- Motivation: Recognition: Ahsoka is a Jedi Padawan and it is her goal in life at the moment to be recognized as being worthy to undertake the Jedi Trials of Knighthood, a goal which is wholly dependent upon her relationship with "Skyguy."
- Relationship: Ahsoka is the Jedi Padawan to Anakin Skywalker, which is as much of a curse as it is a blessing. Sooner or later she will discover that she might very well be better off taking Harry up on his offer to train her in the ways of the "Gray Jedi" as it were.

Guardian of the Universe Brainstorm & Notes

Guardian of the Universe
Premise: When Harry Potter decided to look inward and discover the true nature of his magic, he never expected to find what it was that he wound up discovering.
Required Inclusions:
- All character alignments are welcome for this story.
- Harry must discover his power in fifth year or earlier.
- Harry’s ‘element’ must either help him to find or award him with, a familiar that is attuned with the element in question, presuming such a familiar exists.
- Harry must be particularly smart.
- Either Dumbledore, Tom or the Ministry must already be aware of the power that Harry possesses, and must have taken steps to try and stop Harry from discovering it.
- The canonical prophecy is a false one intended to cover up the true prophecy.
- Harry’s new power doesn’t come from the Horcrux.
- Sirius must eventually be freed and remain alive.
- All romantic pairings are welcome, except those which pair Harry with a male.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Crossover with DC Comics.
- Super/OP Harry.
- More than one element under Harry’s control (No).
- Harry getting sorted somewhere other than Gryffindor (No).
- Somehow Harry gets a resort (Maybe).
- Harry’s power unlocking, or giving powers to Harry’s friends (maybe).
- Good Dumbledore (Kind of conflicts).
- Harry being in a plural relationship.
- James or Lily still being alive (Not directly).

Important Notes:
- Deceptive title is somewhat deceptive.
- After talking it over with Squirrely-Sama, I have changed how magic functions in my settings. Instead of targeting a character's Toughness, magic will almost always target a person's Will or Fortitude defense, although it can still be dodged or parried as normal. This results in Wizarding Characters focusing almost entirely on their Dodge and/or Parry defense, and in turn, forfeiting their Toughness.
- Now on the other hand, I will acknowledge that Bludgers do still exist, and I would argue that can be made up for by giving the character armor that debilitates their Dodge and Parry defense while worn. This will allow the character to take better impacts while playing Quidditch, as they don't generally have to worry about dodging spells.

What this basically means is, that Kryptonians don't need to have that note that their Toughness isn't Impervious against magic, since magic doesn't interact with their Toughness score anymore.

- Hunted: The Guardians of the Universe, not to be confused with Harry himself, wish very much to capture Harry so that they might extract the Ion Entity from him and return it to the Central Power Battery where they feel it rightfully belongs. It should be noted that the Guardians of this universe are not the caring custodians of peace that they are in some other realities, as they employ Manhunter Drones to carry out their vision of Universal Justice.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry is one of the most honest and good people in the world. He truly wishes to help others, no matter the cost to himself.
- Power Loss: Certain effects can deprive Harry of his access to Ion's powers, in which case his Strength & Stamina become Disabled, while his Agility, Dexterity & Fighting all become Impaired, in addition to the fact that he loses the ability to use any power with a "Cosmic" descriptor.
- Relationship: Harry has a few cherished friendships, most notably with Hermione Granger and the Weasley family. These friendships might soon be tested though.

