Well, it was certainly a different design decision to turn She-Ra into a boy.
The only explanation for that image is they made the princess younger, like 10-11 years old and only becomes taller and a little more muscular when transformed. Otherwise, the person who drew that doesn't know how even a petite adult female is meant to look. :?

She-Ra looks like an athletic preteen girl to me...

Definitely a different choice compared to the classic where she was in her Nebulously Mid-Twenties like her brother.

Big Brother

Image

BIG BROTHER (Real Name Unknown)
Created By:
Bill Mantlo, Marv Wolfman & Bob Brown
First Appearance: Power Man #37 (Nov. 1976)
Role: One-Off Villain

-Big Brother was a one-off villain- a skilled tech guy (he'd learned how to use computers and program robots while in prison) who was in a rivalry with The Baron- both were crime-bosses. The Baron manipulated Luke Cage into going after Big Brother. By this point, the genius had designed a harness that could increase his strength, and sent his minion Cheshire Cat after Cage. He tried a bunch of dime-store super-villain things, like tying Luke to a train, or throwing his car into the river, but nothing worked, and the two baddies were believed killed in a helicopter crash.

-Not really much to go on (bios don't even indicate his strength levels), but it doesn't matter much. He's also quite bright, going from "Generic Gang Member" to "Technical Genius" in five years, while imprisoned. Of course, he's not bright enough to just... become an inventor or something, instead becoming a small-time gang leader.

Cheshire Cat

THE CHESHIRE CAT (Real Name Unknown)
Created By:
Bill Mantlo, Marv Wolfman & Bob Brown
First Appearance: Power Man #37 (Nov. 1976)
Role: Jobber Villain

-The Cheshire Cat, who could disappear like his namesake, was Big Brother's chief minion, and appeared to die with his boss after several failed attempts on Luke Cage's life. He actually reappeared as part of Doctor Nightshade's "Flashmob" gang, attempting to kill the new Power Man, Victor Alvarez. He manages to trick Victor by going intangible, but is one-shotted by either Iron Fist or Luke Cage, who arrive to help.

-Cheshire Cat's powers are to Teleport, go Insubstantial, and become Invisible. So basically, a bunch of annoying powers. I don't know how good a fighter he is, but presumably his entire schtick is to just trick the hero into going for him, then disappearing.

I like this Man's Costume....Simple,but Elegant is the best way to go with Powersuits. He'd make a Nice "Tech Baddie" for Street-Level Inventors(yes, those can exist in the World if you model it correctly)

Not a bad low-rent Weapon Master build. Now all he needs to do is get rid of that C on his chest and he wouldn't look like such an Idiot....

-Shades & Comanche are two butthole ex-cons who were tortured by the same racist prison guard that hated Luke Cage, and ended up feuding with Cage as Recurring Jobbers when he started teaming up with Iron Fist. This happens against and again, until they get super-powered weapons from their boss, Ward Meachum. They beat Cage, and assume the deed is done... but Cage soon recovers, and beats them up AGAIN, this time with Iron Fist. It was basically a big running gag that they were giant failures (at one point, they stole every piece of film in D.W. Griffith's office... except for the one they were looking for). Comanche eventually disappeared, but Shades ended up fathering the kid who became Power Man II, before being killed upon trying to go straight when Bullseye blew up an apartment building.

-Despite his minor role in the comics, his status as a fellow inmate of Cage's is used in the Netflix series, where he becomes a major villain in the second season.

I'll admit I have no idea how fast I really want to post these guys. Some of them are mere re-treads from only a few years ago. NONE of them are overly-famous or notable. But there's guys who are known from the TV series now, giving them new relevance, and I never like to just "spam" stuff out. This here is a day of like seven builds, but two are "just the notes" non-builds (for completion's sake), two are terrible duos of Jobbers that haven't changed much... plus Big Ben.

Yeah, I read that as "Girl With No Tertiary Sexual Characteristics", adding "sporty shorts" to a skirt/chest-covering-armor ensemble. Like I said, it seems inspired by the modern generation of cartoons, which features a lot of characters like that- I'm waiting to see if she turns out to be a whack-job psycho like you see in most cartoon females these days :).

