- Motivation: Responsibility: As is the case with her brothers and sisters, Gabriel was inspired by her father to help shephard humanity to the best of her ability when and wherever she could.
- Rivalry: Although Gabriel doesn't acknowledge it, the fact remains that Serafall Leviathan views Gabriel as her personal rival. It is made worse by the fact that Gabriel's seeming refusal to acknowledge the rivalry is just making Serafall's act out even more.

Complications
- Enemy: Maybelle has spent many years going from one encounter with the Dark Lord Voldemort to the next, and it can be said that the two are definitely enemies of each other now, even if they might not have been initially.
- Fame: Maybelle is widely recognized as the "Girl Who Lived", though whether or not it was actually Maybelle who survived the Killing Curse or not is debatable, especially considering what her brother's Sacred Gear happens to be.
- Honor: Despite her girlfriend's insistence's that she at least attempt to fight fire with fire, Maybelle can't quite bring herself to overcome the fact that she has effectively been put into a situation where all eyes are on her and people would react very negatively if she started using the darker spells in her efforts to save her own life.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Maybelle can be said to be everything that her brother might have been had he have wound up living the life he normally would have canonically. This means she often rushes in where Gabriel might fear to tread and will regularly wind up getting badly hurt in her heroic acts.
- Power Loss: Without access to her wand, Maybelle can't really utilize her Wizarding Magic Array.
- Relationships: Maybelle is the younger twin sister of Harry Potter, as well as the girlfriend of Tracey Davis.

Cub of the Lioness Brainstorm & Notes

Cub of the Lioness
Premise: Harry was abandoned and left alone, until he somehow fell through time, and was adopted by the huntress Atalanta. This event would cause ripples when the huntress and her charge ends up on the Argo…
Required Inclusions:
- A pre-Hogwarts Harry ends up somehow going back in time to the Age of Gods of the Nasuverse, and is adopted by Atalanta either as a son or a little brother figure. She trains him in her hunting skills, though he must be more of a mage than an archer.
- Harry ends up accompanying Atalanta on the Argo to help Jason obtain the Golden Fleece.
- No matter what, Harry and Atalanta become friends with Medea, and stay friends, recognising Aphrodite's influence on Medea driving her actions. Indeed, once Jason abandons Medea for Glauce, Harry and Atalanta support her, and prevent Medea's descent into malice.

Complications
- Enemies: The Dark Lord Voldemort would like very much to end the House of Potter, and has caused many of his followers within the Death Eaters to feel much the same way.
- Fame: Harry is famous for having been the only person in human memory to have ever survived being hit with the Killing Curse. How people know that this is the spell which he had been hit with, is anyone's guess, but it is what it is.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry strives to do what is right, not what is easy... unless of course, it is easy to do the right thing.
- Mythic Weakness: Harry is Toughness Impaired against Cold Iron, and loses the benefit of his Regeneration ability against attacks from Cold Iron weaponry as well. Cold iron is defined as any Iron which has been "Cold Worked" (i.e. hammered without heating to make it stronger). Wrought iron (smelted iron) doesn't work for this.
- Power Loss: Without access to his wand, Harry is unable to utilize the powers in his Incantation Magic Array.
- Relationship: Harry is the betrothed of Mizore Shirayuki, who is a member of one of the highest ranking Yuki-Onna families. He is also a distant descendant of Manannan Mac Lir through his father's side of the family.
- Reputation: The Aes Sídhe are seen as fierce guardians of their abodes. It is believed that impinging on these abodes will cause the Aes Sídhe to retaliate in an effort to remove the people or objects that invaded their homes. They are also reputed as kidnappers, particularly of tresspassers and children, a fact which has contributed to the development of the Changeling mythology of western European folklore. Complications
- Motivation: Greed: Mizore's species can only get pregnant between the ages of 17 and about 25. Naturally, this means that Mizore will be doing everything in her power to ensure she has a child once her biological clock has given her the power to do so.
- Mythic Weakness: As a Yuki-Onna, Mizore is vulnerable to heat and fire. She suffers an additional degree of failure against such effects. Additionally, Yuki-Onna seem to require lolipops with special freezing cores to help offset their body's natural tendency to overheat in all but the coldest of environments.
- Phobia: It's not so much that Mizore is afraid of heat and fire as it is that she just doesn't like them. She tends to become rather lazy and somewhat grumpy when in such environments.
- Power Loss: While Mizore is more than capable of using her powers to their full effectiveness on a temperate day or colder, if she is in a temperature that is hotter than that, her powers will drastically decrease in effectiveness, becoming Impaired in Intense heat and Disabled in Extreme heat.
- Quirk: Much like her mother, Mizore is obsessed with spy movies, to the point that she has actually learned how to perform a 'Stealth Hi, Bye' effect. This can even give people whiplash when trying to turn their heads to take in Mizore's new choice of entry locations.
- Relationship: Mizore is the betrothed of Harry Potter, and is also a bit of a yandere towards him, though only as it regards her tendency to stalk him when he isn't paying enough attention to her.

