Peekaboo's lightning strikes two more spiders, their charred corpses falling down, twisted and blackened, the rancid smell of burnt chitin and hair filling the tunnel.

Lilly's attack catches the spider not entirely by surprise, thanks to the benefit of having multiple eyes, but her punch does, her strength being far higher than it should be given her human appearance. The spider's thorax crushed, it slithers a few feet away before curling up and breathing its last...

Another spider is dropped by Alma's blast of darkness...

Before the surviving spiders suddenly skitter away into the darkness....and you all hear a voice from the shadow, a voice with a very heavy lisp.

" Now, pray tell, what ith going on in our tunnelth? Why are you dithurbing our neighbourth?" There seems to be no exact point of origin for the voice...

//Damn, that was devastating. But then again, if the spiders had gotten the drop on you...let's just say, they might be minions but their bites are no joke...

Lilly looks slightly relieved as the spiders skitter away, then tenses and looks around as the sourceless voice comes out of the shadows. She has become used to her hearing giving her more information than it is currently...

Then she looks pointedly at Emil.

"We're going to have a chat about unilateral decisions without informing the rest of the group later." she told the Elf and then to the voice. "Sorry about the ruckus. I forgot light elves of any stripe and spiders do not mix well." she said dryly. If the voice cared to notice, it would know she was more than a bit put out by the entire thing. She wasn't bothering to hide that at all.

"We're actually looking for two human idiots that may have passed through. Once we collect them or their corpses, we'll be on our merry way." she said politely.

If she had a guess, the voice probably belonged to a Nosferato.

The girl snorted. "You aren't evil and psychotic or a dark eldar. That makes you a light elf." she said dryly.

And one who doesn't listen to sense. But that's another story. she thought grumpily to herself.

From the darkness step two massive rats, each the size of a mastiff, muscles rippling under surprisingly well-kept fur. Between them, seemingly out of nowhere, a humanoid figure walks forward, blessed with a face even a mother could have trouble loving. White as a corpse, bald, with black veins starkly visible under the skin, bloodshot, asymmetrical eyes and an openly cleft palate, the edges of which sporting gruesomly twisted teeth - just like the rest of the mouth - the figure nonetheless stands quite proudly in front of you. The creature is wearing a black, crumpled and somewhat dirty suit that still manages to look expensive.

It appeared during the latth thurge of the Merge around the incurthion. There are thingth ethcaping from there. Dead thingth. We want that to thtop. But we cannot go there ourthelveth."

Lilly watches curiously as the new arrival appears, unfazed by his unusual appearance and the giant rats that come with him - she has, after all, seen much worse in the past. She does not immediately speak though, being more than happy to let those more qualified at it continue the conversation.
