It adds character.
Like a tail does for Dennis? :P
I considered making you a cat instead of a rabbit, but didn't want to see how many times Shock could use the word "jellicle" in a single post.

 Would've been zero. Even after googling it, I'm not clear on what it means.

You lucky man.
You've never seen the Broadway musical or movie of "Cats".

I'm pretty sure I was subjected to it once on a school trip. But I didn't really pay attention and it was roughly *cough* 30 years ago, so I don't remember anything.

I repeat, you lucky man.
Walk away now, don't subject your brain to more of that.
I wouldn't want your brain damaging itself trying to repress it ;~)

[pounds head against keyboard, careful to avoid hitting the STRIFE button] I am a terrible friend. Happy belated birthday, sir! Have a trio of hero points as well.

On a side note... Where I work, my department's supervisor has this habit of handing out a thing on your birthday which you can redeem for an extra half-hour of lunch whenever. Thanks to all of the fun of the pandemic, that hasn't been happening, and last month she was going around handing belated cards to everyone. Everyone but me. She noticed and was curious why she didn't have one for me. She checked her computer. I had no birthday put in there. I laughed, having forgotten all about it...

Back around January, I was being loaned to other departments. I was working with some people and they were talking about birthdays and zodiac signs and such. They asked me when my birthday was. "April 31st," I told them. They accepted that. It was a bit later that one of them realized that there is only 30 days in April. "So when is it really?" they asked me.

"June 31st."

They looked to guy who had figured it out the last time. He looked at his phone's calendar. "There are only 30 days in June, too."

"Did I say 'June'? I meant 'September'."

"Just look him up on Facebook," one said.

"The only personal data Facebook has on me is that I am an alumni of 'Fancy Lad School'."

"We'll find out," one of them threatened. "Every month, HR sends out that newsletter with that month's birthdays."

HR's assistant was in the break room with us. "I mean, unless he emails HR and asks them to remove it."

"Why would he do that?" one of them asked. "That sounds psychotic."

Naturally, I emailed HR and they deleted my birthday, just to be withholding, because that's how a sane person behaves. My supervisor decided my birthday is now October 9th, as in the day she was handing out the cards. Now there's a card hanging over my desk that says my birthday is October 9th, and my coworkers gleefully celebrating finding out when it is, oblivious that that's not at all when my birthday is.

I... hate my birthday.
The number of bad events that happened around my birthday were legion. To the point that I usually take my birthday off and hide at home where it's less likely for something to go completely and utterly wrong.
As a part of that I also avoid telling my coworkers when my birthday is, at which point they usually reacted the same way, trying to find out at any opportunity.

This has lead to a lot of fun.

I'm not saying I randomly took days off just to mess with them. ;~)

I tend not to share the date of my birth with co-workers because....well I'm an unsociable sob. I'm perfectly happy to celebrate with my direct family & be done with it.

I just tell them (if I were employed) my birthday and be done with it. No jerking them around. I guess we're just two different people, Michuru.
