To thine own self be true. It is being honest. It isn't acting without Lucas' go-ahead. Lucas can appreciate that even if he doesn't share it's views. He can also try to manage it's needs/desires in balance with his ideals. Focus the destruction and suffering on his enemies. Not random bystanders, for example.

The plan is to check out the Wyrmtunnel. Then take survivors and salvage to Rusdeity. The Tengu as well if they can be brought around.

Shi'Halal's Datalink has Dimensional 3 (anywhere in the Forever Tree). Would that allow the communication with the Godforge to persist?

Other than that, are all the people Imperious healed up here? I never got a answer to that. If they aren't he would have been zipping back and forth between the portal to bring them over to Rustdeity. Not just standing around.

Question 1: yes. It would have to turned on, but yes, it would do so quite handily.

What is going on in the Winter Palace courtyard? Are Golem-Immortals pointing guns at the Tengu? Is Ishut still around? Are the refugees and Tengu freaking out over having teleported to another reality?

No. They’re not getting ready to fight. Houston cleared all that up, off-camera.

Yes, Ishut is hanging with his people. They’re all jabbering away with each other.

No, they’re not perturbed. They come from Rustdeity, and were taken to the Resonance. For ethem, this is just going home. Strange, yes, but not terrifying.

Is it fair to say that the logistic of acquiring and storing volunteered Tengu ichor will be handled off camera?

A couple questions, is Shi'Halal able to provide input on what the items have said? Do the rings effectively have Restricted, and thus cannot be "convinced" with a Datalink check to work for someone other than Tlolkku or Starvampires?

The HUD doesn’t, but the set of ten rings have Restricted 1 [undead of any sort].
