[Earth-L]The Perfect Man and the Perfect Woman.
The Griffon Mythology is anti-Ogre/anti-Demiogres sect devoted to wiping out all Ogres and Demiogres, and is led by the puritanical zealot Mr. Protocol.

In reality, however, the Griffon Mythology serves as a testing-grounds for the R’lyetist-supremacist mega-villainess Griffon, who uses this bunch to test the genetic worthiness other Demiogres!

MOST FEARED LEGENDARY BEING IN EXISTENCE
Coming only to harvest the memetic cores of the most powerful of heroes and villains, the Gatekeeper is swayed not by pity, compassion or cleverly-worded games. He takes what he came for, and promptly leave to deposit his prize in the afterlife.
NO SYMPATHY
He doesn’t care who you are, or who you know or what powers and privileges you had in life. He doesn’t care about your destiny or your purpose or your mission. All of that is meaningless. He has heard every sob story, every desperate plea, every trick ever attempted, and he’s no time for ANY of it.

A hidden imperiex! The Gatekeeper safeguards the Forever Tree’s afterlife, a strange, alien land called the Primordial Deeps. Here, the dead meet strange rewards and self-afflictions for what they’ve done in life.

The Gatekeeper is pitiless. He rouses himself only to reap the greatest heroes and villains, save for cosmic entities, higher-order intelligences and imperiex, who go someplace far stranger than the Primordial Deeps upon their cataclysm-shrouded ur-deaths. To be chosen by him is a reverential honor; it also means there will be no reincarnations or resurrections.

And yes, his Death Touch X power will work on Enginseer Ka...

The Gatekeeper and the Solar Lion’re the only two imperiex not entirely bound by the Right of Dominion held by every single imperiex. In the Gatekeeper’s case, he can violate the Right of Dominion at whim, but only so he can harvest the souls of the Forever Tree’s greatest superheroes and supervillains.

And as for Jax? He is of no concern. Imperiex rise; imperiex fall. Given time, even the Gatekeeper must perish, and, on that day, he will accept his fate with equanimity. So, the failures of the imperiex of Earth-V, when viewed in that fatalistic light, are of no consequence in the grand scheme of things.

The Gatekeeper rules a somber simple mausoleum in the Primordial Deeps. He governs over none, being obsessed with letting the dead enjoy...or fear...their afterlives.

Yes, you read that right; Enlil, a Sumerian, speaks English! How? Time travel, of course.

You see, Enlil was the first king of the gods, but an enemy trapped Enlil in the far future: to be specific, Earth-C in the 2020s CE. Enlil made a great many friends, then eventually found a way to go home...only to find Marduk on the heavenly throne.

Wisely, however, Enlil understood he’d been gone for years and the gods needed a king. Enlil made peace with Marduk, though he’s never entirely forgiven Marduk his usurpation!

Enlil inhabits the Cedar Forest, home of the gods.

Enlil has no idea a multiverse even exists, but would take the revelation fairly well, considering his adventures through time!

All of the Pyroking’s powers come from a small number of Starryfire gems in his possession. He was taught to use them by Hod the Green Sun, in return for unspecified ‘future favors’.

He’s originally from Lima, Peru. The Pyroking only speaks Spanish. Christopher’s Roman Catholic.

The Pyroking is terrified of the Spiralhorns. He has no clue a multiverse even exists, and doesn’t even know the true nature of the Spiralhorns, thinking him just one more Dreamerfey.

She’s originally from Mexico City, Mexico. The Pyroqueen only speaks Spanish. Ana’s Roman Catholic.

The Pyroqueen hates the Spiralhorns for a past humiliation at his hands, but’s nowhere stupid enough to try to take the Earth-E imperiex on. She has no idea a multiverse even exists, let alone the Spiralhorns being a Sentinelgod of that multiverse!
They both roam South America, committing crimes and living wild, free and unrestrained.

A Void Giantess like her brother-husband the Ogrefather, the Ogremother, while nowhere near as powerful as the average imperiex, is nevertheless staggeringly cruel.