Iunctis Viribus Brainstorm & Notes

Iunctis Viribus
Premise: Ah, young love is truly a wondrous thing. Yet, sometimes there are dangers which will always get in the way of two youngsters in love. None know this better than Harry Potter and his beloved, Himejima Akeno.
Required Inclusions:
- Prior to his eleventh birthday, Harry Potter must be taken to Japan and be abandoned by the Dursley’s there.
- At the time, Akeno must be living on the streets after her mother’s death but prior to having been taken in by the House of Gremory.
- Akeno & Harry must meet, become friends and stick together while living on the streets.
- While after becoming devils, Akeno might be open to sharing Harry with other women, the primary pairing for the fic will remain Harry / Akeno as the two have a soulbond.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Some kind of Wizarding Magic eventually summons Harry to Hogwarts, separating Harry & Akeno (preferably in a fashion that causes Akeno to blame herself) and the two don’t meet again until after Akeno has become Rias’ Queen.
- Harry and Akeno manage to stay together (either on their own or by joining Rias’ Peerage) until the Wizards of Great Britain figure out a way to get Harry back, which brings Akeno (at least) along for the ride.
- Harry and Akeno, while still young, accidentally perform a magical marriage ritual (see the aforementioned soulbond).
- Harry not possessing a Sacred Gear (note, this doesn’t stop him from possessing a Holy Sword or at least the ability to use Holy Swords, or some other special artefact that isn’t a Sacred Gear).
- Harry somehow already being connected to the Three Factions (Luminous Ice Spears ahoy!)
- Harry taking the place of either Gasper or Kiba within Rias’ peerage (not that either Whitetigerwolf or I dislike them, they are just the most expendable in terms of replaceable pieces)
- There being no real special powers for becoming the Master of Death due to how overused such a concept is within High School DxD / Potterverse fics.

- Harry being in a relationship with another male.
- Harry tolerating Issei’s perversion.

- Enemy: The Dark Lord Voldemort would give his left arm if it would see Harry put into an early grave... but only if Voldemort himself were the one to be responsible for performing the deed.
- Fame: Harry is quite famous for having 'defeated' the Dark Lord Voldemort when he was but a wee lad. In reality, the deed was performed by his late mother, and Harry is beyond annoyed people remember him rather than her when reflecting on their freedom.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry is one of the most honest and good people in the world. He truly wishes to help others, no matter the cost to himself.
- Mythic Weakness: Devils become Impaired when exposed to holy symbols or prayers of or to the Biblical God, and suffer an additional degree of failure against Holy Damage. They also require special healing methods to recover from damage inflicted by Radiant attacks.
- Relationship: Harry is the soulbound mate to Akeno Himejima, and though she might be willing to share him with other women as would be required of his station as Lord to multiple houses, she is also quite possessive of him.

Build Comments: You will notice that I did not include the teleportation and dimensional travel powers in this the way I did previous attempts at these builds. That is because I have decided to handle those using the Artificer and Ritualist advantages since most of the time we see them used in DxD it is by means of horrendously complex drawn out ritual circles, or else using those pamphlets that the Peerage hands out. The exception to that is generally in the case of the Maou who probably have them set up as Readied Rituals rather than as parts of a pre-existing array, at least that would be my assumption.

Illya Loves Company Brainstorm & Notes

Illya Loves Company
Premise: Imaginary friends. Sometimes, when your childhood is crap, they can be the only highlight of your life. But what if the imaginary friend you met was real? What if they were merely separated from you by the fabric of dimensions? What if they are your soulmate? And what happens when that imaginary friend disrupts your attempts to get revenge on your big, bad, evil ‘Onii-kun’?
Required Inclusions:
- Harry and Illya, both of whom have suffered childhood trauma, are linked by a soulbond. They are however, separated by a dimensional barrier that generally is meant to keep their worlds from ever meeting one another, the exception is if Zelretch intervenes, or via a few locations in Potterverse, notably the Veil of Death and the Room of Requirement.
- They meet each other through their dreams, and must believe one another to be imaginary friends, even if they are on good terms with each other.
- Using one of the aforementioned methods, Harry Potter must travel to Nasuverse and eventually meet Illya in person, preferably stopping her from killing Shirou and Rin in the process of doing so.
- Harry and Illyasviel must end up romantically paired. This means that Illyasviel needs to physically be the same age as her chronological age, rather than having her aging halted as a 9 or 10 year old, despite being chronologically 18.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Illyasviel still being somewhat villainous, but in a sympathetic and redeemable way.
- Harry ending up paired with no more than 3 girls, Illyasviel included as the primary girl. His Servant should be another, and maybe one girl from Potterverse as the third.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry’s Servant being the Assassin of the Grail War, and therefore depriving Medea of the ability to summon her own Assassin, much to her annoyance. This naturally leads to a failed attempt to steal Harry’s Assassin from him due to just what his Assassin is capable of.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry being in a relationship with another male character.
- Harry the Emo Doormat.

Build Comments: I need to clarify what I did with the Invisibility Cloak... which is to say that I basically made it a Noble Phantasm. Specifically it is one that traces it's origin to the Celtic deity known as Manannan Mac Lir. The thing about Noble Phantasms is you can only use their full potential by calling out their true name, in this case "Féth Fíada." Unfortunately, that generally assumes you happen to know the true name of the Noble Phantasm in question!