Complications
- All in the Family: The only members of the greater Shuzen family that are definitely on the side of angels, happen to be Issa Shuzen (the family head), Akasha Bloodriver (Moka's mother), and Moka Akashiya herself. Not even Kokoa is technically on the angels, or at least not initially, due to her yandere obsession with Moka.
- Motivation: Greed: Kokoa is absolutely determined to see to it that Ura Moka becomes the dominant personality by any means possible. She doesn't even care that accomplishing that goal would ensure the rise of possibly the worst vampire of all time, nor does she particularly mind removing Omote Moka's limbs to achieve her rather insane plans.
- Mythic Weakness: Kokoa is Dazed & Disabled when in water that is not specially treated for her use. While she can tan, it isn't easy for her to do so. Also, prolonged exposure to silver can drastically deplete Kokoa's powers, similar to the effect that her sister lives with thanks to her Rosario Cross.
- Power Loss: Kokoa loses access to her Impervious Toughness against Silver weapons.
- Weakness: When being attacked by consecrated weapons, Kokoa suffers an additional degree of failure. If those weapons are also silver, then she instead suffers two additional degrees of failure.

Build Notes: The vampires of Rosario + Vampire are unusual in the extreme. This is because there are a couple of different classifications. First is the Shinso Vampire, which is a species of Vampire that AUTOMATICALLY qualifies as an S-Class Super Monster no matter what else they may be capable of; Kokoa is not one of these types of vampires. Next on the chain you have the Pure Vampires, which is what Kokoa is; Pure Vampires are just a step down from Shinso Vampires, but aren't actually any stronger than Temporary Vampires. Temporary Vampires are humans who have successfully been transformed into Vampires. After that, you have the Dhampire, which are the half-human, half-vampire offspring of either a Shinso, Pure or Temporary Vampire, which is largely why I have decided to forego the entire notion that these are undead, as the character needs to be a living being in order to have viable offspring in my opinion. Lastly you get to the Ghouls, which are basically failed Temporary Vampires, and might as well be considered undead in terms of their behavior, if not their biological status.

- Aren't You Just the Cutest Thing!: Veela as young as Gabi happens to be, project an aura of cuteness rather than the standard allure that adult Veela possess. While this is intended to protect the Veela from unwanted sexual advances until she is old enough to understand them, it does diddly squat to protect her from having her cheeks pinched when someone finds her to be "Just so darn cute!"
- Motivation: Greed: Gabi has determined that Harry Potter is her Mate of Destiny, and will stop at absolutely nothing to ensure that he sees her as equally important to him, even if it means she has to be a bit vicious about it.
- Mythic Weakness: If Gabrielle's hair is ever cut using metal shears, then she will immediately lose access to any ability that can be considered a part of her nature as a Veela. She will however, retain the ability to perform normal 'human' magic as that is a function of her innate magic.
- Older Than She Looks: Due to having spent most of her formative years learning the art of gymnastics, Gabrielle's body hasn't reached the developmental stage that an equally aged girl who hasn't been practicing gymnastics might. As such, people constantly assume she is far younger than she actually is, which leads to problems for the girl in the romance department, especially in regards to Harry.
- Power Loss: Without access to her wand, Gabrielle is unable to perform any of the spells in her Incantation Magic array.
- Reputation: Despite their rivalry, both Veela and Succubi share the unfortunate reputation of being shameless man stealing harpies. The irony however is that the two species need the affection of their Mate of Destiny in order to prosper. Although, only the Succubi suffer from a situation where their life is actually in danger.
- Rivalry: Don't EVER call a Veela a Succubi, and never call a Succubi a Veela. This is because while the two species have startling similarities, and might even share a common ancestor, they do not at all get along with one another and are actually rather elitist about which of the two is superior to the other.

