- Man Behind the Man: Georg is the second in command of the Hero Faction, but arguably just as powerful of an adversary as the actual leader of the Hero Faction if not for the noted cowardice issue he has to deal with.
- Obsession: As a member of the Hero Faction, it is Georg's desire to fight and defeat what he considers to be "Evil Beings", this includes everything from Devils, Fallen Angels and Dragons, right up to the female half of the subspecies of humanity known as Wizardkind, if only because they are referred to by the term "witches." Yes, this makes Georg one heck of a hypocrite.

The Last of the Real Ones Brainstorm & Notes

The Last of the Real Ones
Premise: “I was just an only child of the universe / And then I found you,,, / You are the sun and I am just the planets / Spinning around you... / You were too good to be true, gold plated / But what's inside you? But what's inside you? / I know this whole damn city thinks it needs you / But not as much as I do... yeah”
Required Inclusions:
- Prior to joining Riser’s peerage, Ravel must meet Harry Potter.
- Ravel must, as a result of that meeting, come to consider Harry a friend.
- Due to the meeting with Harry, Ravel must decide to build her own Peerage rather than joining her brother’s Peerage.
- Ravel must, whether due to simple friendship or being in love with him, opt to make Harry a member of her Peerage.
- Harry must be rather protective of Ravel.
- The primary pairing for this scenario should be a Harry / Ravel one, however a multi-pairing is also allowed.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry not having a Sacred Gear in this scenario. It is overdone and there are other things he could have which would put him on par with a Longinus wielder, such as a Holy Sword.
- Ravel befriending Harry prior to his attending Hogwarts, and turning him into a member of her Peerage in response to his having suffered a grievous injury during his time at said school.
- Harry pranking the utter crap out of Issei, even if he does nominally get along with the boy.
Optional Inclusions:
- Ravel making Harry her Queen piece.
- Harry already having a connection to one of the three Biblical factions, or the Yokai faction when Ravel makes him a member of her Peerage.

Complications
- Accident: When Ravel is flustered or embarrassed, her head will occasionally burst into flames for no apparent reason at all... well, other than that her powers are derived from said element.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Ravel's primary motivation is to provide support and assistance to the members of her Peerage, and especially Harry, in their efforts to reach their own personal goals, as she realizes it is only with her support as a High Class Devil that they will be considered valid members of the Underworld.
- Power Loss: Ravel can't use any of her Fire descriptor powers when submerged in water. This power loss quality is also important as it explains why water is the most effective way of snuffing out her head when it spontaneously combusts (see the Accident complication).
- Relationship: Ravel is the youngest child of Lord and Lady Phenex, with her next closest sibling being about a decade older than her. She is also the girlfriend of Harry Potter, as well as the King of the Devil Peerage to which he is acting as the Queen within.
- Tsun~!: Ravel is noted for having a rather Tsun-Tsun disposition when in public, but being incredibly Dere-Dere when Harry is capable of getting her alone.
- Weakness: Ravel suffers an additional degree of effect when an attack with the Radiant descriptor bypasses her Toughness, Fortitude or Will defenses.

Build Comments: Expertise: Tactics can be handled as either an Awareness or an Intellect skill. Which it winds up being is largely dependent upon the individual character and what their preferred method of interpreting a tactical situation happens to be. If it the approach it more intuitively, then it will be an Awareness skill, whereas if they approach it more analytically, then it will be an Intellect skill.

Complications
- Faux Family Resemblance: Boudica bears a striking resemblance to Rias Gremory, and it is something which has drawn considerable attention as of late due to the existence of a boy with a "Three Sizes Scouter" as it were.
- Hatred: Boudica has inherited the hatred her previous life held for Romans, but has transplanted it onto the Roman Catholic Church. She will never cooperate with such people, and will be among the first to attack them if given even the slightest bit of provocation. However, by the same token, she is among the first to welcome any newly reincarnated Devils who used to be members of the Church.
- Motivation: Justice: While Boudica herself had already reached adulthood by the time that the Holy Sword Project was going on, she was aware of the fact that those with the potential to wield Holy Swords were being brutally experimented on, and wishes more than anything to make those responsible suffer for their sin, but only if it doesn't compromise her loyalty to Ravel and her Peerage.
- Reputation: Boudica's chosen surname really says it all, doesn't it?
- Rivalry: More often than not, Boudica's largest rivalry will be with Lint Sellzen (as opposed to the one that Lint's brother shares with Rias' Knight). Whether this is a friendly or hostile rivalry isn't quite clear.
- Weakness: Boudica suffers an additional degree of effect when an attack with the Radiant descriptor bypasses her Toughness, Fortitude or Will defenses.

