The dragon is clearly injured by the shot.

As Elizabeth steps up to it to hit it with a sparking device (probably to the dismay of her would-be protectors) Iggy adjusts his aim higher. Lucky the creature is so big.

With a sigh of regret for the waste of a noble creature's life Iggy will adjust to increase the voltage vs. the amplitude of the output. Iggy cycles the clasp to let more electricity surge forth, he then shakes the contraption to make it spew forth even more energy.

"Would be a shame to kill it." he says aloud.

The massive jaws close nearly entirely around the diminutive goblin and the dragons strength and sharp teeth overwhelm his technologically generated field. Iggy's startled gurgling chirp, which echoes slightly in the beast's cavernous maw, cuts off alarmingly quickly.

When it pulls it's head back the Goblin is nearly bifurcated with an enormous wound freely pouring brackish goblinoid blood.

His body continues to hover and bob in the air, luckily still reachable in the not-overly-large tunnel, and the blood that flows from him pools in the remnants of his projected force field, still relatively strong even after it's penetration by dragon teeth. [Both Continuous] It's hard to tell if Iggy even lived through that.
