Given her soul bonded weapon has been in her family for many generations, Sashuna's lance does have a name :
Chelydra
aka snapping turtle. Her ancestors were rather impressed by the lance's Shielding power, as well as the damage it can dole out from better than melee range.

Tectus would be the name of her shortspear. I think it fits, and even sounds nice.
For her Kukri, she never feels that it's whole when it's by it'self, using Duplicate Weapon to bring out it's other half. Gemini and Inimeg.

Am I dead? Am I alive? The answer may surprise you!

If one used Elemental Strike with a Combo X weapon would Strike apply to both attacks of the Combo? Elemental Strike specifes 'next attack' but it makes sense that it should apply to a Combo. Just thought I'd ask.

Re: Tales from the Trails (Soulbound) - (Full)
As it says, it is just the next attack.
There are times where traits of you weapon simply won't apply because it doesn't make sense in context. Elemental only works on your next attack, same with Dismebodied Strike, so combo of course doesn't mix with it. You could swing combo with disembodied strike, but after the first attack, your weapon comes out, no longer having the element of surprize.

Just a reminder, I'll be kicking this off on Sunday. Does anyone have any more questions before we start?

Experience; You mentioned we'd receive experience for naming our weapons, but what how does experience and I assume leveling work?

With Increased Gravity, is it a free action at the start of their turn to attempt escape?

First few levels are fairly low XP:Doctor Malsyn wrote: ↑Sat Sep 19, 2020 8:09 am Experience; You mentioned we'd receive experience for naming our weapons, but what how does experience and I assume leveling work?
LVL 1 0 XP
LVL 2 40 XP
LVL 3 60 XP
LVL 4 100 XP
LVL 5 300 XP
LVL 6 480 XP
It goes all the way up to level 15.
Every third level you can increase one of your stats. So increases at 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15
Every level you get 3 Skill points. The amount of ranks in any one skill cannot exceed your character's level.
Every time you level up you can select a new Arcane Trick

Yes. And they get to roll twice when determining if they get a new power or vile crown.

Oops, sorry. The way the book words it, the attempt takes no action at all. They simply opt to try and escape att he start of their turn, or for whatever reason, opt not to.Flynnarrel wrote: ↑Sun Sep 20, 2020 4:24 amFlynnarrel wrote: ↑Sat Sep 19, 2020 8:19 am With Increased Gravity, is it a free action at the start of their turn to attempt escape?

It mentions after an injury but the description seems like I should be able to place it on a target and activate the effect. What are your thoughts?
Also, is it possible to 'pull' a strike (essentially to bunt rather than swing full strength?
