I think I mentioned earlier in the thread that I've never read a comic with Donna in it, so this build is pretty much being done by osmosis. She's essentially an equal to my Wonder Woman build, which I think is in line with the other ascended sidekicks (Nightwing and Batman, Arsenal and Green Arrow, etc.)

Donna's a tricky one- she SHOULD be super-powerful, but every comic I've ever read seems to treat her like a PL 10.

I was a little skeptical about Marvel giving Wolverine another hidden kid, especially after they defied the odds by making Laura such a popular success with readers, but Daken has been growing on me in X-Factor. I like the added options his pheromone ability gives him, and he definitely still has the loose-cannon vibe that Logan more or less shed years back.

Speaking of characters who I wouldn't have thought would catch on, here comes...an alternate-reality Gwen Stacy with spider-powers? Thanks in no small part to an instantly iconic costume design, however, Ghost-Spider has become a key player in the Marvel Universe just five years after her debut. This build reflects Gwen's current status as "Gwenom", deriving her powers from her reality's version of the Venom symbiote.

Took down the new builds I posted over the weekend, as I'm not quite happy with them mechanically or narratively for my setting yet. Will re-post when I get a chance to take another pass at them!

Let this thread go way too long without everyone's favorite Maid of Mischief. Harley was probably PL 7 at best when first introduced, but since becoming one of the main draws of DC across their various platforms, I think she's absolutely on the same PL 9 offense/PL 10 defense level as Catwoman, Huntress, and similar characters.

Abilities 68 + Powers 10 + Advantages 21 + Skills 34 + Defenses 17 = Total 150

Been watching a lot of DC content on HBO Max, so I thought I'd bust out a few more builds. First off is Cassie, who exists alongside Barbara as Batgirl in my setting. I know the Body Language Reading power might come off as a bit overkill, but I like the way it helps simulate her capabilities without keeping her way below her caps the rest of the time.

Relationships: Her Titans teammates.

My only real exposure to Raven has been through the Titans TV show, so this is a somewhat wiki-fueled build, but I think it captures most of the highlights.

Power Loss: If Kori goes without exposure to solar radiation for an extended period, she loses access to her powers, and her abilities decrease to Str 2, Sta 3.
Relationships: Her Titans teammates.
Temper: Kori was raised in a warrior culture and can sometimes succumb to those violent instincts.

Abilities 64 + Powers 46 + Advantages 5 + Skills 18 + Defenses 17 = Total 150

Starfire is a solid paragon/blaster combo and should be pretty straightforward at the table.
