few words spoken in a prophetic trance that may or may not have any bearing on reality. However, Voldemort is at least aware of the fact that there are some things in the world which he is better off not antagonizing.
- Honor: Erika will always keep her word, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Impulsive: Erika is a tempestuous young woman, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when she is being advised of those consequences by someone who might have an idea what they're talking about.
- Motivation: Protector: Erika is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She willingly puts herself at risk to defend innocents and those she cares about.
- Nemesis: Albus Dumbledore has proven himself to be quite persistent in his efforts to reclaim Erika by any means necessary, even if that means making enemies of forces he has little to no understanding of, and would happily manipulate people Erika might not want to hurt in order to help see his vision come to fruition.
- Relationships: Erika's mother, Lily Potter, is the younger sister of the Queen of the Kyoto Yōkai, Yasaka Gozen. This makes Erika the Third Princess of said Yōkai, with her mother now being the Second Princess, while Yasaka's own daughter, Kunō Gozen is now the Crown Princess of said Yōkai.

Harry Emrys Brainstorm & Notes

Harry Emrys
Premise: During a trip to Diagon Alley, Harry Potter runs into a pretty blonde girl with blue eyes who shows him a whole new world, and the truth about his mother’s family. Heard it before? Well, how about we change it up a bit. The girl was actually Le Fay Pendragon, and Harry is the heroic descendant of Merlin Emrys!
Required Inclusions:
- This fic must begin in Diagon Alley where Harry encounters Le Fay Pendragon, who must manage to recognize Harry as the most recent descendant of Merlin Emrys.
- Harry must inherit something from his heroic ancestor in the same way that Arthur Pendragon managed to inherit Caliburn from his own heroic ancestor.
- Harry must join Vali’s Team, and leave Great Britain with them when they decide to head over to Kuoh Town. This should happen after Harry’s fifth year at Hogwarts.
- Harry must form a contract with a devil, however that contract must be with someone other than Rias Gremory or Sona Sitri.
- Harry must successfully gain control of at least one of the Magician Factions that have aligned themselves with the Khaos Brigade.
- The relic which Harry inherits from Merlin must be a Grimoire which will be referred to as “Merlin’s Blessed Book”, although unlike Boccob’s version, this one will have spells inside it.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry’s bond with Merlin’s Blessed Book should cause the various factions to regard him as an Ultimate-class Magician, even if he is only a Mid to High-class Magician without the book.
- Harry’s cooking skills should manage to endear him to both Ophis and Lilith II, even if he doesn’t get the opportunity to cook for Koneko and Kunou.
- Harry could gain special powers derived from Merlin’s status as an Incubus after forming a bond with Merlin’s Blessed Book, including Mage Sight in one eye that alters its pigmentation.
Optional Inclusions:
- If Voldemort ends up siding with the Khaos Brigade, then he will have to play nice with Harry because no one deprives Ophis of her sweets!
- Vali Lucifer could actually be a Valeria Lucifer instead.
Forbidden Things:

- Fame: Serafall is one of, if not the, most famous devils in the Underworld on account of her success as a media sensation. This is in addition to her position as the Maou Leviathan within the New Satan Faction.
- Motivation: Thrills: Trying to figure out what the truth behind Sera's motivation is, wouldn't be any easier than trying to deduce that same information in regards to Nyaruko-san. It is simply easier to classify both girls as being motivated by a thirst for excitement and high octane thrills.
- Serafall's Magical Girl Army: When selecting who to add to her Peerage, Serafall will always try and select the person who most closely resembles her mental image of what a magical girl should be. Unfortunately, she's far more likely to select a muggle who happens to be dressed in Magical Girl cosplay than she is an actual magician.
