Rivalry (Iori Yagami)- Iori's band surpassed CYS in popularity (once costing them a gig), and Yashiro especially holds a grudge over it.
Secret/Involuntary Transformation (Orochi)- The members of CYS are all actually part of the Four Heavenly Kings of Orochi, and are beholden to the monster. They do not realize this when they enter the tournament, but awaken during it.
Weakness (Predictability)- SNK Characters cannot simply "spam" out the same attack over and over again, as the opponent will expect the attacks, and be ready for them (and a counterattack). The third time they try the same technique (or same combo of techniques) in a short span, they will be at -2 to Accuracy, AND to his Active Defenses in that round. All will decrease by 2 every successive round the same move is done.

-Yashiro kind of acts as the "spokesman" (he's the songwriter for the band, too) for the "New Faces Team", and has a really unique design- a bit more flamboyant than other "Fashion Plate" characters, he sports an open jacket, suspenders, white pants and plantinum-blond hair, but is REALLY big and muscular- it's a striking look. He fights using straightforward, aggressive, fast punches, but most wide-arcing kicks. He was modeled from a character from Combat Mecha Xabungle, which I've never heard of.

-With his transformation into Orochi Yashiro, the character's Boxer-style arts suddenly switch gears, and now HE'S the grappling-happy character! This makes him the counterpart to Goro Daimon, as he's also his team's powerhouse character.