- Curse Sworn: Almost as soon as the Dark Lord Voldemort made public the fact that he had not actually been dead these many long years, Pansy was among the first to ask to be branded with his mark, doing her family proud. She didn't quite realize however, what it would take for her to earn the right to call herself a Death Eater, as it meant she would not be returning to Hogwarts, and would instead be sent to spy on Yokai Academy whether she wants to be a student there or not.
- Motivation: Recognition: Pansy is trying to live up to the ideals of her family, while also avoiding the act of blowing her cover within Yokai Academy. She will therefore be beyond horrified when she discovers Harry Potter has come to the school.
- Power Loss: Without her wand, Pansy is incapable of using her Incantation Magic Array.
- Prejudiced: Pansy's placement at Yokai Academy is unfortunate, if only because she has to frequently bite her tongue to stop herself from insulting her far more powerful classmates.

That is because traditionally I would have made her a Power Level 8 character, but had to bump her up to PL 10 in order to fit her within my predefined Power Level ranks for Rosario + Vampire. She is in no way intended to be going head to head with Ura Moka.

In Tenebris Lux Existit
Premise: After being rejected by those who were supposed to have cared for him due to the darkness they perceive in him; young Harry Potter will discover a young lady who will prove to him that even the darkest of individuals can still have a light in their souls that shines brighter than those who say they are of “the Light!”
Requirements:
- Wrong Boy-Who-Lived
- Harry must be a mutant and (seemingly) a squib after Voldemort’s attack
- Harry must run away from the Potters or Dursleys (depending on where you have him live after his sibling is declared child-who-lived)
- While living on the streets Harry must befriend young Emma Frost
- Emma Frost must help Harry, either by periodically bringing him supplies or bringing him back home with her, causing Harry to loyally follow her
- When Emma joins the Hellfire Club as the White Queen, she must bring Harry with her as her 'White Knight' (bodyguard/personal servant)
- Eventual Harry/Emma
- When it is discovered that Harry is the one prophesied to defeat Voldemort, Emma must return to England with him to help
Recommended:
- Fem!Harry (this will be done by making the WBWL a girl instead of a boy)
- Harry saves Emma's life with his mutant abilities when they meet
- Harry's powers being more physical/opposite telepathy
- Emma, and Harry by proxy, having joined the X-Men or Generation X when found
- X-Men: Evolution Universe, with a younger Emma in the Hellfire Club trying to take it over for good/moral reasons

Complications
- Enemies: Ironically, the very people who originally cast him aside for their mistaken belief that his mutation somehow made him evil, have now realized that they absolutely require Harry's assistance if they ever wish to be rid of the Dark Lord Voldemort. This naturally comes at the cost of making Voldemort and the Death Eaters into enemies Harry had not anticipated that he would wind up having.
- Motivation: Doing Good: The driving ambition that Harry and Emma are aiming for, is to establish a place where they can bring abandoned children, where those children can grow up in a safe and caring environment without having to wonder where their next meal will come from, or whether they will freeze to death in the cold of the night. The main difference between their dream and that of Xavier, is that they want to help all children, not just mutants.
- Power Loss: The Dampening Field power has no effect against powers with the Light or Radiation descriptor.
- Prejudice: While Harry can use magic by means of rituals, he lacks the ability to utilize a wand. It is for this reason that he was classified as a Squib by the Wizarding Community as a whole. Squibs often have a hard time fitting in with the magical community and frequently tend to leave their families to make their own way in the mundane world so as to not be a burden to their families.
- Relationships: Harry is the son of Lily and James Potter, as well as the older twin brother of Dahlia Potter. He is also the soul bonded mate of Emma Frost, although she has told him she is open to the possibility of sharing him with other women, provided they play by her rules.
- Reputation: Sort of going hand-in-hand with the prejudice of being a squib, the fact that Harry's mutation allowed him the ability to manipulate darkness and shadows has caused him to be viewed with suspicion, mistrust and even fear by members of the "Light" faction of Wizarding Britain, which sadly includes his own family. This and the fact that he is seen as a squib, was why he ultimately left his family before he ever reached the age of eleven.
- Weakness: Harry is Toughness Impaired against attacks with the Light or Radiation descriptor.

