Carman has been working under Dr. Sokolov's direction for a little over a month now. Though she was ever isolated from the rest of his assets, he mostly sent her on solo missions.or with a single partner. Gathering information. Scouting out locations. Occassionally making contact or exchanges with criminal elements within the city. Only a couple times has he asked her, specifically, to kill someone.
A couple days ago Carman was smuggled outside of Hadron City for a mission. She hooked up with some hired help, an extraction specialist named Alister Renly. The two of you were to retrieve a Hadron-tech computer processor from Stronghold. They were going to be installing it in one of their new installations out of state. The plan Alister came up with involved hitting the transport before it reached it's destination.
The attack on the transport went to plan. But afterwards Stronghold found and began chasing the two of you. You agreed to split up until things cools down. You managed to shake the Stronghold hounds, but Alsiter didn't. Worse, he was the one carrying the processor. Earlier yesterday you learned that he had been injured in his attempts to elude Stronghold. Turns out the Wichita police caught him before the mercenaries had, and he was being treated for a gunshot at St. Luke hospital.
There was worse news. There were reports on TV and over the radio about some kind of viral outbreaks in the US, and one of them was taking place in Wichita … at St. Luke's. When Carman relayed an update to her benefactor, the response came in a package handed off to her by a courier. Inside was a body suit she recognized from her time in the military. they were occasionally given out when people were expected to be dealing with biological hazards.
The courier informed Carman that the National Guard was expected to be called in to quarantine the hospital … which meant she needed to get inside before they arrived. There was some good news, perhaps. The courier also told Carman about another team on mission at the hospital. One of their number included Iona. Carman hadn't met her personally, but she knew that Iona was some kind of android that Dr. Sokolov built, and who was acting as his liaison to a group that worked for Praetor Null, codenamed the Ascendants.
It was past noon now. Carman had infiltrated the hospital and found that the place had gone to hell. What started as a viral outbreak turned into a cross between Aliens and a zombie horror flick as the infected started turning into monsters. For the past couple hours she's been sneaking and fighting her way through the hospital looking for Alister while avoiding paranoid security and freakish creatures. Then an explosion resounds at the stairwell she was planning to make use of to get to the next floor. Perhaps despite her better judgement, Carman moves in to investigate. Maybe there was an opportunity she could exploit.
As she approaches, four people in defensive positions with their back facing her, and shotguns pointed at three people pleading to be allowed access to the floor.

If she suffers a total of -4 to her Toughness, the suit will be compromised and she will loose her Immunity to Disease. Given it's figure fitting nature, Carman will be able to wear her other gear on top of it.
Carman enters the scene. It is dark, so if Carman doesn't have anything to aid her vision she will not be able to make out details: such as Iona's identity. If Carman is sneaking, you may make a Stealth check. Otherwise Diego and Iona will be able to perceive her without needing to make a roll. Peter and the NPCs will still need to make Perception checks.
