Yup...problem for passenger-ridden supers (those from the Wormverse)...two Thinkers (people with mental super-capabilities) cancel each other out/interfere with one another's powers.

Lol. One of the best things about these games is the fact that you can switch out characters if you're not 'feeling it'.

Disagree.

When the GM chooses the character you submitted it is because that character fit in to the story that GM wanted to tell. They saw something about that character and how they fit in with the rest of the chosen characters and the world. 'Switching' should never be done lightly, if at all, in my opinion. YMMV.

Do you have access to Agents of Freedom? Plenty of ideas there.

There is also something that I've noticed in PbP games - and I get why - we never seem to focus on things that are character specific. Likely for fear of the character dropping... But something important to a character could make a great story... MiB II (not the greatest of the franchise) comes to mind. Or one of the characters chasing after something a la Fox Mulder...