Build Comments: Oh yes, I am much more happy with this version of the build I came up with for Harry. At least this way he isn't a direct copy of Cloak, even if their are some major similarities. For those who are wondering, Shadowflare is my term for the Demi-Plasma Energy known as Shadow Fire from the unofficial Marvel Super Heroes Character Creation Compendium put together by a guy calling himself "Necromancer" and which was based on the work of David E. Martin and Kim Eastland. I don't know whether or not it exists in Marvel Comics, but that doesn't mean I can't use it for my fanfiction. The book I found it in, describes it as having the appearance of a purple or black flame, and the way they describe it's effects would have made it difficult to model using Mutants & Masterminds, so I did the best I could to replicate their vision of what it could do using various powers found in the Darkness, Fire & oddly also the Death power profiles, as well as from other locations.

I have decided that Mental Powers are to be considered a very common descriptor because between the number of mutants that have some form of mental power, and the existence of mysticism that can influence the mind, it is one of the most common effects that exists in a merged Potterverse-Marvel setting.

Complications
- Curse Sworn: Although she has only recently discovered this fact, the reality is that the primary reason she was invited to join the Hellfire Club is because they wish to use her as a receptacle for the Phoenix Force in the event that they can't manage to convince Jean Grey to join their cause. They are placing their bets on the notion that Emma's soul bond with Harry will allow him to have a measure of influence over her while the Phoenix Force is within her, but there is no actual proof that will happen which is why this is listed as the complication that it is.
- Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous: Emma is someone who has never had a need to fend for her self, so while she is sympathetic towards Harry's situation, and wants to help him with his goals, she doesn't really understand where he is coming from. She also wouldn't really be able to cope all that well if she had to survive in anything but the most luxuriant of camping facilities. Emma is someone who would flunk many of Logan Howlett's ideas of Survival Training scenarios for the Danger Room.
- Motivation: Doing Good: While she doesn't understand what it is like to have nowhere to live, she doesn't want anyone to suffer such a fate, and as such is fully in agreement with Harry that their mutual goal should be the establishment of a location where they can raise those individuals who they find that need a home, regardless of whether they are mundane humans, witches and wizards, or even mutants like Emma.
- Phoenix Spark: Emma is noteworthy as a telepath for the fact that she is the person who is the second most compatible with the Phoenix Force in the entire world after Jean Grey herself. This is not a good thing however, as it means she is just as vulnerable to the Phoenix Force taking her body for a joy ride as Jean is.
- Power Loss: Emma can't utilize the powers of her Primary Mutation while she is employing her Secondary Mutation.
- Prejudice: Mutants are thought of with even less fond thoughts than the magical community tends to be within this world. This is on account of the fact that mutants tend to have a harder time hiding their presence than the magical community does, meaning that they tend to have a bigger presence in the minds of the world. While Emma's mutation is easier to hide than some, she is still vulnerable to the prejudices that any other mutant would be vulnerable to.
- Relationship: Emma is the Soul Mate of Harry Potter. She is however, willing to share him with other women, provided they realize that she is the highest ranking female out of however many women become involved with him.

Build Comments: This is almost a direct port of one of the easier to find stat blocks for Emma from the Marvel Super Heroes Role Playing Game published by TSR from 1984 to the early 1990's. It is therefore quite obviously, not going to be the most up to date build for her in terms of what powers she actually possesses, but given the era in which I am going to be portraying, this build should be more than sufficient for what I need.

One of the chief things I like about this build however, is that it gives her a very high Stamina score, which helps to offset the fact that she has no telekinesis, and therefore would lack anything that could give her a toughness rank other than such a high stamina score when she isn't in her Diamond Form. This is a huge asset because she would otherwise be a major glass cannon in terms of how easy it is to take her out of commission.

