- Dirty Coward: Walburga always tries to stack the odds in her favor when engaging an enemy in battle, but also isn't afraid to run away like the coward that she is when those odds simply aren't good enough!
- Motivation: Responsibility: Walburga is responsible for ensuring that all the day-to-day affairs of Hexennacht are in order so that the more practical matters of running the organization can be handled by her unrequited love interest.
- Sadist: Walburga enjoys fighting her enemies perhaps a little too much.
- Significant Other: Walburga is the Leader De Jure of the Hexennacht Faction, while Harry Emrys is the De Facto Leader fo the same group. Naturally, she can't quite stop herself from worrying about his safety, as she's not all that good at leading their forces on an actual battlefield.

- Motivation: Acceptance: Arthur will do whatever it takes in order to gain Elaine's hand in marriage. Unfortunately, this means he has to gain his father's acceptance of their romance, and the only way he could think of to accomplish that, was to leave home and never turn back.

Complications
- Motivation: Justice: Ophis wants to remove Great Red from her home within the Dimensional Gap, and is willing to do whatever it takes in order to accomplish this goal.
- Nemesis: Azazel would be more than happy to remind everyone that Ophis is a true shapeshifter and that her current appearance is not reflective of her true gender; however, not even Ophis seems to know what her true gender actually is, if she even has one.
- Obsession: If one of Ophis' friends asks her to do something, she will fixate on that task to the exclusion of all else, even going so far as to ignore her own safety.
- Power Loss: Ophis loses access to her Resistances and Impervious Toughness when attempting to defend herself from the effects of Samael's venom and fangs. However, those attacks will fail to kill Ophis if she manages to divide the majority of her powers into her snakes and send them out into the world until such time as she deems it safe to reclaim those abilities.
- Quirk: Ophis' manner of speech is extremely sparse and laconic. She's also incredibly and brutally honest, to the point where she could unintentionally get her friends arrested while attempting to describe them to a store clerk simply by describing them as thoroughly as possible.
- Reputation: Not only is Ophis considered to be the single strongest being on the Top-10 Strongest Beings List, but she is the Leader De Jure of an organization that is chock full of seditionists.
- Significant Others: Ophis considers both Harry Emrys and Valeria Lucifer to be her friends, because they are the only people who have expressed absolutely no fear while interacting with the 'young' dragon god.

A Rogue Daywalker in the Wind
Premise: Elain Potter always dreamed of being free, just like the wind; but sadly, she was trapped under the care of the Dursley family. Or she was until the day her true heritage and powers manifested, breaking the chains that bound her and granting her the freedom she had always desired.
Required Inclusions:
- This scenario must involve a female version of Harry Potter who will be known as Elain Potter.
- Elain must be born as a Vampire/Witch hybrid, or in other words, a Dhampir.
- Lily Potter (née Evans) must have actually been the Pure-Blooded Vampire known as Liliana Carmilla, a member of the Vampiric Faction that is named after her family Matriarch.
- Elain must have a powerful wind-magic affinity, and a prodigious talent with music.
- During her travels, Elain must discover a way to focus her wind-magic through an assortment of woodwind instruments, as well when singing.
- To protect her daughter, Lily must have discovered a way to bind her vampiric nature so that she appears to be nothing more than an ordinary witch.
- The aforementioned binding must be shattered when a particularly drunk Vernon Dursley attempts to take Elain’s life, or possibly even her virtue.
- Elain must discover a form of magical travel that replicates the Ocarina Teleportation from Legend of Zelda: the Ocarina of Time.

In light of that fact, I decided not to give Elain wings since the wikia entry for Valerie Tepes makes no mention of the woman having had wings of her own, and she is the only example of a Dhampir who isn't also a Reincarnated Devil that I know of in that series.

Premise: Gloriosa Potter has always been odd, even by magical standards. She doesn’t suffer fools lightly, loves fire a bit too much and could one day rival Merlin himself in terms of her skill with magic. Woe betide anyone who rouses this young devil’s anger, for revenge is a dish best served cold…
Required Inclusions:
- Gloriosa Potter must actually be the youngest of Lord and Lady Phenex’s children, having been ‘gifted’ to Lily as a component of a Pact between House Phenex and Potter.
- Gloriosa must be a Pure-Blooded Devil of the 72 Pillars, as well as a Witch of High Standing within Wizarding Britain.
- Gloriosa must possess all the common powers and abilities that are normally attributed to members of both the House of Phenex and the House of Potter.
- Gloriosa counts as a Potter as well as a Phenex by virtue of the fact that she was conceived by Lord and Lady Phenex, and carried to term by Lady Lily of the House of Potter. Magic!
- Gloriosa must be reunited with the other members of House Phenex during the summer leading up to her third year as a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
- Gloriosa must be a magical prodigy, akin to Rossweisse, who is easily capable of surpassing both Dumbledore and Voldemort in terms of magical prowess given sufficient time to train.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Gloriosa should be capable of transforming into a True Firebird in a manner similar to Marco the Phoenix from One Piece. Think of this as an advanced form of Animagus Transformation.
- Gloriosa should be required to earn her set of Evil Pieces instead of simply having them be gifted to her as soon as her family rediscovers her.
- Gloriosa should earn Snape’s grudging respect by being polite and courteous to him when he demands to know whether the latest ‘prank’ was her doing or that of the Weasley Twins.

