Actually... had totally forgot that.

Also, going to post Remington here as well... Been thinking that the T800, while cool and all, is limited RP wise as a PC... Adaptive learning or not, it still responds to programing and isn't proactive... After a chat with Neo, this one may be a better fit, 12 foot tall robot or not.

Background
Remington, as the complication notes, is freshly minted... His chassis is almost literally just off the assembly line and he was "born" during a battle between Autobots and Decepticons. He remained in motorcycle form while attempting to learn more of what he was, and managed to avoid becoming the feral transformers we saw in the Transformers movie.

He was detected by (insert Agency name) and approached by (power armor type). Downloading language and personality components, he stood for the first time in humanoid form and found himself... recruited.

The Energon supply is great, the missions are learning opportunities and the downtime provides access to insane amounts of material to absorb and learn...

Background: Shannon Bradley was born on Manticore during the long build-up to the first Manticore-Haven war. She is one of the few RMN officers bonded to a treecat; she acquired Sherlock (or Looks Under Leaves to other treecats) during a ski trip to Sphinx early in her career.

Over the course of the Manticore-Haven wars, she lost many of her friends in the fighting, which has made her less than completely accepting of the recent peace, even knowing as much as anyone on Manticore about what led to the second war.

When the Merge interrupted Prince Roger's wedding, the (somewhat reduced) Star Empire of Manticore sent a delegation to Earth Prime to learn more about the universe they found themselves in. Shannon was assigned as a liaison officer to the DEO.

Have to agree on the limitations of playing an automaton like a T-800. I'm sure it can be done but would take much effort. Very cool factor but lacks the kind of motivations that make a character you want to keep going back to.

Finally tweaked the last of Hannibal's build after nixing the arsenal for a handgun suited for vampire hunting. Just wish I could figure how to use Split with Equipment. Regardless he's a pretty kick ass private detective now who specializes in the supernatural. Even slapped a cameo of the Winchesters in his background if that's allowed? I'm not a natural wisecracker, which might be for the best. I've got a number of one-liners waiting in the wings. I'm pretty certain its better to go for the flavor than the whole enchilada. I've seen too many attempts at a Deadpool type character get stale after too short a period of time.

Deadpool... totally agree there. People have a tendency to play Deadpool the way they think he should be played instead of sticking to his script as it were.

Thanks for the catch on the Voice Mimicry... Chose to make the Bulletproof (Small Arms Fire) a one point quirk to get the point for the Mimicry...

I will review the final entries (regardless whether or not Neo chooses to include either of my characters...) when he makes his decision.

One of the things you gotta remember when playing a wisecracker is that you need to be able to poke fun at your own character and their antics, not just at others. Like when you roll a bad score on a attack.

"She's up at bat, bases loaded, batta, batta, batta! She swings and...." watches as the laser beam goes wide of the mark.

"And there is no joy in mudville tonight. Le sigh." she shook her head. "Next time, I'll get you and your little monster thing too! I just need to get closer! And get a better gun! And possibly more range practice, yeah!"

Comedy is not just one liners. :D