Harry Potter and the Miracle☆Levia-tan
Premise: During the summer between his fifth and sixth years at Hogwarts, Harry Potter had been spending a lot of time riding the trains in Surrey while in mourning for his godfather. During one such trip, he encountered a woman who would change his entire perspective on life for the better!
Required Inclusions:
- Obviously, this fic starts in the prelude to Harry’s sixth year at Hogwarts, but before Dumbledore is due to take Harry to see Professor Slughorn.
- Harry meets Serafall Leviathan while riding the trains, and though she rarely interacts with Wizardkind, she is aware of them due to her status as the Underworld’s Foreign Affairs Minister.
- As a result of his conversation with Serafall, Harry must decide to take control of his life and become as strong as possible in order to take his revenge for Sirius’s death and to free himself of the prophecy.
- Serafall decides to help Harry in his endeavors, either by making him a member of her Peerage, or else by agreeing to take him on as her “Contracted Magician.”
- Naturally, some people must take offense to Harry’s decision to take control of his life.
- Any romantic pairings are welcome for this fic.
- Any moral alignment is welcome, though gray is preferred.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Crossover with High School DxD.
- Harry winding up in a romantic pairing with Serafall Leviathan.
- Harry choosing to leave Hogwarts for whatever reason.

Important Notes:
- This idea, as well as many of my future ideas, will be making heavy use of the Misfit Studio's sourcebook "Metahuman Martial Arts" to provide a basic framework for various forms of martial arts that a character might choose to study. This will in turn result in many new advantages, extras, features and flaws, some of which do not play nicely with normal M&M games, and as such I encourage people to ask their GM's before deciding whether or not to use the Metahuman Martial Arts sourcebook. I will not be explaining what each and every one of them does as there are just far too many of them for me to do that, therefore if you are curious, I highly recommend looking up the source book.
- The one exception I am making to the above is in regards to explaining the "Chosen One" advantage, as that actually does need some explanation. Chosen One allows a character to make a Will resistance check instead of spending a Hero Point in order to overcome the fatiguing effects of Extra Effort (DC15 to resist becoming fatigued, DC20 to resist becoming exhausted, and DC25 to resist being incapacitated), but it can only be used in conjunction with Extra Effort relating to the character's Destiny complication, as having that complication is a pre-requisite for taking this particular advantage. The Destiny complication is basically the one that says the character has become Fate's chewtoy. In other words, the Chosen One advantage and Destiny complication are absolutely perfect for use with builds of Anakin Skywalker, Luke Skywalker and Harry Potter!

Complications
Curse of the Contract Magician: Should Serafall ever become dissatisfied with Harry for any reason, she can nullify the contract he holds with her, which has an effect upon him roughly equivalent to having the Impaired condition applied to all effect ranks within his Wizardry array. Although his other powers would be unaffected. In other words, it is generally advisable for Harry to keep Serafall happy if he wants to be allowed to keep his powers at their current levels.
- Destiny: Harry's life path is written in the stars and has set in stone obligations that fate will force him to fulfill regardless of what free will he believes he might possess... or so Dumbledore likes to claim on the matter. Whether or not the prophecy Harry has been informed of is actually true or not, other people believe that it is. For better or worse, their expectations and behaviors regarding Harry are defined by their faith. Whether Harry believes in the prophecy or not, whether it is true or not, he mustt bear the weight of the responsibility that the prophecy claims only he can fulfill, which is the slaying of an unnamed Dark Lord that most people presume to be Voldemort.
- Enemy: Because Voldemort is aware of most of the prophecy and more importantly, because Voldemort believes in that prophecy, Voldemort is effectively Harry's greatest enemy as the Dark Lord will do nearly anything in order to ensure that he is not defeated by what to him, is an otherwise insignificant little boy.
- Marked: Part and parcel with the prophecy that allegedly binds Harry, is the curse scar that is emblazoned upon his forehead. The claim of Albus Dumbledore is that this scar is the physical manifestation of the line in the prophecy stating that the "Dark Lord will mark him as his equal", however in reality all it means that it is incredibly hard for Harry to disguise who he is without going to elaborate lengths, such as the production and consumption of Polyjuice Potion.
- Motivation: Taking Control: Harry truly wishes to take control of his life, and has made something of a faustian deal in order to gain the power he needs in order to do just that. The fact that said faustian deal came attached to an absolutely drop dead gorgeous girl might make the price worth paying in Harry's opinion.
- Once More With Feeling: It is possible to remove a Sacred Gear, such as Incinerate Anthem, from it's host. However, it is incredibly dangerous both for Harry and for the one trying to remove Incinerate Anthem to attempt doing that. This is because Incinerate Anthem has a "Death Throe" protocol thanks to the way it bonded with Harry. However, the Death Throe protocol only triggers if someone uses Grigori Sacred Gear Transfer Ritual or a similar process against Harry. The Death Throw protocol invokes a Rank 12 Damage effect with 3 ranks of Burst Area, but Harry dies immediately after it is used.

