I haven't actually linked because I found it on a site with other games that may or may not be of questionable legal presence... But I did find this version as I know that the doc itself was free content.

Visually, I had planned to use Montreal but you all suggested taller buildings so its NYC. But I intend to be vague with the streets and such...

That doesn't explain why superhero activity is low. I would assume in Merge Montreal there would be superhero activity given the number of mergers

Although at this stage whoever awakens did so with the others...
We literally just started so very easy to join.
The only online images I have “claimed” are in my build thread. For the one with the Gargoyle Beast the shortling next to him is not claimed..
The two Gryphons are Gargoyles but are not up as PCs just yet...
