Complications
- Guy Magnet: One of Hestia's worst memories, is when a man named Priapus tried to "ravish" her while she was sleeping. Fortunately she woke up in time to scream out her shock, and call forth her yandere siblings to champion her virtue. Unfortunately, she's just as attractive now as she was then.
- Honor: Hestia is by far and away the single most honorable member of the Olympic Pantheon, with her standards being so high that she served as the ethical role-model for the entire Grecian world.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Hestia is the all-loving heroine who every single god in Ancient Greece adores, and also the one who everyone in Greece worshiped before any of the other deities. It goes without saying that she exists for the purpose of spreading hope, peace and harmony.
- Oathsworn: Hestia has sworn an oath to remain chaste and pure for all of eternity. This oath was witnessed by her youngest brother, the King of Olympus, Zefs Panællínios, which means that it is magically binding.
- Pacifying Pacifist: While she does have a temper that befits an Olympian, Hestia is the only one of her siblings who never really picks a side in the various conflicts that they have each started independently of one another. She's also the sole reason why the other Olympians can stand to be in each other's presence long enough to hold a council meeting.
- Relationships: Hestia's family tends to be rather yandere in how they go about protecting her, which is why she only ever leaves Olympus in the form of an Avatar, since they usually won't go to such extremes in order to protect an autonomous magical construct.
- Significant Other: Hestia is the adoptive mother of a young man known as Harry Potter, and through him, the new Regent to the Houses of Potter and Peverell. She also took on a maternal role for her siblings while they were all trapped inside of Cronus' stomach.

Build Comments
The actual Hestia, if I were to build her, would be sitting on a minimum Power Level of 14, since she gains a little bit more power each time someone travels through the Floo Network. I also decided to make a distinction between a literary distinction between a deity and their Avatar by giving Hestia two different names, one of which is her English name, and the other is a transliteration of her Ancient Greek name into Latin script. That same transliteration gave me the rather odd looking variation on Zeus's name that appeared in this stat block.

- Destiny: It is Harry's destiny to be the one who will ultimately vanquishes the dark wizard who styles himself as "Lord Voldemort."
- Honor: Harry will always keep his word of honor, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in his dealings.
- Impulsive: Harry is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by someone who might have some idea what they're talking about.
- Motivation: Protector: Harry is highly motivated to use his powers to protect others. He willingly puts himself at great risk in order to defend innocents and those he cares about.
- Nemesis: Albus Dumbledore wishes to sculpt Harry into a sacrificial lamb that he can throw at Voldemort in hopes that the lads death will act as catalyst which will allow the elderly Headmaster to swoop in and defeat the so-called Dark Lord once and for all. Defeat, but certainly not vanquish.
- Relationships: Harry is the adoptive son of the Chaste Goddess, Æstía Äídios. He is also the biological son of the late James and Lily Potter, as well as the godson of a man of remarkably ill-repute who answers to the name of Sirius Black.
- Significant Other: Harry is the best friend of a young lady by the name of Rias Gremory. Neither one of them has quite realized that they live on opposite sides of the "Saints" and "Sinners" axis.

Build Comments
A "Quasi-Deity" is the divine counterpart to a "Half-Devil", while a "Demigod" would be the divine counterpart to a "Reincarnated Devil." As such, they can both become incredibly strong in comparison to "Divine Pure-Bloods" due to any number of factors which could alter their baseline parameters. The important part though, is that a Quasi-Deity is still at least partially human, while a Demigod is entirely divine. Oh, and almost every single Valkyrie in the High School DxD world setting is considered to be a Quasi-Deity.

Here Comes the Sun Brainstorm & Notes

Here Comes the Sun
Premise: Amaryllis ‘Amy’ Potter’s life had seemingly been cursed with interesting adventures. Amy really should have known better than to think she could relax after vanquishing the Dark Lord Voldemort… The Land of the Rising Sun was calling out to her, and it would not be denied!
Required Inclusions:
- Amaryllis ‘Amy’ Potter must actually be one of the Bunrei belonging to the Shinto goddess known as Amaterasu.
- Amaterasu must have chosen to incarnate this particular Bunrei as a mortal witch in hopes that Amy’s existence would allow her to gain the same stress relief humans do during vacations.
- Amy must be recalled to Japan at some point after the Second Wizarding Blood War, and must find herself completely incapable of ignoring the divine imperative.
- Amy must be transported to Takamagahara shortly after arriving in Japan so that she can attend a private meeting with the core of Amaterasu’s power.
- Amy’s divine essence must reunite with Amaterasu’s at the end of that meeting, only instead of being subsumed by the Sun Goddess, Amy will find she is now in the driver’s seat.
- Amy must be perfectly capable of hiding her divine presence from almost everyone she encounters unless she starts using enough divine power to be noticed by the Powers That Be.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Amy should draw inspiration from Marvel’s version of Odin when trying to figure out how to deal with members of her pantheon who need a lesson in humility.
- Amy should take the Four Great Devil Kings and Azazel to task for allowing their people to run rampant within her lands with little to no direct supervision.
- Amy should be far more hands-on in her dealings with the world around her than the previous version of Amaterasu was known for being.
Optional Inclusions:
- Amy could be present in Kuoh Town during Kokabiel’s assault, and might decide to Smite him before Vali Lucifer has a chance to turn up and take the Fallen into custody.
- Amy could find great joy in openly flirting with the Seraphic siblings, Michael and Gabriel.

