-Bonker is an Evil Clown-type of character, and looks pretty horrifying, with his grotesque face and scrawny body. He claims to have been a normal clown when the clay meteor struck, but doesn't appear to be fighting for any particular cause. When he was beaten by Tiny in the first tournament, he went on a murder spree towards anyone who'd laughed at him in the past. He was thus booted from Clayland for psychotic behavior, sought therapy, and ended up going on vacation, which kept him from the second game- he ended up in the third, working for Dr. Kiln and his plan towards world domination. According to the story, Bonker was beaten by first Taffy, then Kung Pow- in that game, he was voiced by Ron Paulsen, a voice actor with a phenomenal resume (Yakko Warner, Raphael AND Pinky!).

-Bonker is pretty typical to the game- a high-accuracy, low-damage fighter at PL 7. He has a Blast (Pies in one game; he can even send his dog Fifi across the floor in the final game) and a Cartwheel Attack that not only covers a LOT of ground, it can hit the enemy on the follow-through, bouncing back off the edge of the screen if he misses!

-Appearing only in the first game, Helga was originally gonna be called "Val", and is an overweight "Opera Fat Lady"-type, and one of the few times you'll see a character with spherical breasts larger than her head and it ISN'T a Miss Fanservice type of character! Helga has short lil' legs and a ponderous upper body, and dresses in the viking style. Her ending suggests she raises a brood with Tiny, but she never shows up elsewhere. She's probably the worst design in the original game, featuring a simplistic look and uninteresting style. Naturally, she sings at the finale of the end credits.

-Helga is stronger than the average Clay Fighter, but lacks accuracy. Her Viking Ram is a spinning attack, while the Valkyrie's Ride is one of many, MANY fighting game moves that consists of a female character leaping at her opponent, ass-first. Her Yodel is one of the few invisible Blasts I've seen in a Fighter, though the rangs isn't great. As a "First Game Only" character, she's only PL 6.

Also, apparently there was going to be a fighter in the N64 game called "Hobo Cop". Yes..seriously. I guess he was just too offensive, even for this series. His data exists in the beta of the game. and what is apparently his movelist is on the wiki.

-A middle-aged circus freak afflicted by the Clay Meteor, Blue Suede Goo now acts like Elvis (though according to the game bio, he's so bad at it that he scars people). He's probably the least-thought-out design next to Helga, which is why we never saw him again. He has some pretty annoying VA work, simply going "uh-huh!" over and over again, every time he tries a jump kick.

-Tiny is one of the least-imaginative designs from the original ClayFighter, but was at least well-animated and constructed- he had a lot of detail on his wrestler's physique and malformed face. He wasn't planned on being in the sequel, but the art team was disappointed in the ugly graphics they got from the new claymation studio, so they swapped the Tiny sprite from CF into C2: Judgement Clay, claiming that he was still the best-looking character in the new game. Tiny was mentioned as having WON the original tournament now. Originally going to be named "Crusher", he hates "whimps" (their spelling).

-Tiny's moves resemble a combination of Zangief & Blanka, with a lot of 360-movement grapples and Spinning Rolls across the screen.

-Nanaman is a laid-back, Jamaican-sounding guy with a pretty unique look- not a lot of BANANA-themed fighters out there, ya know? It'd be better if he wasn't literally a banana with an ugly face and pipecleaner limbs thrown on. Like many C2 fighters, he does not reappear in the final game in the series. His moves consist of a jumping attack and a Banana Toss move. Would that be like a grown man throwing a tiny man? Or a doll? Shouting "Totally air, mon!" over and over again makes his playthroughs a bit of a chore to watch.

-Nanaman's clone is actually a completely different color, unlike most Clones- a purple banana with evil tendencies. If he wins the tournament, he gives everyone banana peels, laughing as they slip and slide everywhere. SO EVIL!! His regular moves are very similar, but his moves are a bit different- he throws out a Buzzsaw as a Blast, and uses an Anti-Air front flip.

-A living band of saltwater taffy, Taffy utilizes the "claymation" style rather well, as he's a stretchy, rubber-bandy kind of fighter. They had to use a harder kind of clay to depict this thin character, who started out evil, but then turned to the side of good. Like Bonker & Ickybod, he returns for the final game/s in the series, where his rival is now Bonker. His voice is REALLY, REALLY ANNOYING in ClayFighter 33 1/3, owing to Tress McNeille having her voice malformed into a much higher pitch, then repeatedly doing that stupid move where he goes "OHHH-WOHWOHWOHWOHWOHWOHWOH!"

-Taffy is quite similar to Bonker, having a damaging leaping move and a projectile, but he has some unique stuff that has more effects outside of a video game, like Elongation & Extra Limbs, owing to his pliable form. in-game, he fights a bit like Dhalsim. One of his super-moves is to actually morph his hands into a gun and then SHOOT the other guy, and one Claytality involves him morphing a "Twin", who then aids Taffy in messily destroying his foe.

Enemy (Santa Claus/Sumo Santa)- Santa never gave Bad Mr. Frosty the rocking horse he wanted when he was ten, but still ate the milk and cookies left out for him. Frosty has sworn revenge.

-Bad Mr. Frosty is clearly the signature character of the entire ClayFighter franchise. He's one of two characters (Blob is the other) to appear in all three games in the series, he was on the cover of the first game, and he gets redesigns in each one. It's also very clear that the most thought went into his design- Tiny is just an ugly guy in wrestler undies, Bonker is just a clown, Helga is just a busty chick in a tights and a helmet, Blob is just a blob, Taffy is just a stringy guy, and Blue Suede Goo is just an Elvis Impersonator. Bad Mr. Frosty has uniqueness and an actual STYLE about him- a construction that makes him appear to be more than a simple "snowman". The stick fingers, frowny face and his limbs made of snowballs make him a little bit "more". He was very unbalanced in the first game, packing a "Side Swipe" move that took off a third of the enemy's health. The execution was kejiggered (a "hold down" Charge Move, unlike most cross-screen attacks), which made it a bit more balanced, but it was weakened in Tournament Edition.

-The second game in the series gives him a revamp in terms of appearance and attitude- now, he looks like a gangbanger with his stove-top hat swapped out for a backwards baseball cap, and his backstory consists of him having invaded the North Pole, then getting imprisoned for assaulting "Santa Clauz". The results of that tournament are unknown, but its stated that he defeated his Alter Ego, Ice, helped see Dr. Kiln off, and realized that he was too much of a hot-head to "function coherently" around others, leading him to finally "chill out" and take up the side of Good.
