Power Loss: If Groot is killed and his Immortality kicks in, he has to regrow from a sapling, and does not have full access to his Growth abilities for several weeks after returning to life.
Relationships: His best friend Rocket Raccoon and the other members of the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Vulnerability: Groot is susceptible to herbicides and other chemicals inimical to plant life.

While most of the Guardians hit the PL 10/150 pp zone pretty well, Rocket was actually a little tricky to get up to full points, so I ended up throwing on the Aero-Rig device, which gives him some maneuverability and more tactical options.

I think Star-Lord wins the prize for most obscure character to become a pop culture icon thanks to the MCU, or at the very least shares the prize with Groot. Mechanically, Quill relies on skills and tactics rather than raw power, making him useful in a wide range of scenarios.

I've been a fan of Miles since he was first introduced, and even more so since Into The Spider-Verse hit. Great visual design, great riff on his predecessor's background, and he opens up narrative space to tell stories about a teen Spider-Man while letting Peter live an adult life. Since Miles adds the camouflage and venom strike to his suite of abilities, I had to put the venom strike in an array with his spider-strength to make the point limit, but I think that's fine.

Motivation: Protecting the innocent, although Eddie's definition of "protect" probably differs from most people's.
Power Loss: If Eddie is separated from the symbiote, his abilities drop to Strength 3, Stamina 3, Agility 2 in addition to the loss of his other powers.
Power Loss: The symbiote generates webbing from its own bio-mass, so repeated use over a short period can leave it depleted and unable to create more.
Relationships: Eddie's toxic co-dependent bond with the alien symbiote is the only relationship in his life that really matters to him.
Reputation: As Venom, Eddie has committed many acts of violence and murder. While he strives to use his abilities to help others, he does not have the limits of other vigilantes, and is distrusted by the superhero community and the general public.
Vulnerability: When bonded with the symbiote, Eddie takes an extra degree of effect from fire and an extra two degrees of effect from sonic effects. Prolonged proximity to even mundane noises of sufficient volume - church bells, heavy machinery, etc. - can render Eddie and the symbiote incapacitated, allowing them to be separated.

Getting Eddie to playable points was tough. The cut I ended up having to make was with his Cellular Morphing power, which usually allows him to fully take on the appearance of other people. Morph 2 in an array with Concealment would be another 8 points, and he doesn't use it that often, so I tossed in the Feature to have the symbiote disguise itself as clothing and called it good. Otherwise, this is right in line with my Spider-Man, with a bump to Strength and advantages that reflect Eddie's more vicious combat style.

Vulnerability: Luke cannot receive any medical attention that requires penetrating or cutting his skin without highly advanced equipment.

Luke fits as a starting character pretty easily, and he and Danny together would be quite a potent team in a street-level setting.

Accident: Jessica does not always know her own strength and can cause unintended damage or injury. Likewise, she is not comfortable in the air and tends to avoid flying if at all possible.
Enemy: The Purple Man.
Guilt: Jessica still carries significant guilt and self-loathing from her time under the control of the Purple Man.
Motivation: Protecting the vulnerable and exploited.
Power Loss: If anything nullifies Jessica's enhancements, her abilities decrease to Str 1, Sta 2 in addition to the loss of her other powers.
Relationships: Her husband Luke Cage and their infant daughter Danielle, and her friends and fellow heroes Iron Fist, Daredevil, Spider-Man, and Captain Marvel.

Abilities 78 + Powers 27 + Advantages 6 + Skills 25 + Defenses 14 = Total 150

Jessica posed the opposite problem that I've had with many of these builds, in that I had to stretch a bit past how she's usually portrayed to get her up to full points. This version of Jessica more properly reflects where she should be at as a character almost 20 years since her introduction in ALIAS, rather than how she started off there or on the Netflix show. She's the most capable detective out of any of my Marvel builds, and can stand her ground in a super-fight.

Power Loss: Kate's intangibility is ineffective against certain super-dense metals and alien alloys, as well as certain energy and magical effects.
Prejudice: Kate is both Jewish and a mutant.
Relationships: Her X-Men teammates, particularly Colossus, Magik, Nightcrawler, Prestige, Storm, and Wolverine.
Rivalry: While they are on better terms recently, Kate and the White Queen have historically butted heads, even after Emma reformed and became a trusted member of the X-Men.

Abilities 58 + Powers 49 + Advantages 4 + Skills 22 + Defenses 17 = Total 150

Kate's very difficult to fit at starting points while doing justice to both her mutant powers and her skills - a testament to how central she's been to the X-books over the decades and the amount of development she's received. I had to cut the Attack extra from Insubstantial, and would have liked to give her some more combat advantages to reflect her martial arts training, not to mention Lockheed as a Sidekick.

Those who are aware of these events, particularly the alien Shi'ar Empire, regard Jean as a danger to the entire known universe.
Rivalry: Jean and the White Queen have not always seen eye to eye, although they have done their best to bury the hatchet.

A PC-level Jean is not going to be the psionic titan she's normally depicted as these days, Phoenix Force or otherwise. As with other high-ceiling characters like Dr. Strange and the Scarlet Witch, timely use of Extraordinary Effort can help her pull out all the stops when needed.

Yay, Kitty! Really nice art choices in here, as well. Very "iconic" and emblematic of most characters right out of the gate. Echoes' more liberal allowance of multiple images has made me greedy and want to post every outfit, look, and "iconic" cover over the years, but to do it so succinctly is a good trick! Putting Venom of all characters into 150 points is no mean feat, either!

I'm really impressed with how you've managed to keep such a diverse range of heroes to PL 10. Very cool to see "average starting hero" PL versions of these characters.