Power Man (Alvarez)

POWER MAN III (Victor Alvarez)
Created By:
Fred Van Lente & Mahmud Asar
First Appearance: Shadowland: Power Man #1 (Oct. 2010)
Role: Teen Hero
Group Affiliations: Avengers Academy, The Mighty Avengers, The Heroes For Hire
PL 8 (88)
STRENGTH
2/8 STAMINA 3/8 AGILITY 3
FIGHTING 6 DEXTERITY 2
INTELLIGENCE 0 AWARENESS 0 PRESENCE 0

Skills:
Athletics 2 (+4, +10 Chi)
Close Combat (Unarmed) 2 (+8)
Expertise (Streetwise) 2 (+2)
Intimidation 3 (+3)
Investigation 2 (+2)

Advantages:
Improved Critical (Unarmed), Startle

Powers:
"Chi Powers"
Enhanced Strength 6 [12]
Enhanced Stamina 5 [10]
Leaping 2 (30 feet) [2]
Speed 1 (4 mph) [1]
"Chi Senses" Senses 5 (Detect Chi- Acute, Ranged 3) [5]
"Bestow Chi" Enhanced Strength & Stamina 2 (Extras: Affects Others Only +0) (Flaws: Fades) [4]

Offense:
Unarmed +8 (+1 Damage, DC 16)
Initiative +4 (+6 Amulets)

Defenses:
Dodge +8 (DC 18), Parry +8 (DC 18), Toughness +3 (+8 Chi), Fortitude +4 (+9 Chi), Will +4

Complications:
Power Loss (Chi)- Victor requires other people to be around him (not sure of the distance- apparently they can be pretty far away) to draw Chi and use his powers. If left along, he'll likely be powerless.

Total: Abilities: 32 / Skills: 16--8 / Advantages: 2 / Powers: 34 / Defenses: 12 (88)

-An Afro-Dominican teen, Victor gained powers by somehow absorbing the chi from a hundred dead bodies (Bullseye blew something up) into himself. He became the third Power Man (the original was Eric Josten; the second, Luke Cage), advertising his services online as a second-generation Hero For Hire. Luke Cage & Iron Fist discovered that he was the son of Shades, an old Cage adversary, and the argumentative teen soon allies with them. He joined Avengers Academy, then the Mighty Avengers, but hasn't really done much in either book. Seriously, Al Ewing is a good writer, but does this weird thing where he overloads a team with names, then focuses on a small handful while giving the rest maybe one thing to do, then they disappear. He REALLY liked Monica Rambeau, and made her the leader of multiple teams... but she never actually DID ANYTHING in any book he wrote. She's just kind of THERE. Victor was the same way- he palled around with the new White Tiger, who had her own thing going on, but both were such minor parts of the book that I scarcely remember him in particular. His powers being very vague and strange probably didn't help.

-I saw Victor use some Chi Detection thing once, and apparently he can bestow his Chi upon others (allowing some people to tempoarily break their PL caps- a good ability in a superteam), but that's it aside from some physical boosts. He's an unproven Rookie Hero with room to grow.

-Man, I didn't even know Luke Cage HAD a brother. Coldfire is James Lucas, Jr., the "Good Son" of James Sr. He hated Luke for all of the stuff he'd done in the past, and was introduced years after Cage's debut (for Cage's solo book in the '90s). Eventually, he was kidnapped along with James Sr., and turned into Coldfire by The Corporation (a generic evil group). Focusing on his hate for Luke to power the form, he ends up aiding his brother against the Corporation (after Karl Malus treatens their father), even refusing to give up when his physical body was threatened- he refused, and was killed by Malus. His Protoplasmic Form lingered, and destroyed the Corporation's Headquarters before makine peace with Luke.

-James Jr. has the odd power of creating a super-powered Protoplasmic Form. I had to think about it for a second, thinking of sticking the "Physical Body is Defenseless" thing on his most-expensive power or whatever, and then was like "Derp! SUMMON MINION!" That's sort of basically what he does- he falls unconscious, and his consciousness inhabits some Sentient Protoplasm that's all fiery and stuff. This "Coldfire" creature is basically James Jr. in all ways, but very dangerous thanks to the spread of "Living Energy" powers, PLUS the ability to Summon lesser-powered Coldfires! This is actually illegal (Summons can't Summon more Summons)... but that's how his power works, so suck it, Official Rulebook!

You could simplify it; the initial summoning is a normal identity complication, with the fact that his physical body serves as a weakness.

There was also a 2e alternate form flaw that allowed you to use it as a 'projection' while leaving the physical body defenceless, and you could look into recreating that with a quirk or something.