Credit goes to Mister B for providing the conversion system that I used when building this stat block.

Complications
- Disability: Lorna's paternal family has a known history of megalomania, depression, and various other psychological problems that she could potentially develop herself. Whether she will or not has yet to be determined.
- Embarrassing Birth Name: Look at the initials of her name, it shouldn't be hard to deduce what the problem here is. Her thoughts on the matter: "Explains a lot, doesn't it?"
- Luke, I am Your Father: Harry's exact words on the matter when he discovers who Lorna's father happens to be. Not that she disagrees with him, as her relationship with Magneto can be considered rather similar to Luke Skywalker's relationship with Darth Vader. She is also Magneto's only biological child, however she can be considered the sibling of Pietro and Wanda Maximoff through adoption. Despite all that, only Pietro really benefited from being raised by Magneto, and look how he turned out.
- Motivation: Pacifism: While Lorna is willing to use her mutation to make her life easier, she has no interest in being a superhero or a supervillain. She wants more than anything to be left out of such irksome business. One only has to know who her father is to understand why she wants to stay out of such conflicts.

Build Comments: This is another build that is nearly a perfect port from the easier to find stat blocks that exist for the Marvel Super Hero Role Playing Game by TSR. The one thing of note about this build is that the stat block I found gave her both the Magnetism at the MSHRPG rank of Amazing, which I translated as the Magnetic Blast power from Power Profiles based solely on how Magic is handled as a Sample Power on the d20 Hero SRD, and also given an equally ranked Power Stunt, which we would term 'Alternate Effect', of that power which was specifically designed for the purpose of damaging mechanical constructs. Since I didn't want to tack the 'affects only objects' flaw onto a damaging effect that would then wind up having the same rank as the baseline damage effect due to the negligible value of the 'affects only objects' flaw, I decided to interpret the damages constructs power as a 'weakens toughness' effect instead, which led to the creation of the above listed disruptive blast power. I don't know if my handling of such an ability is ideal, but it was how I interpreted it.

Also, yes, this does mean that the story is taking place in a version of X-Men: Evolution.

I'll also kindly remind everyone that Illyana Rasputina makes my choice to use the Source flaw the way I did actually valid.

Complications
- Curse Sworn: Dahlia is firmly of the opinion that she should have joined her brother when he ran away from home and never came back. If she had done that, then she might have actually been able to live a life of her own chosing, rather than to forever remain the 'Propaganda Hero' of Dumbledore's political faction.
- Enemy: It was never Dahlia's intention to actively oppose Voldemort, nor would the Dark Lord have noticed her if she hadn't been forced into a situation where she constantly undermined his schemes. As it stands, she ranks just below her brother in terms of who is the largest roadbump in his plans of world conquest.
- Motivation: Retiring: Dahlia is so sick and tired of the life she has been forced to live that she wants nothing more than to move to another continent build a beautiful house, and hide it behind a Fidelius Charm. The only thing stopping her from doing just that, is the issue of finding a secret keeper who won't betray her to her folks.
- Relationship: Dahlia is the younger twin sister of Harry Potter, and the daughter of James and Lily Potter. Also, while she was given the Marauder's Map by Fred and George Weasley, her mother summarily confiscated it as soon as she recognized it for what it was. Likewise, because she doesn't even know that the Cloak of Invisibility exists, having never seen it in her life due to it having traditionally been handed down to male heirs rather than females, and James not viewing Harry as a viable heir.
Temper: Annoy Dahlia enough, and you might find a Reductor slamming into a random object in close proximity to your brain. That is also what makes her SCARIER than Daphne Greengrass as far as the vast majority of her peers are concerned. Few people will witness that and manage to remember the Reductor has a negligible effect on living beings.
- When Fortune Thunders, Beware of Being Overwhelmed: The only reason you would realize Dahlia has a 'fortunate failure' power, is because she regularly finds herself in situations were seemingly random bouts of good fortune are the only things that have managed to keep her alive all these years. She'd have been happier with the luck if she didn't constantly end up in life threatening situations because of it.