- Guy Magnet: Daphne tends to attract male attention wherever she goes due to the fact that she is possibly the single most attractive Pure-Blood Witch of her generation.
- Motivation: Responsibility: As a Hime-Miko, it is Daphne's responsibility to act as an arbiter between conflicting members of the Biblical, Dragon or Mythological Factions. However, she's going to need a powerful ally if she wants to accomplish that task with any regularity.
- Power Loss: Daphne has an incredibly large number of cross-shaped jewelry that she will use to accessorize her outfits. This isn't because of her faith, but instead due to the High Cross that sits on her family's property. Unfortunately, she can't actually use her jewelry to trigger a a Devil's Bane complication because of her lack of faith.
- Relationships: Daphne is the childhood friend of Tracey Davis and the elder sister of Astoria Greengrass. Furthermore, she is the eldest daughter of the Lord Cyrus and Lady Elizabeth Greengrass.
- Tsun~!: Calling Daphne an "Ice Princess" is a surefire way to get yourself hexed by the girl, as she worked really hard to earn the "Ice Queen" epithet. She's also been known to fall to pieces whenever someone she likes calls her a "Yuki-hime."

Complications
- Cultural Awkwardness: Draco doesn't really understand Muggles, nor would he ordinarily be inclined to learn about them. The reason why he might be interested in learning about such people, is because it would help him in understanding the girl he is attempting to court.
- Feud: House Malfoy seems to be in a feud with House Weasley. Whether or not this is actually the case, or if it is just a holdover from each member's time at Hogwarts is entirely unclear. What is certain is that the most recent generation of both Houses are descended from a Black, and will therefore be beholden to Sirius Black once he decides to his rightful inheritance.
- Motivation: Recognition: Draco is motivated by his desire to become Gloriosa's husband and is willing to jump through whatever hoops she places in front of him in order to achieve that goal.
- Much Ado About History: Draco basically fell in love with Gloriosa Potter on the same day he first laid eyes on the girl. Unfortunately, it was during that same encounter that she decided he was a pretentious prat who she didn't want to have anything to do with. Her friendship with Ron Weasley has only made his attempts to court her all the more difficult, as the two boys can't stand being in the same room with one another... Isn't there a saying for situations like this?
- Relationships: Draco is the only child of Lord Lucius and Lady Narcissa Malfoy, who was once a Daughter of Black. Unfortunately, his mother's decision to abandon her second oldest sister led to her being forsaken by the Black Family Magic, which means that Draco can only inherit the title of Lord Black by marrying into the family.

Premise: Rhosyn Potter’s life was drowned in blood from her early life. She lost her parents when she was fifteen months old and on the eve of her eighth birthday, her mother’s blood thirst awoke after Vernon lost his temper. «Triple Cross: Potterverse, DxD & Rosario + Vampire»
Required Inclusions:
- Lily Potter (née Evans) must have been a Vampire Pure-Blood who was closely related to the Shinso known as Akasha Bloodriver.
- This scenario must be primarily a crossover between Potterverse, High School DxD and Rosario + Vampire. Any other elements are up to the author.
- Rhosyn’s bloodthirst must awaken as a result of having been beaten senseless by Vernon Dursley on her birthday, leading to a rather dicey end for Vernon and Petunia.
- When Albus Dumbledore finally manages to arrive on the scene, he must discover the Girl Who Lived crying in the arms of her Aunt Akasha, who is also an incredibly infamous vampire.
- While the rest of the supernatural world tends to leave Wizardkind to their own devices, the various Vampire Factions will regularly interact with those shut-ins.
- Rhosyn’s hair and eye colors must change from black and green to pink and rose-red as a result of having her bloodthirst awaken for the first time.
- Rhosyn must undergo rather hellish training with her aunt to ensure that she can survive her fated encounter with the dark wizard known as Lord Voldemort.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Due to the aforementioned hellish training, Rhosyn should be noticeably stronger than Rias and Sona at the start of the story, though not strong enough to single-handedly defeat Kokabiel.
- Headmaster Dumbledore should have no choice but to allow Rhosyn to leave with her aunt, as even with the Elder Wand he would be no match against a Stabilized Shinso.
- Rhosyn should earn the moniker “The Bloody Rose” after killing a horde of enemies using nothing but her bare hands and a Thorn Whip.
- Sirius should break out of Azkaban earlier, and submit himself to the Vampiric form of Legilimency so as to prove his innocence to his goddaughter.
- If Rhosyn attends Kuoh Academy, then she should strike up a relationship with Hyoudou Issei, albeit one that is more like a brother and sister than a boyfriend and girlfriend.
- Millicas Gremory should develop his first boyhood crush after meeting Rhosyn for the first time, much to his father’s amusement.
Optional Inclusions:
- Akasha could bring Rhosyn to meet the Headmaster of Youkai Academy so that they can ask for his assistance in removing the Horcrux from Rhosyn’s curse scar.
- It is possible that Rhosyn would have to undergo ‘deconditioning’ before she would willingly believe in the existence of magic and supernatural creatures.
- It is suggested that Akasha arrive on the scene in time to prevent Rhosyn from drinking the blood of her cousin, Dudley, and that she arranges for him to live with one of her allies.
- It is suggested that Rhosyn learn how to perform wandless magic in order to preempt the Ministry for Magic’s decision to ban her from using a wand when they learn of her Blood Status.
Forbidden Things:
- Rhosyn’s soul being host to one of the original Thirteen Longinus-class Sacred Gear.
- Rhosyn’s mastery of her bloodthirst being handed to her on a silver platter.
- Rhosyn being capable of transforming someone into a vampire or ghoul.
- Rhosyn blindly following the lead of people she barely even knows.
- Rhosyn the Dark Emo Doormat.

