heat signatures aren't specific enough to identify an individual no unless the person has a very unique temperature of some sort

For now, assume Vincent has gone silent. I don't want to play EpicEclipses character beyond a simple "I'm occupied with something". If he doesn't get a post up, I will post just that with the understanding the other PC's are too busy dealing with the current situation to aid Vincent. I know it might not fit perfectly IC, but its preferable to having the PC written out this early by dying or the like. Given everything going on, I am willing to cut EpicEclipse some slack.

I get it myself, Mike would just be actually frustrated in character. Not expecting you to puppet him or anything of that like.

Get Roberta to Gerald, "defend" her by shooting at the Samaritan. Toss in some panicked radioing in the situation as well, for funsies.

Thats three commands by my count unless Garald is heading to the spot in the formerly cleared path. So, three move actions unless the previous condition holds.

It will take Mike a move action to get to the former stage location. If not for the crashing down debris zone, he would have been there already.

Also, just going to remind y'all that Roberta showed immunity to pure power related effects. So, using a power to control her would fail. Using an enhanced ability or skill would have effects depending on the roll.

After what Catastrophe did, yes. Super heroes generally don't cause that much damage unless they are fighting equivalent foes or from the DCEU.