Complications
- Enemies: The Hero Faction aren't very happy to have been denied an asset as powerful as Medea happens to be.
- Forbidden Balance Breaker: Medea's Balance Breaker can only be achieved by having her heart broken so thoroughly, that one could define the atrocity as someone having smashed her heart into over a kajillion pieces! Worse, Medea knows this is what it would take to achieve her Balance Breaker. This is why she accepted a place in Ravel's Peerage, rather than joining the Hero Faction, as the Hero Faction would have demanded she obtain her Balance Breaker no matter the cost.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Medea has as her driving ambition, the desire to open a hospital that does not discriminate based on species, ethnic background, gender, religious background, blood status, or any of the countless other things that could be used to discriminate against a patient.
- Mythic Weakness: Removing Medea's Sacred Gear will result in her being forced to succeed on a DC 25 Fortitude check or immediately die. It is worth noting that despite her Sacred Gear not being 'Removable' it is possible to remove it using the Sacred Gear Removal Ritual developed by the Grigori faction.
- Relationship: Medea views Harry as a sort of "Jason Expy" and wishes to pursue a romantic relationship with him, which is something that Ravel decided to allow after Medea explained what it would take to awaken her Balance Breaker to the blonde. Ravel also made it clear that Medea would have to share Harry, which while annoying to Medea, was acceptable enough given the social context.
- Spindly Hand Waver: Medea is not at all athletic or acrobatic, and as such is reliant on her magic to protect her from undue harm. She is also not very comfortable in a melee fight, preferring to stay well away from the battle field and defending the Peerage's home turf when at all possible.
- Weakness: Medea suffers an additional degree of effect when an attack with the Radiant descriptor bypasses her Toughness, Fortitude or Will defenses.

In other words, Medea has access to a Longinus-tier Balance Breaker, she just doesn't want to go through the effort of waking it up... which incidentally sums up what an Infinity +1 Sword quest-line is all about, a pointless & mind-jarringly awful exertion to obtain arguably the most powerful weapon in the setting.

- Motivation: Thrills: When Ravel asked Dobby to become a member of her Peerage her offer was worded in such a manner that he would be an equal contributing member of the Peerage, rather than a servant to any one of them. It was that wording, and the admission that the average Devil lives for 10,000 or so years, and that she'd even pay him, that convinced Dobby. After all, who was he to pass up a 10,000 year long paid vacation?
- Quirk: Dobby's head often seems to be joined to his torso by the springs found within one of those bobble head toys.
- Power Loss: Dobby's Nature Magic effects will become Impaired, and then Disabled, if the environment in his immediate surroundings is rendered incompatible with mammalian life.
- Temper: You wouldn't think it to look at Dobby, but he is totally a yandere when it comes to protecting the Great Harry Potter Sir and anyone who the Great Harry Potter Sir expresses romantic interest in.

Complications
- Hatred: Of Fenris Greyback for having been the vile monster responsible for infecting Remus with the Lycanthropy curse to start with.
- Monstrous: Thanks to being given an Evil Piece, Remus has achieved 'oneness' with Moony to such a degree that they are now essentially the same individual. This means that he no longer loses his sanity on the full moon, but at the same time, it also means he can't turn off the werewolf superpowers, one of which is the ability to infect any humans he bites with Lycanthropy.
- Motivation: Acceptance: Remus desires a world where even those suffering from afflictions such as Lycanthropy can be treated as normal people by the rest of society without worry of being feared, despised or ridiculed.
- Relationship: Remus is often a subject of intense interest, in a medical capacity, for Medea-hime, as the Lycanthropy Curse did not exist at the time in which her previous life had lived. She desires his help in finding a more effective cure for the affliction than either Wolfsbane Potion or Evil Pieces could ever hope to be... or rather, she wants a cure that is more effective than those two options that doesn't involve killing the afflicted individual.
- Weakness: Remus suffers an additional degree of effect when an attack with either the Radiant or Silver descriptor manages to bypass his Toughness, Fortitude or Will defenses.

Too bad this idea didn't work out. The picture you got for Remus was a really nice one. Oh well, back to the drawing board. But well the current idea should prove itself quite amusing. :) Where did you find it? I don't remember seeing this idea around before.