Build Comments: Bataireacht is an Irish style of Martial Arts that focuses on employing virtually any kind of "stick" as a weapon. It has no clearly defined time period in which it originated since the Irish have been using sticks and cudgels as part of their arsenal since pretty much forever. In fact the name of the Dungeons and Dragons "Shillelagh" spell, is actually the anglicised form of the word used to describe Irish fighting sticks used in this style of Martial Arts. It occurred to me that with at least a few Irish students attending Hogwarts (Seamus Finnegan as one of them), someone had to have brought this style up during Dumbledore's Army sessions as a style that would be well suited to complimenting a Witch or Wizard's reliance on their wands, even if it would have been a severely stupid idea to use a wand as though it were a Shillelagh. That then reminded me of what it was that Harry did with his wand on Halloween of his first year...

Complications
- Easily Distracted: By Magical Girls, her sister, Harry and the Seraph known as Gabriel. When any of these things enter her field of vision for the first time in a given scene, she will abandon whatever it is she is doing and focus almost exclusively on whichever one has caught her attention. A sharp admonition from her sister or Harry can snap her back on focus, but most other people won't have much luck with getting her attention to recenter itself, especially not Gabriel.
- Fame: Serafall is easily the most famous female Devil in the underworld, and possibly even the most famous of the presiding Maou. She can boast such fame because she is both the Foreign Affairs Minister for the Underworld, and because she is the leading lady on the TV Show "Miracle☆Levia-tan."
- Motivation: Thrills: Trying to figure out what the truth behind Sera's motivation is, wouldn't be any easier than trying to deduce that same information in regards to Nyaruko-san. It is simply easier to classify both girls as being motivated by a thirst for excitement and high octane thrills.
- Responsibility: While they are technically the rulers of the Underworld, the Four Great Maou pretty much have to do whatever it is that the Heads of the Houses of Bael, Paimon, Beleth, Purson, Asmoday, Balam and Belial tell them to do, as those seven Houses are the highest ranking Houses in the 72 Pillars, and the TRUE Kings of the Underworld.
- Rivalry: It is a bit one sided on Sera's part, but she does see Gabriel as her biggest rival and has gone to extreme lengths in order to study the Seraph in order to get any advantage she possibly can if they should ever come into conflict with one another. Gabriel however, isn't even aware of the rivalry, nor does she care.

Build Comments: It could be said that Tamboralin is an ancestor to the martial art styles known as Savate and the more recent one known as Zipota. It follows the same basic principle of being highly acrobatic and focusing on dropping an enemy as quickly as possible. What differs is that Tamboralin is designed to be just as visually appealing to an audience as it is meant to be an efficient combat system. This was what Troubadours, Jongleurs & Gleemen used to defend themselves in the High Middle Ages. Please note, this style of combat is probably entirely fictitious.

The age listed for Serafall outside of the parentheses is her physical age, while the one inside the parentheses is her chronological age. It is a devil's physical age that I plan on using to determine who it is that is appropriate for them to date (half + 7 rule), since chronological ages tend to be staggeringly absurd with both devils and angels. The same general rule applies for Asgardians and other long lived species in my opinion.

It needs to be noted that the circumstance bonuses from the Attractive advantage and the Specialization in seduction do not stack. They are meant to be used under different circumstances. Specialization in seduction is primarily designed to be used when the Attractive advantage isn't working on someone. In other words, it is for seducing someone who isn't normally interested in women.