Special Ruling: Since the Killing Curse would normally be ineffective against creatures with an Immunity to Fortitude Effects, I will be giving it the "Affects Objects" extra for the purposes of any scenario where vampires are major characters. This is actually somewhat justified in canon, as the Killing Curse actually does destroy inanimate objects which are put into it's flight path.

Complications
- Cultural Awkwardness: Fleur is a French Veela who regularly finds herself living in countries other than her own. There are going to be situations where she says or does something to annoy the magical citizens of whichever country she is residing in, and these aren't always going to be her fault.

Complications
- Fame: Viktor is almost as famous as The Girl Who Lived due to the fact that he plays Quidditch on an international level.
- Girl Magnet: Viktor may not be the most attractive of individuals, but his fame and athleticism more than makes up for that fact with the ladyfolk.
- Motivation: Patriotism: Viktor is very proud of his home nation, and willing to do whatever it takes to support the causes they stand for, so long as it doesn't take the complete undermining of his personal code of ethics.
- Power Loss: Victor can only use the Cruciatus Curse when his mind is being controlled by someone who would ordinarily be capable of casting said curse.
- Temper: Anything to do with "Grindelwald's Mark" will usually set Viktor off the deep end. This probably has something to do with the fact that the Dark Lord in question personally killed Viktor's grandfather.

Complications
- Age: A Vampire's physical appearance is a reflection of their mental and emotional age, rather than it having anything to do with their chronological age. This is why Akua appears to be a 10 to 11 year old girl despite being over 500 years old from a chronological point of view.
- Bane: Akua is susceptible to the normal Environmental effects that result from long term exposure to sunlight in spite of the fact that she is normally immune to Fortitude Effects. She is thus required to resist such effects using her Toughness score instead of her nonexistent Fortitude score, as per the Affects Objects rules. She is also Vision Impaired when exposed to Bright Light.
- Big Sister Instinct: Akua is sort of who raised Rhosyn after Akasha allowed herself to be absorbed back into Alucard in order to save both of their lives and that of her actual daughter. An while Akua actually did adopt force her body to mature to that of a 17 year old while raising Rhosyn, the fact remains that she has now resumed her preferred appearance, which could lead to all sorts of questions.
- Motivation: Revenge: Akua wants to kill Akasha Bloodriver so that she can steal the woman's Shinso powers, all so she can use those same abilities to take revenge against the world's humans for what they did to her childhood "sweetheart."
- Mythic Weakness: Contact with a holy symbol, blessed item, or holy water is particularly painful for Akua, and inflicts 1 rank of Damage per round of contact. Furthermore, her Impervious Toughness is negated by damage from such holy attacks, such as that caused by Spears of Light, and she is also Toughness Impaired against such attacks. She also becomes Dazed when exposed to prayers or scripture devoted to the God from the Bible.
- One of Us: Akua is a member of the anti-human terrorist group known as Fairy Tale, which is itself a "cell" in the terrorist organization known as the Khaos Brigade. Akua also spent some time working for the Chinese Mafia.
- Pet the Dog: Akua absolutely adores the Shuzen family's pet dog, Earl Grey, and the feeling seems to be mutual.
- Power Loss: Exposure to Silver, particularly blessed silver, can result in a weakening or even outright nullification of any or all of Akua's vampiric abilities. She also loses her Vampiric powers when exposed to water, unless that water has been treated in an herbal solution that makes it safe for Vampires.
- Quirk: Akua doesn't quite understand the difference between loyalty and love, and also has a difficult time understanding that someone can love more than one person at the same time. This is in spite of the fact that she herself loves both her sister and her cousin with everything that she is.
- Significant Others: Akua used to live with a girl who looked a whole lot like her sister Moka, and step-cousin, Rhosyn Potter. Unfortunately, that girl was brutally murdered by the denizens of the community she and Akua were living in at the time, and Akua is now using her sister and Rhosyn to repair the hole in her heart that was left behind when her friend passed away.
- Temper: It has been noted that Akua has an incredibly dark and violent temperment. It's also a bad idea to bring up her bust size in front of her.
- Weakness: Akua is Toughness Disabled against any Axe Kicks delivered by Akasha, Moka or Rhosyn.
