Yeah, I think that'll work! I was actually going to suggest a Variable Array in there. Maybe even a straight-up Array of powers, each with "Unreliable- 5/day" or something, indicating that she couldn't use every power constantly.

Got some advice via PM to expand upon my "No Powergaming" note, specifying certain things:

-Being powerful is okay, but if I see arrays full of "Affects Every Save Ever, At High Levels" and "Selective Area Everything", I'm gonna be suspicious. I'm pretty good at spotting these things :). Some things that aren't necessarily dealbreakers, but make me raise my eyebrows, include Perception-Ranged Anything, Selective Area Attacks, Reaction-Damage Effects, Vast Immunities, extremely Variable Arrays, etc. One or two is fine, but several are a bit concerning.

I thought about giving her a conventional array of powers, but I really, really like the idea of going in for quick modifications between scenes. Like Tony Stark working on his suit, except... she is the suit.

She's a lot less agile now, and a lot less aware
Does not inspire confidence in a doctor. :o
Her Treatment Skill modifier is +10, so she can accomplish Challenging (DC 20) tasks on a routine basis and the sample DC’s for the Skill’s use never exceed DC 15... But it’s her Expertise [Medicine] Skill modifier of +19 that really has to impress. That’s juuust shy of accomplishing Heroic (DC 30) tasks as routine... So even if she cannot treat your sudden case of Rigellean Space-Herpes, she’ll be able to tell you everything you ever wanted to know about the pathology and prognosis of the disease.

I'm really shocked at how many people are going for the PL 8 (150) option. I was figured that'd just be for the poor Skillmonkies or something, but plenty are going for it :).

Having lots of points means being able to jampack your character with the stuff that is usually more flavor and gets cut to make the budget.

Edited Silver Witch some, shifted 4 points of her Will to Empowered Will power, added a new complication [Powers Linked to Will: If her Will is somehow impaired, disabled, or weakened she will have a harder time controlling her powers with any kind of accuracy and greater chance of the silver energy surging.], and a paragraph under Powers & Abilities [She hasn't figured it out yet, but either her powers or the source of them have empowered her strength of will. The strength of her powers and her control over them are linked to her will, without this empowerment she would have accidental power surges more often and trouble controlling them at all. Either her powers or their source also doesn't consider a being who can be easily intimidated, manipulated, or mind-controlled with her powers a good idea.] to explain the Empowered Will.

Why are people re-posting their entire submission instead of just linking to the original edited submission? Do you not realize that makes it harder to track submissions?

Sorry, out of practice linking to post instead of quoting the original post. Have edited it so there is a link to original post of the build instead.

No need to apologize, just it's so weird to see since it's not a practice I have seen with a few people as exceptions. There's just no reason I can think of to re-post the whole thing, and I only see the odd person do it, but more than once it has caused me to be looking at the wrong sheet because they posted a newer version that didn't get linked in the first post by the GM.

It's not a huge deal, just has the potential to be troublesome.

In the Original TV run of Teen Titans, they had Starfire learn Earth English by Kissing Robin....
That's taken straight from the original comics. All Tamaranian's can learn new languages by physical contact with another sapient being, Koriand'r just prefers (when given the chance) to kissing cute guys instead of just shaking hands. I mean, I can hardly blame her for finding Dick attractive... But, really, that's my man, you orange-skinned homewrecker.

Power Loss: Without the Hercules Stone, Adrien loses all of his powers. He has 3 STR, 3 STA, 3 Fort, 3 Toughness, 6 Will.
Social Stigma: Adrien is only 150 cm tall. He has had to deal with heightism, in one way or another, most of his life.

Background
The short but scrappy Adrien Valette was working to help remove the remains of some collapsed buildings in his native Paris.

He stumbled across the remains of a blue caped figure who had been killed decades earlier, during the second World War. He also found the Hercules Stone, with those remains. Realising that this had to be Kid Hercules, who'd been killed here during the war, he resolved to hide the Stone, not knowing what it was, but realising it must be important.

On his way home that night, the Stone tucked in his rucksack, he happened upon a mugging, and intervened, trying to protect the victims. The Stone recognising the good in his heart again bestowed powers.

Now as the heir to Evan Kandopolis' heroic career, he became le Petit Hercule.

Physical Stats:
Height: 4'11"
Weight: 165 lbs.
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Brown (shaved)

Why Is He On The Team? Kid Hercules was American. It makes sense to Adrien to try to continue his legacy there.

Why Might You Have To Be Away? An old enemy back in France has escaped, and he gets called back by the Gendarmes to hunt him down.

Why Might You Have To Leave? Pfff. Les Américains! Qu'est-ce que je pensais venir ici?

Complications:
Motivation (Glory): K’lara is all about the glory. It’s why she took up the vocation of a warrior to begin with and all that’s changed is who she fights for. The more cheering fans, the more amped she gets, and because she has to entertain the fans, K’lara cannot psychologically back down from a challenge where combat is involved.

Honor: K’lara is what is known in the biz as a “face”, one of the good guys. That means there are certain things she simply cannot do as it would betray what being a face represents. In general, she will fight as fair as possible; won’t take cheap shots, won’t attack a combatant that has been downed or otherwise rendered unable to fight back. While she is not terribly gullible, she will accept sincere surrender.