Un-Mirror’d, the Ogremother is lumpen, hideous, mummified and yet bizarrely soggy, a most unholy combination. In this form, the Ogremother can warp reality as she sees fit, but is a staggeringly idiotic brute. When wearing her Mirror, the Ogremother’s beautiful, muscular and storm-soaked, even in the desert. In this form, the Ogremother can control the weather via her force of will.

Despite being the wife of an imperiex, the Ogremother is shockingly ignorant of the wider Forever Tree.

After being imprisoned in the earth for several years, the Spidergoddess finds tight spaces unbearable. This doesn’t apply when using her power to alter biomes, as she’s not submerged in the earth—-she is the earth!
Strangely Friendly With Christians
Something about the fierce refusal to die in the persecuted Christian minority resonates strongly with the Spidergoddess. Theologically she finds their doctrines laughable—-but that dogged determination has MORE than earned them her quiet respect.

Yet another imperiex, this one with a Sidekick! The Spidergoddess is a skytreader Skytower Giantess, and is powerful beyond belief. She has the power to meld into the earth and radically transform a region’s biomes in any way she sees fit, so long as the end result is a literal ‘paradise on earth’.

She walks carefully in her universe, though not out of fear. She was once entombed within the earth by her fellows for her hubris, and only escaped thanks to the Solar Lion giving her the imperiex-essence. This taught her that even gods can fall, and so she is cautious.

The Spidergoddess is friendly to Christians—-a persecuted minority in the reign of Emperor Hadrian—-Though not because she agrees with their doctrinal theology. She finds the idea of monotheism laughably naive. No, the Christian refusal to surrender to Roman persecution has earned them the Spidergoddess’ quiet respect. She goes out of her way to treat them fairly, and, if necessary, protect them.

She detests Jax of Earth-V as an incompetent failure, and would gladly kill him, if not for the Right of Dominion. She likewise detests the Sungods, despite being able to call upon the Sungods on whim, viewing them as meddling outsiders. The Star Corps she somewhat tolerates, but only so far.

Unable to Drift in Her Identity
Most thoughtforums drift from identity to identity, but Ariadne is fixed in her current form and nature by the will of the Spidergoddess. Because of this, Ariadne’s slowly gaining a sense of Permanent self lacked by even the mightiest thoughtforms.

A few notes:
The Ectoplasmic Containment Zone was an American city where the Dream Moth underwent his apotheosis. Unable to contain all that energy, the Dream Moth shunted 99% of it back into the city’s populace—-as well as the city, itself! This led the entire area becoming a Resonance all its own.
The Olympians are mutants trapped in the Ectoplasmic Containment Zone by the very nature of their powers. Within this cage, Olympian reality-warping powers can do nearly anything—-but they can never leave.

The Watchmen-upon-the-Wall are a team of six fully-sentient robots, created by the Solar Lion to keep an eye on events on Earth-V, especially keeping vigil for the return of the Jax the Sleeping King.

[Earth-Q]Abyss and the Submerged Sun
Abyss and her twin sister the Submerged Sun are the two Fish leaders of the evil Deepwalkers, a sect of Archons, Epochs and Fish devoted to the idea of a Fish tyranny on Earth.
Several thousand Fish strong, the Deepwalkers have their own hidden aquatic base, a Tlolkku deepwater mining facility they took over several centuries ago. Here, Abyss gathers evil, wicked humans and turns the most vicious of them into Archons and Epochs.
Abyss is the undisputed leader of the Deepwalkers, despite her lack of psionics—-considered a severe disability by other Fish, a lack she blames on her torturous first encounter with human beings.
The Submerged Sun is Abyss’ loyal second in command, a unique radiokinetic/pyrokinetic of godlike power. A born follower, the Submerged Sun blindly follows Abyss down the dark path Abyss has chosen to go down.

I seriously miss Earth-G! It was the home of (in my opinion at least) one of the Coolest Characters i made. Just a regular guy trying to do the Right Thing in a World gone Mad...
