Sir Reginald could be the lynchpin to everything. He could be friends with Lady Renwald's family and agreed to take her on as ward and he could have been on the original team that raided Von Durslik's laboratory and 'rescued' Iggy. He could be high up in the DSA and uses this team to look into things as kind of an 'M' to our Bond(s).

As for the snare how does that work? Do you have telescoping arms or what?
Also your strength based damage needs to be 4pp to add "mighty'..
Your AP of snare should only cost 1pp but it's value can't be more than the base power. If your base power e.g. Power Fist Strike 5, power feat:mighty linked Stun 3
Would cost 12pp +1pp for the power feat: alternate power.
Snare 6 would be the most you could have as it is 2pp per rank.
Medium? Whatever humans are

Snare is a specific keyword in M&M 3e (though specifically it would be Affliction: ranged, limited to second degree, resisted by dodge (hindered and vulnerable, defenseless and immobilized). Basically, I imagine this as a net that shoots out of her mechanical hand that ensnares people.

I have no idea what mighty means, but I imagine she can pick up about 1600 lbs while wearing this suit. It should also increase her strength based damage by 5.

I wasn't calculating that correctly. I was treating it as a separate power that I was grouping, and not an array. That is just a whoopsie on my part.

Edit: I found a PDF of 2e. It will take me time, but I am reading it now.

Ok... Mighty means you add your strength bonus to your attack.
If Snafe is a seperate attack and not an alternative power then you are right that is calculated differently.

Elizabeth Carolynn Erin Renwald

Elizabeth Renwald is the second daughter to Michael and Lauren Renwald. She picked up her impeccable manners from he mother and her penchant for engineering and advanced abstract mathematics from her father. Initially, she trained to be a French teacher (her mother being french), however her skills in mathematics allowed her to gain a job as a mathematics lecturer (unpaid). Attaining her doctorate by 24, she began working on methods of using the principles of cyclic multiplication to create force multiplication in geared systems. In short, she built the first working example of clockwork power armor. This achievement should have won her a paid position at Cambridge, however her fellow academic -- the idiot inventor as she called him in private -- Marcus Calhoun stole her design and presented it as his own. She's received some recognition and now receives a small stipend, but still Elizabeth fumes at the thought of Calhoun.

She has worked to design and perfect the clockwork power armor and has taken it out on a spin. Her family desires her to settle down, but it is quite fun to smash through concrete walls. She attained a small amount of notoriety when she used her armor to stop a smuggling ring.

Complications:
Is a woman - Enough said
Sworn Enemy - Marcus Calhoun
Prone to flights of fancy - Desires to live an exciting life, despite her families wishes
Cannot resist a good puzzle - even in the midst of battle. This will distract her (flat-footed or whatever penalty make sense) until she solves it.

2E Mighty basically works like 3E Strength-Based excepté that closer range costs a flat 1pp.

Thats a lot of bang for your buck in that armour. Cool I guess, not ideal for a walk down the street however.

A very stark-like build. With her PURSE Gadget and skills to help in unarmored investigations.

I wasn't saying no to it...just pointing out it she won't be wearing it the whole time, and may even need something to move it when she isn't wearing it.

At the moment we have Izzy the goblin alchemist, Hob under construction, Lady Elizabeth and Spectrum's character when I have time to make it.
If anyone else has the time to help them that would be useful. I think that is enough. When I have complete builds for them I will kick off the IC thread.

I always assumed she wouldn't be wearing it the whole time. One of the things he did (aside from translate my 3e character to 2e language) was add additional functionality outside of the suit. I was thinking of adding an advantage to creating items from scratch. The PURSE does that better than I would have planned.

Okay, Hob is fundamentally done (except for a few details like equipment and so on). Or rather, as done as he is likely to get on a first pass for review. He is the first 2e character I've put together in some time (and even when I was using 2E before I'm not sure if any of my characters actually got seen by anyone but me, so... I hope I put things together correctly (still a bit confused on skill ranks vs. totals, but basically on board).

But I must go to sleep now. I'll get an IC post up tomorrow. Until then, assume he is simply watching you and silently judging you all, as servants do.

Hob looks good to me. I have never heard of the feat Dedication though.

It is one of the new feats from the Mastermind's Manual book. I'll get a write-up when I go home (to where the book is)- but on a basic level it improves WILL saves when dealing with specific allegiances (in this case, his loyalty to Sir Reginald).
