Besides, regarding vampires,,,see the setting notes. There are quite a few kinds out there...and it's pretty much impossible for any vampire not to get drawn into the Night War at the moment.

On a darker note...even in the Merge universe, Trump won the election. Given the upheavals of the Merge, it was actually much easier for him. Despite the presence of heroes, people are afraid of what they do not know. And with the Merge came actual monsters to our world. In the Merge, the slogan he used was not just" Make America Great Again" but also" Clean up our home." Which basically means get rid of anyone not human.

He already announced that he will also do everything in his power to finally see the " True Faith Act" go into legislation. This law has been hotly debated for a year now and would seriously infringe upon religious freedom in the US by making certain new religions illegal, among them Chaos worship and the worship of certain eldritch abominations. Critics are afraid of the repercussions of such a law being put into place. After all, yes, Chaos worship is dangerous, but the law sets a dangerous precedence...

He's only half-vampire. My main problem with full vampires is simple. They think everything not them is food. How could you trust something like that as an ally?

It's a safe bet. :)

I mean think about in the Buffy Verse alone, there are what, two vampires with souls and they're jail-bait chasers. To put it mildly. So yeah. No real fan of 'friendly vampires'. Let's not even get started with the messed up world of the Anita-Verse. Brrr.

Really, in just about every case of 'friendly vampire', they're usually creepy, messed up stalkers who put the charm on equally messed up teens.

Monster High might be an exception to the rule, but that's mostly aimed at little kids.

I always have great enjoyment poking fun at those vampire romances (my mom and sister love em) and say, you do realize, you're basically reading about necrophilla right? Those kids are mooning over a corpse. A pretty corpse, but a corpse all the same. One that wants them for dinner.

And not in a good way. :mrgreen:

I know. It's a silly, personal, irrational twitch of mine.

My only rule on Vampires, they burn in sunlight not sparkle unless the Vampire is Dracula. ;P


Agents of Shield hmmmm I do have a devil man concept I could use. A merged entity with a host from the world trying to figure out what his role is now.
