Re: [3E OOC] The J.V. Team
I personally think we should be doing block iniative to help prevent slow down, but there's a merit in classic initiative even on PBP forums.
Am I dead? Am I alive? The answer may surprise you!

Catsi, I should have been more clear. Titaness is also up in the initiative count.
I sent the PM, but Cindy made her Will save, so she's no longer Stunned.
As was pointed out to me in a PM, the total darkness has proven a bit more effective than I had intended. I plan to have Sk0lldir do something next turn to try to counteract the darkness.

FuzzyBoots used Darkness. It was super effective!

Sorry about that, must've slipped past me. We, nit that has mattered just yet. Hmm... Well, I suppose I literally cant have a worse initiative if I roll again.

And if Titaness wants to grow, I'll say the ceiling in the "chapel" is at least 16 feet high, which means you can do four ranks of Growth without bumping your head unless you jump. Every rank of Growth past that will give you a -1 to your attack bonus, and an additional -1 to your defense as you get more cramped. Does that seem fair?

Re: [3E OOC] The J.V. Team
You know I wonder, seeing as she was last in initiative beforehand, and with a 20 she's now first... does that actually change her position in the initiative, on a practical level? Deep questions here.

Re: [3E OOC] The J.V. Team
Truthfully, you probably ought to have been able to roll for initiative at the end of the round (or the top of the next one) after having made your save, which would have put you at the top of the list. My oversight there. If you want to act now, while Catsi is deciding whether Titaness will act on her count other than reacting to being hit, that's fine.Doctor Malsyn wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 5:05 pm You know I wonder, seeing as she was last in initiative beforehand, and with a 20 she's now first... does that actually change her position in the initiative, on a practical level? Went ahead and took you up on that offer. I have no clue where anyone is, but maybe that's appropriate given the darkness at the moment, hahaha.

Re: [3E OOC] The J.V. Team
Sorry, the week got away from me. Posting.
I can move to block initiative if you guys would like. There is just one enemy right now. My only real hesitance for block initiative is that I feel like it might short people who've invested in the ability to go first, although I suppose it doesn't matter much past the first round.

Catsi, just to confirm once more, your only action this round is to grow?

Re: [3E OOC] The J.V. Team
Do you want just one roll per attacker as normal (and if so, how many?), or one roll to rule them all?
Edit: Figured it would be faster to just roll one for each, and if you just want one, just use the first one. (Assuming just the four surrounding Maverick attack him.)
Deflect x4: 4#1d20+9 12 22 13 20
So each roll under 11 adds 10, so that results in; 22, 22, 23 and 20
And for the reflect rolls, I roll my own attack against the attacker
Reflect Attack x4: 4#1d20+7 21 12 20 18

Re: [3E OOC] The J.V. Team
One of these days, I'll be able to keep up with running a game. Unfortunately, this is not that day. Thank you, guys, for keeping with me as long as you did.
