Capricious in His Judgments
As a regular human being, while not wearing his Oneiric Raiment, the King of Billions of Wings is calm, rational and studious, making the most logical of choices in every situation, only rarely allowing emotion to influence him.
When assuming his Oneiric Raiment, the King of Billions of Wings is driven by passion; as such, the emotion of the moment guides his decision-making and makes no attempt as being consistent or fair.
As an imperiex, these twin traits, depending on form, considerably heighten. As a mortal, the King of Billions of Wings is cold and emotionless, and, when taking on his Oneiric Raiment, he’s wild to the point of feralness.
Inherently Mentally Unstable
As a regular human being, while not wearing his Oneiric Raiment, the King of Billions of Wings is perfectly sane, and is in fact quite logical. While not exactly compassionate, he’s far from cruel.
When assuming his Oneiric Raiment, the King of Billions of Wings, however, his sanity crumbles under the constant bombardment of oneiric imagery. While as the King he is functionally a Schizophrenic with severe ‘delusions’ of grandeur. (Though, are they delusions, when you’re an imperiex?)
A Stone Age Deity
As a regular human being, while not wearing his Oneiric Raiment, the King of Billions of Wings is a man of the modern world.
When assuming his Oneiric Raiment, the King of Billions of Wings is a relic of the Stone Age, an era when gods were bloodthirsty barbarians eager for human sacrifice. He is decidedly malevolent, under his Oneiric Raiment.

Yet another imperiex!

A former humble German medical student in his first year of training, the King of Billions of Wings (aka Sigismund Zweihander) was one of the first to become a sidhe-diverhost.

He is the romantic partner of the Spiralhorns, imperiex of Earth-E, though the relationship is best described as “extremely chaotic” and “overwhelmingly unstable”.

He finds Jax, imperiex of Earth-V, a waste of skin. The King of Billions of Wings would kill Jax and consume him, but the Right of Dominions holds His Winged Majesty back from this deicidal act of cannibalism!

His original powers were similar to these, however, nowhere near at the same level and just as Illusionary as all other sidhe’s and pookas’ powers. The imperiex-Essence has elevated the King of Billions of Wings to an unexpected new heights: his powers are not illusionary, instead being quite, quite real. This comes as a horrible surprise to songbreakers looking for any easy kill.

His Strength is abysmally low because the King of Billions of Wings is nigh-on ethereal, physically. His body is tissue-thin and vaguely birdlike, and he cannot exert much physical force. (Thus rendering his Sidhe-Diverhost Fangs Strike a -1 power, instead of +4.)

Uta-Napishtim is actual character in The Epic of Gilgamesh, and is likely the basis for The Bible’s Flood myth and Noah. It predates the Hebrew account pretty significantly, too.

On Earth-C, however, Uta-Napishtim is a demigod, born a mortal-but-superpowered son of Enki and a mortal concubine. Annunaki, in a cruel experiment, affixed an alien plant known as ‘the flower of eternity’ in Uta-Napishtim’s chest, turning the poor young man into a being death likely will never claim.

Secretly Horrified by How the Green Star Changed Him
Though he enjoys the power he’s been given, being a coherent mass of sand means all the pleasures and pains in life no longer apply. While he doesn’t miss his horrid limping gait or his failing eyes, he misses all the good things, from sunrises to a lover’s embrace and everything in between. If he could find a way to revert to a human form on command he’d be happy. As it is, Sandman’s ‘blessing’ feels more like a curse.

A medical condition that exists in the real world, alopecia is the permanent loss of hair, which never regrows. For Mickey’s this means she’s got no hair anywhere. This makes her stand out like a sore thumb. On Rustdeity, this can be a bad thing.
A Survivor
Mickey is a good person...but...if a horrid choice must be made, she will not hesitate to make that choice. This has caused her significant trouble with others she’s sheltered with.
A Techie
Rustdeity is a post-apocalypse sci fi dystopia. Most people have backslid a great many centuries, technologically. Not Mickey. She actually has a clue as to technology and how it works. This makes her a tempting target to the enemies of both Bastion and Imperious.

Those of you who bother to follow my Rustdeity PbP May wonder why this Armor is so...bare bones, and the reason is, Mickey’s not a Tlolkku, so only certain functions will work for her.

You may have notice Mr. Ashcroft’s utter lack of mental defenses. This is a deliberate design decision. It has in-game consequences.

Once a fat, rotund soldier working in the lowest ranks with the worst work details, after he bonded with his armor and became a Machine-God. He spent a year as a monk, but religion bored him. Turning bandit, he made positive connections with several dozen Chinese superhumans, and, in a move so daring it seemed lunacy, the pot-bellied warrior ended up successfully seizing the throne of Imperial China.

An abject hedonist and wastrel, the Bronze Personage was hated by his own citizenry right out the gate. Riots and uprisings have plagued his reign, and his control over the bureaucracy is, pardon the pun, paper-thin.

His real name is Bao Bao Ying. Using that name is his presence will result in him killing you. He doesn’t enjoy being reminded of his past.

The superpowered mykylor bounty-hunter the Eater-of-Gods was hired by a spacefaring group called ‘the Oblivion Brotherhood’ to hunt and capture Annunaki and deliver him to the Brotherhood’s world of Lux Umbra. Far too powerful to waste his time on an assignment so minuscule, the vastly powerful Eater-of-Gods Decanted three vastly weaker clones of himself and set them to the task instead.

The clones are under strict orders to leave Earth-C’s superhumans alone, and to avoid tthe Bull of Heaven at all costs, even if it means fleeing the planet for a time. The Eater-of-Gods IS powerful, yes, but the imperiex grossly outclass him. In fact, the Eater-of-Gods held off sending his clones until after Earth’s gods, demigods and monsters had enough of a viable breeding population to reproduce by themselves, without further input from Annunaki!

Though a Catholic nun, the Bearer of the Holy Gift Herself has been labeled a witch. The Red Hand hunts her, even now. This has done little to dent her faith, however, as the ignorance of the foolish does not mar the perfection of God’s Word.
Detests the Ironprince But Finds Him Useful to Her Cause
She hates the Ironprince, but he’s too useful to abandon. She condemns Simon Luther’s pacifism, and condemns the Angel of Wolves for his choice of bed partners, leaving the Ironprince the only viable powerbase in Christendom she feels comfortable allying herself with.