Alien: K’lara is very obviously not of Earth. This makes it nigh impossible to have a secret identity, limiting her ability to move about in public without being noticed in short order. Not that she minds the attention, but sometimes one needs to get by unnoticed. K’lara is also relatively new to Earth and isn’t familiar with more than the most basic of customs, like waiting for the green light to cross the street.

Enemy (Every heel of the Ultimate Wrestling League and Intergalactic Wrestling League): The natural enemy of any face is the heel. K’lara is quite infamous in the IWL, and by extension the UWL due to her faceturn by joining the Victory League on Earth at Maynard’s invitation.
Background:
K’lara comes from the planet Chrome, populated by a species of near-human class aliens called the Chroma who are linked into the intergalactic community which is how K’lara came to learn of the Intergalactic Wrestling League. From a young age, K’lara wanted to be one of those warriors, battling each other to the acclaim and cheers of untold millions of people.

And so she trained, and trained, and trained some more. And she excelled physically and learned to tap into a manner of cosmic power that allowed her to generate a kinetic energy field to support and enhance her natural abilities.

When she felt she was ready, K’lara approached the IWL and impressed them enough to land a job, quickly making a name for herself. She soon became aware of “something”, though lacked the detective skills to figure out what, and continued to work for the League, because she frankly did enjoy putting her martial skills to the test. It was after all what she had trained all those years for.

Over time, K’lara made a name for herself, even holding titles for a time, all the while suspecting there was more to the League than she was able to find out, and instead focused on her own career, until her circuit brought her to Earth where she was shown through the veil that she couldn’t see before, largely due to the presence of superheroes.

Seeing the superheroes operating on Earth and seeing what was being done to force them into fights with the League caused K’lara to be conflicted. It was at this time K’lara was approached by an agent of HuMayne on behalf of Mr Maynard who, though his resources, had noticed that K’lara was not like the others involved with the Intergalactic or Ultimate Wrestling League, but was clearly well equipped to help put a stop to what the two Leagues were doing.

K’lara accepted when Mr Maynard told her she could be famous here on Earth as a hero and still fight the League, if not an official part of it. The fame of being a hero was more than enough for K’lara and she pulled the ultimate face turn from the primarily villainous League and was promptly offered a position with HuMayne’s Victory League. (That it was called a League was just icing to K’lara.)

Since then, she has lived on Earth and continued her training, looking forward to the fame she would soon experience, while also attempting to integrate with her strange new home.
Personality:
K’lara’s race is one that communicates partially through emotion, so she tends to outwardly express her feelings more exaggerated than most people (it’s actually her race’s equivalent of speaking loud and slow). In general, she can be described as a passionate woman about whatever she is doing, whether it’s fighting, training or enjoying good food. She does also tend to come off as a bit of an airhead though when trying to explain a concept to her that just perpetually goes over her head, waiving most things off as “unimportant in the grand scheme of things”, much to the chagrin of those trying to inform her.

All in all, she’s a pretty simple soul who likes to fight and comes across as fairly animated trying to convey emotions that others can’t feel the way she can.
Combat Role:
K’lara is a striker with multiple options to hinder and lockdown foes. She prefers melee, but is capable of some ranged combat via thrown objects or people. A common tactic for her is to grab one enemy and throw them bodily into another, or failing that, into something sturdy.

All in all, as fitting of a face, she’s got a very straight forward combat style with a limited amount of mobility, able to move quickly along the ground with her high athletics and a few ranks of leaping to go after some low-flying airborne targets.
Power Profile:
K’lara primarily has a high level of physical training, easily matching Olympic level athletes in raw physical attributes, but reinforcing that is the cosmic power K’lara learned instinctually to tap into that allows her to call on cosmic energy to general a kinetic energy field that adds extra “umph” to her attacks, allows her to throw things great distances, absorb some of the force of incoming attacks and leap great distances.

The kinetic energy itself is invisible, however, due to its cosmic nature, it refracts the light spectrum, splintering nearby light into its component wavelengths, or in short, makes rainbow-colored lights when used.
Why Are You On The Team?: K’lara is an entertainer, and a warrior. Helping people and being famous is all she needs to be happy in life! Being on the team makes doing these things very convenient.
Why Might You Have To Be Away?: K’lara is keen to take on challengers from the Intergalactic Wrestling League. They aren’t ALL bad and she did have some friendly rivals there. Besides, if she didn’t accept challenges, they might cause problems for Earth in retaliation.
Why Might You Have To Leave?: K’lara wouldn’t willingly quit being a superhero, but an injury that rendered her permanently unable to be on active duty would see her likely end up trying to find a way back to her home planet.

Just noticed something.... two of the three questions;
Why Are You On The Team?: You were recruited by Some Rich Guy for his team of super-heroes. So basically, you're here to save lives and do it publicly. Do you wanna help people? Be famous? Have protection? What?
Why Might You Have To Be Away?: "Real Life" keeps all of us from the table sometimes. So just in case, I should have a reason why you would need to miss a mission or two.
Why Might You Have To Leave?: Just in case you have to bail, or the player disappears for a while, an easy way to write you out is appreciated.
seem to be directed to the player, not the character. So far everyone has answered them in the context of their characters, is that correct, or do you mean for us to mention potential interruptions of play for ourselves as players?
