Disability: Due to the trauma she has suffered and violence she has inflicted from a young age, Laura's emotional affect is not fully developed, although she has grown in this regard since joining the X-Men.
Motivation: Protecting Xavier's Dream of peaceful mutant-human coexistence, safeguarding the mutant homeland of Krakoa, and atoning for her past as an assassin.
Prejudice: Laura is a mutant.
Relationships: Her father Logan, siblings Daken and Honey Badger, friends and mentors Gambit and Psylocke, and her X-Men teammates.
Reputation: Laura was trained and brainwashed to become an assassin, and is sometimes feared or distrusted by those aware of her past.

Laura is probably my favorite X-character introduced this century and I hope she'll continue to be a central part of the cast going forward. Her build is of course very similar to Logan's, adding some agility and speed.

Power Loss: Bishop's Energy Absorption can become overloaded and fail if he absorbs too much energy too quickly. Additionally, he cannot use his Biokinetic Blast or Boost in a scene without first absorbing energy, but can recharge both with additional energy absorption, rather than having to do so outside of combat as is typical for effects with the Fades flaw.
Prejudice: Bishop is both a mutant and of Aboriginal descent.

Abilities 52 + Powers 37 + Advantages 17 + Skills 23 + Defenses 21 = Total 150

I was first getting into comics right around when Bishop first appeared, so he's always been a mainstay of the X-Men to me. It took me a while to figure out how I wanted to build him, as there's not a direct way of representing his powers in the rules as written. I decided the easiest thing would be to handle both potential overloads and the different way that Fades works for him as a Complication rather than a Flaw or Quirk.

Bobbi is a great foil for Clint, and they've got a vibe that's unique in comics given the length and complexity of their relationship, but I think she's also a great and underutilized character in her own right. This build reflects her current status as a recipient of both the Super-Soldier Serum and the Infinity Formula, making her the virtual physical equal of Cap and other top martial artists, as well as a skilled scientist and spy.

Maybe my favorite of the New Mutants crew, Roberto's really comes into his own in recent years with his run as the leader of AIM and the USAvengers, but as with Sam, I'm glad he's back in the X-Men fold now. From a gaming standpoint, he's a mini-brick/blaster with plenty of great story opportunities stemming from his international business connections.

Easily my favorite of the Gen X kids, and seemingly the one with the most staying power in the X-verse (aside from Jubilee, of course.) In the past, her psionic powers were limited to very close range, although this restriction seems to have been abandoned in recent years. If you want to retain it, I would suggest using a Power Loss Complication rather than actually reducing them to touch range; it doesn't track for me that she would have to hit a close attack roll to read someone's mind, and she's mobile enough that a Limited Flaw or even a Quirk doesn't quite sit right either.

Very tough to get an accurate Noh-Varr to starting points, but I'm really pleased with how this turned out. I had to ditch his more esoteric/powerful weapons, but I feel like he mostly uses his blasters and personal augmentations nowadays anyway.

Reputation: Loki is the god of mischief and spent centuries scheming against Asgard and manipulating events there and on Earth; his very nature is virtually defined by the fact that he cannot be trusted.
Rivalry: While Loki and Thor were once bitter enemies, their relationship has become more of an uneasy rivalry with occasional alliances.

A PC Loki, like Doctor Strange, the Surfer, or Thor, isn't going to be as nigh-omnipotent as usually depicted, but this version is reasonably in line with the current "Ikol" incarnation of Loki, as well as the MCU adaptation.

Yeah, Noh-Varr is a pain, in particular because modern writers just ignore all the goofy stuff Grant Morrison came up with on one of his shroom-binges, and modern comics rarely pays much attention to superhero fight strategy anyways.
