Complications:
Motivation (Survival)- The Galaxy Master fears the creation of any being equal to himself, and so wipes out civilizations in order to prevent this from ever occuring.
Power Loss (All Powers- Energy Loss)- Excessive energy loss can prevent the Galaxy Master from using certain abilities- both times, he has been defeated by the Hulk entering his form and tearing apart his internal gear.

Total: Abilities: 40 / Skills: 28--14 / Advantages: 8 / Powers: 132 / Defenses: 22 (216)

-Galaxy Master is another guy I've never heard of- he's a bio-mechanical creation engineered by an unknown alien civilization to be a weapon, but instead he obliterated them and began wiping out any intelligent life he found, fearing that they could build another being as powerful as himself. He also began enslaving certain cultures, so that they could give him energy. He encountered the Hulk when he was killed stopping one of the Master's machines- he was resurrected by his slaves, but then attacked. Continually altering its form, the Galaxy Master is annoyed by the Hulk's continued resilience, and starts to suffocate ol' Jade Jaws. When his former slaves intervene, he attacks them, and the Hulk uses the distraction to tear into his artificial form, eventually wrecking enough of the Master's innards to destabilize and incapacitate him.

-The Galaxy Master eventually returns about twelve years later in our time, and the Hulk is recruited by those ex-slaves to fight him... along with his new minion, The Abomination! The Hulk, Amphibion, Dark-Crawler and Torgo attack both bad guys, and eventually Hulk destroys his innards again, stopping the menace once and for all.

-The Galaxy Master is a high-end opponent, capable of a PL 13 Area Attack, PL 12 Blasts, and a PL 11 Weaken- his PL 13 Defenses also make him remarkably tough, with a +19 Toughness Save (Protection, plus Growth, plus Force Field) keeping out all but the toughest opponents- generally, you have to activate his Power Loss Complication, then do some internal damage (which you kind of have to make a Complication for Giant-Size characters, as the rules don't really contain a "crawl inside and punch them" mechanic).

I wonder if Hammerhead, The Leader and Megamind all go to the same haberdasher.

Pardon me while I contemplate a conversation between Groo, Gru and Groot... and maybe throw a Grue in there too.

Have the Headman and the Headshop ever gotten together? They seem like a good match.

If they were attacked by the Scourge, would they become fans of the Grateful Dead?

Complications:
Relationship (The Hulk- His Father)- Skaar initially hated his father, but the two later came to an understanding.
Normal Identity- Skaar's depowered form is still strong, packing his mother's Oldstrong power, letting him draw strength from planets. He's probably Strength 6-7 in his Non-Hulk form.
Temper- Skaar is easy-to-anger, and is not easily-swayed once enraged.

Total: Abilities: 72 / Skills: 24--12 / Advantages: 13 / Powers: 93 / Defenses: 14 (204)

-Part of the never-ending attempts to "Spin Off" the Hulk was the creation of Skaar: Son of Hulk. Initially part of a What If? story, he nonetheless got to show up for REALZ the next year, and soon got a big push and a solo book that lasted a year. He manages to be SEVERAL things that annoys me at once- a Super-Aged Mystery Child of an established hero. His origin is pretty ultra-dumb- the conceived child of the Hulk and his new bride Caiera, he is left in a "cocoon" on Sakaar during the destruction of the city and his mother, and pops out as a preteen-looking creature who ages so fast that within a year (and his debut) he looks like a young adult. Yeah, apparently the Shadow People have F'd up anatomy that leads to them aging past storytelling speedbumps.

-Skaar is raised by Sakaarian wild beasts, becoming a bad-ass hunter. He gains his mother's "Old Power" and communicates with her spirit, but she denies him after he refuses to let Sakaar be fed to Galactus, whose hunger would have been sated "for a hundred-thousand years". He is exiled from the world he saved, ending up on Earth with the desire to kill his father. The Hulk beats up Skaar easily in their first fight, and Skaar backs down when he realizes this isn't the same Hulk (the "World War" one) as the one who'd conceived him. Bruce Banner offers to teach Skaar how to kill the Hulk, but uses the opportunity to try to make a hero out of the boy. Eventually, after a few fights, the two come to appreciate one another as father and son.

-After his first initial mega-push, Skaar soon settled into a supporting role in a few stories (he was a mole on the Dark Avengers briefly), and soon shuffles away into the background, having been de-powered by the "Doc Green" Hulk and sent to live as a normal person named "Santos". Nonetheless, he's on the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. super-team cartoon, and might reappear some day.

-Skaar is basically a PL 11-12 version of his father, acting like one of the lesser Top-Tier Powerhouses of the Marvel Universe.

The Hulk doing the Conan-Thing on an alien planet was a fun idea for a single storyline... Skaar is a cheap attempt to extend that fun past the logical ending of the original. He maybe, maybe could have worked if they'd left him in space in a more or less solo sword-and-rayguns title. Putting Skaar on ends up cheapening both the original 'Planet Hulk' story and Skaar.

Comic book companies need to learn when to just let a story end.

-Yes, they really created a SECOND "Son of Hulk" character a year after creating the first one. Because WHY NOT make ten-thousand versions of one of your signature heroes? Because of course Skaar was saved by Caiera using her Old Power to protect him in the womb, sealing him in lava... while Hiro-Kala, her second, unknown son, uses his own Old Power (from INSIDE THE WOMB) to save himself. Young Hiro-Kala also super-aged, but was enslaved, gaining the Old Power again after a long struggle. He eventually led the pilgrims of a destroyed Sakaar to Earth. He engaged in some really weird stuff with Galactus (getting him addicted to the Old Power, leading him to the Shadow Peoples' homeworld, blasting him with some Old Power/Power Cosmic mixture and poisoning him, and seeing him off. Then he took over the planet K'ai after being dissuaded from destroying it, and instead went to blow up Earth, because reasons.

-After all this dumb stuff, Hiro-Kala came to Earth, leading the Hulk to gather a bunch of heroes to stop him, because he's evil I guess. The Hulk beat Hiro in solo combat, but refused to kill him- the act of his Banner-Form hitting the guy with a taser sent Old Power throughout Earth (??), then Skaar (who was thought-dead) burst free from the ground and fought his brother. He nearly destroys the planet K'ai (en route to throwing it at the Earth), but the planet's Worldmind sealed him within the core in order to repair the damage he'd done.

-Now, if any part of this is confusing, then blame either Marvel or the guy who wrote his Wikipedia page, because WHAT IN THE UNHOLY HELL IS ALL THIS?!?! You've got a guy turning into a slave, aging super-quickly, becoming evil, trying to genocidally blow up the Earth and his father (because... reasons?), and more. Seriously, I have NO CLUE what in the hell is going on here, what the planet K'ai is, or why it has a Worldmind that can do stuff.

-Hiro-Kala is apparently lacking in Hulk-esque abilities, but is merely utilizing the Old Power to become a bad-ass fighter in his own right. He's super-strong and has powerful blasts.

-Piecemeal was created from animal parts and a captured spy, under the auspices of the Red Skull. However, before his mind could be blanked, the Hulk came across the lab and destroyed it. He ended up in Scotland, draining people of their minds, but the Hulk defeated him. Piecemeal's body was never found, and may possibly by the Loch Ness Monster (Edit: Apparently not- the Hulk bounced off of a familiar silhouette to escape a watery grave). Piecemeal is a standard-issue Powerhouse build on the surface, but packs a Blast, a strange Weaken power, and the rare "Mimic" power, copying power-sets onto himself. He's PL 9 at base, but with Mimic, can take on PL 10 qualities, if not higher.