The Frozen Heart
Premise: Eirlys Potter was on the traditional tour of the world for Hogwarts alumni when she met the one person who knew ice better than her. They say you should never judge a book by its cover, and this was certainly true of the rather emotive woman known as Serafall Leviathan, for she was one of the Four Great Devil Kings, rulers of the Underworld! «Attractive Yuki-Onna F!Harry»
Required Inclusions:
- Eirlys Potter must actually be one of the Yuki-Onna that are depicted in the series known as Rosario + Vampire, instead of one of the ones which can be found in the Familiar Forest.
- A Yuki-Onna will always produce pure Yuki-Onna or Yuki-Otoko offspring when they reproduce with humans, be they magical or otherwise. Yuki-Onna with magical fathers will also have magic
- Eirlys must encounter Serafall Leviathan, who will be giving a show on the Vegas Strip, during her tour of the world after having graduated from Hogwarts.
- While Eirlys won’t know exactly what Serafall is, she will recognize the fact that the woman is immensely powerful in terms of her magical aura, causing Eirlys to investigate the Maou.
- While Eirlys is quite powerful herself, the fact remains that Serafall’s power will easily dwarf her own, meaning that Eirlys would be foolish to try and fight the Maou.
- Eirlys and Serafall must end up conversing with one another and striking up a fast friendship after the former sneaks into the latter’s dressing room.
- Serafall must eventually offer Eirlys an apprenticeship in Ice Magic and a place within her Peerage, however the specific Evil Piece that Serafall offers is up to the author.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Eirlys should be trained in the use of daggers, either by one of the surviving Black Sisters or possibly even by Sirius Black himself, and should also know how to generate Ice Blades.
- Eirlys should be far more resistant to Extreme Heat than other Yuki-Onna due to the fact that her father was a wizard.
- Eirlys’s ultimate trump card should be a replica of Haku’s Demonic Ice Mirrors technique from the Naruto franchise.
Optional Inclusions:
- Eirlys could enjoy using her feminine wiles on unsuspecting young men, causing them to run into solid objects of their own accord.
- Eirlys could be quite hot-headed & foul-mouthed when angry, despite being an Ice Elemental.

Bad Moon Rising Brainstorm & Notes

Bad Moon Rising
Premise: People liked to compare Harry Potter to his parents, but very few people realized that James Potter was not Harry’s father, that he had actually been born from a union between a still ‘living’ Count Vlad Tepes of Wallachia and Lily Potter (née Evans).
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must be the son of Count Vlad Tepes of Wallachia and Lily Potter (née Evans), having been born as a Dhampir instead of a vampire.
- Vlad must have been living in voluntary exile from the Vampiric Factions in High School DxD at the time of Harry’s conception, and may even be sealed or truly dead by the time he is born.
- James must be fully aware of how Harry came to be, which will occur at a swingers party or something similar to one, and will therefore choose to magically adopt the boy as his heir.
- The tendency for people to compare Harry to his parents must remain intact in this story, with any comments comparing him to James being the result of an illusion crafted by Dumbledore.
- Harry must discover his true heritage no later than his sixteenth birthday, with there being a distinct possibility that his awakening is brought on by an overwhelming desire for blood.
- Harry’s status as Dracula’s son must give him significant prestige within the Tepes Faction, and could possibly even make him a highly desirable romantic partner for the Carmilla.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should express extreme discontent over how the Tepes Faction is treating their current Queen, young Valerie Tepes.
- Harry should also end up in a romantic pairing with the Queen of the Carmilla Faction, legitimizing a formal alliance between the two Factions that ends the blood feud.
- Harry’s primary antagonist should be the Pure-Vampire known as Marius Tepes, since it will be Marius who is the primary reason Valerie is being mistreated.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could have the ability to form mist or darkness, author’s choice as to which, into weapons that are potentially just as strong as Holy or Demonic Swords.
- Harry could end up with three girlfriends/brides just like his true father.