White Is the New Black
Premise: Never before had there been a more dangerous pair as would occur when Emma Frost and Harry Potter met for the first time on a cold winter night. But the question really is, who it is that they endanger?
Required Inclusions:
- Wrong Child Who Lived fic.
- Harry must be a mutant, and seemingly a squib after Voldemort’s attack on the Potter home.
- Harry must run away from either the Potters or the Dursleys, depending on where the author has decided to have him be living after his sibling is declared the Child Who Lived.
- While living on the streets, Harry must meet and befriend a young Emma Frost.
- Emma must help Harry either by bringing him supplies, or else by bringing him back to her home with her (please note that both this and the latter option assume she is in England for a long period of time, rather than in Massachusetts like she was in canon), causing Harry to be incredibly loyal to her.
- When Emma joins the Hellfire Club, Harry must also join it as her bodyguard/servant. They must eventually reach the ranks of White Queen and White Knight respectively.
- The main pairing must be Harry / Emma.
- When it is discovered that Harry is the one prophesied to defeat Voldemort, Emma must return to England with him so as to help him with the task.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry saves Emma’s life with his mutant abilities when they first meet.
- Harry’s powers being more physical/opposite of Emma’s telepathy.
- Emma and Harry joining either the X-Men, or if not the former then Generation X when the latter is founded.
- X-Men Evolution universe, with a younger Emma who is trying to take over the Hellfire Club for good or moral reasons.
Optional Inclusions:
- The Stepford Cuckoos calling Harry “Daddy” or “Papa” and managing to get him wrapped around their fingers in ways they never could with Emma.

- Accident: The Atmospheric Disruption power creates a turbulant atmospheric system where both hot and cold temperatures are mixing together in unpredictable manners. This can obviously be quite dangerous as it could unleash a tornado or other violent weather systems that could cause untold devastation.
- Destiny: Though he was only made aware of this fact recently, Harry is the individual who is truly the one chosen to defeat the Dark Lord Voldemort. This has had rather unfortunate consequences for both him and his sister due to the fact that most people believed it to be her who was destined to face Voldemort and that he himself was a Squib of no real worth. This has naturally colored most people's perceptions of both Harry and his sister and has led to the two siblings having a rather strained relationship, even if they do both care for each other all the same.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Both Harry and Emma wish to use their connections within the Hellfire Club for the benefit of both the wider world, as well as for the benefit of Mutantkind as a whole. With Harry's recent discovery of his membership in the community known as Wizardkind, he also wishes to use it as a means of improving life for Wizardkind as well.
- Relationship: Ever since they met one another, Harry and Emma Frost have shared a deep and unshakable bond with one another. They have only discovered that their bond is something which can be referred to as a "psychic rapport" upon joining the Hellfire Club, and that the Wizarding community describes such bonds as "Soul Bonds" even more recently. Beyond that, Harry is the older brother of Maybelle Euphemia Potter, and the authentic Child-Who-Lived.

The Phoenix Brainstorm & Notes

The Phoenix
Premise: “You are a brick tied to me that is dragging me down, strike a match and I’ll burn you to the ground. We are the jack-o-lanterns in July, setting fire to the sky, here it comes, this rising tide, so come on!”
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must be an Omega Level Mutant with either psionic abilities or else the Power Cosmic.
- Harry must replace Jean Grey as the avatar for the Phoenix Force.
- Harry must become the Phoenix Force’s avatar at some point between the ages of 1 to 17.
- Jean must still exist, but be powered down to the equivalent of an Alpha Level Mutant.
- Harry must either join the X-Men or create his own team.
- Harry must be on good terms with the Brotherhood.
- Harry must be able to control the powers of the Phoenix Force and not devolve into a mindless engine of destruction, even if he prefers the outfit usually reserved for the Dark Phoenix.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Wrong Child Who Lived fic.
- Harry being a Squib.
- Bashing of Dumbledore, several members of the Weasley family and many Pure-Bloods.
- Harry being forced to participate in the Triwizard Tournament.
- Being the avatar of the Phoenix Force should either augment Harry’s existing powers or else give him access to new ones.
- Harry being paired with at least one of the following: Jean Grey, Emma Frost, Magik, Scarlet Witch, Polaris, Psylocke, Wolfsbane, Marrow or X-23.
- Various X-Men films/TV series being incorporated into the fic.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry being paired with another guy.
- Harry the Emo Doormat.
