Making a sketch of the good smaritan works. It will just be a computer generated sketch though.

Sorry, I'm here. It's been a busy few days. Not busy at work, work has been slow AF, but I can't post ic from work.

I'll post something this evening but yes, Vincent would go along to scout. With his Scope, he could actually just go for a high vantage to get a more birds eye view of the route, if such a vantage point exists.

There is some two or three story buildings, but nothing super high. The location of the rally start at least is in the middle of a park. So you'll be at least a block or two away.

Scope gives Vincent Extended x2 visual, so it's - 1 per 1000ft on perception checks for that. Vincent has +6 perception, so on a routine check, he should be able to pick someone out at about 6000ft, assuming no challenges like obstructions or actual attempts at stealth.

Using my good friend Google, while city block length varies from place to place, they average mid 300s in foot length (Manhattan has 900ft by mid 200-somethinng foot blocks. Neat)

Sooo, using that, I think Vincent can see far enough to make use of the vantage point as long as nothing is in the way (tree cover, stage, etc)

There will be trees where the march starts, but being on top of a three story building should negate that.

As an aside, you know there is four hours until it is supposed to start(noon local time).

Speed doesn't imply being obvious. Also, physics defying super powers.

Moving faster than the eye can follow is a standard trope.

Part of the point of the Horsemen is that they are pretty much god like level with their powers only matched by few others on Earth. So, zooming about unnoticed is within the realm of their abilities.

Ill hold off on resolving Garalds action for a day. After that, I will go with the assumed intent of getting on a snipers perch and waiting.

Kaito got a look at Roberta's schedule. I may have overlooked it, but does she have any planned meetings prior to the rally?

There was nothing aside from rally prep, which wasn't a specific item so much as a big block.

May be premeptive using 2 points of luck this early in, but I feel like securibg a meeting with the woman is going to be key if we wanna do this quietly.

The luck for the persuasion was helpful as it went from making her friendly towards you to helpful. It was the difference between her agreeing to meeting after the march only giving slightly more than its a surprise to saying what her plan is.
