Kind of.
Basically, so far as I can tell, we're down to two players and then the GM had a depression spiral that he's just dug himself back out of this week.
Ironically during our third week of pouring rain. I'm sure there's something wrong with that.

I'm mostly wondering if people would like to continue.
I can't say how much longer the game will go, this game is a little too open world. I think if I was to do this again I would find a campaign which is a bit more linear for my first adventure.
I'd also avoid a mystery/detective style game as they can linger longer than one might expect, and it can be frustrating for the players if they can't get validation.

Oh, sidenote, I'm amazed by how many details people caught on to that I would have missed ;~)

Okay, I completely lost track of what I was trying to say.
The game has two more locations to investigate, after which the game is basically done, but no telling how long it'll take to get there.

I'm still ready to play, I thought we were waiting on others to post. Unfortunately I've been playing Zasio a bit reactionary to everyone else. I'll have to change that.

In other words I'll get a post up either tonight or early timorrow.

Just to clarify, not blaming you guys for the depression. That comes and goes. It just kind of saps my energy to do almost anything.

I'm curious to see who is really behind everything. The Church? The Inn? The druid? (and we're walking in to a trap...)

Trust me, I know all about that. It's been an issue for me my entire life, so I understand how it messes with your lifw.

Well that was a great roll. Maybe I should have just stayed in the background. It's trying to investigate with a low Int character

It happens. I look forward to getting to the smacking things around part of the investigation. Tyragorn will shine.

Sorry, work got busy, and then after work obligations kicked in.

Thanks for the head's up, Shock.

As for the investigation side... well, there will be some serious physical investigation coming soon ;~)

And as for rolls, well, I consider the DCs to be a bit lower in 5E than in M&M, otherwise we'd never see anybody accomplish anything impressive until far later levels. Possibly not even then.

And bonuses from actions taken in the town can help or hinder these DCs.

Are you guys OK with Tyragorn suggesting we send Jessica off to check on the old woman while we investigate the temple? That gets her our of Arkrite's hair without slowing the story down.

In a town where we're concerned about people disappearing, being mentally messed with, and/or getting replaced I'd question why, in-character, this would be a good idea. I completely understand wanting to lighten Arkrite's load. If we want/need to do this how can we justify it in-character?

Yeah I can't think of a terribly good reason in game. Divine vision maybe?

That's when you *really* question motives.