- Bane: Dragonic blood is both a stimulant and mild aphrodisiac for vampires and dhampirs, and would be something that Henric would quickly become addicted to if he ever deigned to drink such a substance.
- Destiny: It is Henric's destiny to be the one who will ultimately vanquishes the dark wizard who styles himself as "Lord Voldemort."
- Impulsive: Henric is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by someone who might have some idea what they're talking about.

Complications
- Bane: Isabel will become Impaired and suffer rank 5 damage for each round that she is directly exposed to sunlight.
- Bloodthirst: Isabel must make a DC 22 Will resistance check whenever she refrains from consuming blood for an extended period of time. Failure on this check forces her into a feeding frenzy that can only be halted when someone manages to incapacitate her.
- Enemies: Isabel would be wise to consider Rizevim Livan Lucifer as an enemy, as well as the majority of the vampires who hail from the Tepes faction.
- Honor: Isabel is basically the "Big Good" of vampiric society, and as such is one of the more honorable members of her species.
- Invitation Required: Isabel can't cross into someone's home without an invitation (forced or willing) from one of the mortals who call that dwelling their home. Businesses, temporary housing and unowned homes do not offer their occupants this form of protection.
- Motivation: Patriotism: As the Queen of the Carmilla Faction, Isabel is entirely devoted to the protection and welfare of her people.
- Nemeses: The vast majority of the Carmilla Faction's male population essentially count as a nemesis for their female counterparts.
- Power Loss: Isabel's Toughness is not Impervious against fire-based attacks and weapons made from wood, silver or which have been blessed.
- Vampiric Aversions: Water, Garlic and Holy Symbols can be used to hold Isabel at bay. These are treated as though they were a rank 15 Cumulative Affliction (Will Resist; 1st: Entranced, 2nd: Compelled [to Stay Away], 3rd: Controlled [to Go Away]), with the result being that Isabel must remain 5 feet from the triggering stimuli. In either case, she must be able to see the triggering stimuli, and water will only trigger this effect if it is left untreated by the reagents she uses when drawing a bath.
- Weakness: Isabel is Toughness Impaired against damage inflicted by Luminescent or Holy damage, and such damage is considered to be Incurable against her. Furthermore, she becomes Dazed and Vulnerable when exposed to verbalized prayers or scripture dedicated to the Biblical God.

Premise: Harry Potter truly enjoyed the freedom that came with being a privately funded Curse Breaker. Alas, he really should have known that all good things in his life come with an even greater amount of high octane adventure, battles with powerful enemies and vivifying elder gods.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must willingly choose to become an independent and privately funded Curse Breaker instead of an Auror after the conclusion of his war with Voldemort.
- This choice in career must suit Harry remarkably well due to the young man’s recently developed case of wanderlust.
- Harry must recover a divine relic during a dig in an uncharted temple that somehow triggers an apotheosis, transforming Harry from a powerful wizard into a new Godling.
- Harry must experience significant difficulties in mastering his new divine powers, which will cause him to seek out someone who could help him in learning such control.
- Furthermore, Harry’s sudden apotheosis must kick over the supernatural ant’s nest, informing those with the ability to sense divine energy that a new player has entered the field.
- The first two powers which Harry must manifest will be Divine Lighting and Divine Wind, which means that being in close proximity to his location could be dangerous for humans.
- Harry must discover for himself, or be told by a potential ally, that he is the new incarnation of the Mesopotamian God of Storms, Dagon.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should ask for the assistance of Azazel, the Governor General of the Grigori, in learning how to use his divine powers, as well as getting into fighting trim.
- Harry should demonstrate a distinct lack of regard for the diplomatic relationships among the various supernatural factions when attempting to make friends and allies.
- Harry should form a romantic connection with the Fallen Angel known as Penemue, which could be very amusing if she was involved in the destruction of Dagon’s temple at Ashdod.

- Dagon’s reimergence as Harry Potter could act as a “wake up call” for other deities from antiquity, leading to several new allies and/or enemies for Harry and the Three Factions.

Complications
- Demeaning Perception: Penemue is fully aware of just how attractive she is, and regularly uses that knowledge to her advantage. Sadly, this comes at the expense of her reputation, as people are far less likely to take her seriously when she is such a blatant tease.
- Motivation: Greed: Penemue was exiled from Heaven after reading an incredibly compelling theological dissertation written by Samael that convinced her to teach mankind how to read and write. This has also shaped her personality to one extent or another, causing her to become rather obsessed with the written word.
- Responsibility: Penemue is the Chief Scribe (Secretary) of the Grigori Faction and therefore responsible for maintaining the records of that organizations business affairs, as well as keeping track of both their military assets and any religious relics they gain possession of.
- Weakness: Pememue is Toughness Impaired against damage from Demonic Swords and Cursed Water and such damage is also Incurable against her. This is because she was once an Angel of Heaven.
