Complications
- Hatred: Harry despises Dolores Umbridge and Cornelius Fudge for their success at having him expelled from Hogwarts and forcing him to use his rage to power through their attempt at having him forget magic even exists. It was this that wound up attracting the Red Lantern Ring to him in the first place.
- Honor: Harry will not break his word once he has given it to someone, and he will always save a damsel in distress if he learns that such an occurrence has cropped up.
- Motivation: Justice: Harry desires to bring justice to all who would abuse helpless and defenceless children, the way the Dursley's did to him, as well as to bring about an end to Voldemort and his soon to be active reign of terror.
- Power Loss: Harry's ring exhausts its power with time and use. It needs to be recharged using a Red Lantern battery.
- Relationship: Despite the dangers of their romance, Harry is deeply in love with Dancia Malfoy, and has also found himself attracted to both the Red Lantern known as Laira Omoto, and the Green Lantern known as Arisia Rrab. He also recognizes the bond that exists between himself and Gabrielle Delacour, but is unsure what to do about it due to the age he believes her to be.
- Temper: Despite the fact that he is largely in control of his rage, the fact remains that Harry is a Red Lantern for a reason, and occasionally something will provoke him in such a way that he will act upon his fury in almost a blind berserker rage. In such instances, it is generally the responsibility of the women he loves to keep him from killing the target of his rage, as they are the only ones whom he will always listen to, and who he will faithfully prevent himself from hurting.
- Weakness: Red Lantern Corps power rings depend on the ability of the wielders to feel rage. The maximum rank of the Red Light of Rage array effects is equal to Harry’s Fortitude Rank to reflect hiss capacity for raw fury. Calming thoughts and hopeful feelings, such as those inspired by the Blue Lanterns, can cause the ring to fail.

Complications
- Hatred: Dancia hates her father for what he caused to happen to her boyfriend. Granted her father had no knowledge that she had been secretly dating Harry, but that hardly matters as far as Dancia is concerned as no one deserves to be attacked by Dementors in the first place!
- Motivation: Doing Good: Dancia has as her motivation the goal of helping her boyfriend to curb his desire to burn Wizarding Britain to the ground now that he actually has the power to do just that.
- Power Loss: Dancia needs her hands free in order to cast her spells, though she has more or less mastered the art of silent casting by now. She also needs her wand in hand to cast those spells designated as Wanded Magic.
- Relationship: Dancia has for almost two full years now, secretly been dating Harry Potter. They first began seeing each other the very same Christmas that Remus Lupin was teaching at Hogwarts.
- Rivalry: With Ginevra Weasley, but only because Ginny still thinks she has a chance with Harry.

Complications
- Monstrous: A Veela's battle form is truly horrific to look at. This is why they only possess the Attractive advantage in their default form. However it actually goes a bit beyond losing the attractive advantage. They are so horrific to look at in this form, that their Deception and Persuasion checks are Impaired, though their Intimidation checks remain unaffected.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Much like Dancia, Gabrielle strives to help Harry to control his high disproportionate rage. Unlike Dancia, Gabrielle has a leg up in that she can focus Harry's attention on more arousing matters.
- Relationship: Gabrielle has been bounded to Harry due to what is termed a "Veela Lifedebt." This is something that Veela will develop when they perceive themselves to have been saved by someone, even if they weren't actually in any danger. It compels them to seek out a lasting romantic relationship with that person.
- Temper: Veela are prone to sudden fits of violence and irrationality.

Iris Lilith Wayne
Premise: While one sibling likes to dress up as a bat and fight crime, the other waves a wand and brews potions while cackling about eyes of newts and other silly things.
Required Inclusions:
- During the birth of her son Bruce, Martha Wayne must suffer complications that prevent her from having any further children.
- Because they wish to have more children, Martha and her husband must adopt a recently abandoned young girl from Great Britain by the name of Iris Lilith Potter.
- Iris must be younger than Bruce by at least a year, if not more.
- After Thomas and Martha are murdered, Iris must still remain in the Wayne household, and continue to be raised as Bruce’s sister by their mutual guardian, Alfred Pennyworth.
- Iris must return to Great Britain and deal with Voldemort while her brother has disappeared on his trip around the world where he is training to become The Batman.
- Due to legally being a Wayne, and because she wishes to honor her adoptive parent’s memories, Iris must have become the CEO of Wayne Enterprises in Bruce’s absence.
- When he returns, Bruce must attempt to keep his activities as The Batman a secret from Iris… ostensibly he does this for her own protection.
- Despite any secrets they keep from one another and the fact that Iris was adopted, both siblings must still care for and love one another as siblings.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Iris totally being into girls more than she is into boys.
- Iris holding onto at least some resentment towards Bruce for having up and abandoned her when she needed his support the most.
- Due to her bitterness towards his abandonment, Iris attempts, and might even succeed, to keep her magic a secret from her brother.
- Alfred, being who he is, knows the secrets of both siblings, and is exasperated at their attempts to keep things a secret from one another.
- Dealing with Iris’ Hogwarts years via flashbacks.
Optional Inclusions:
- Iris becoming romantically involved with one of Batman’s rogues, which is ultimately how and where he finds out about her ability to do magic.
- Iris becoming Zatanna’s mentor & guardian after her father disappears, much to her brother’s confusion if he hasn’t discovered Iris can use magic yet by that point.

Complications
- Enemy: Pretty much every person who has ever been wronged by the Wayne family and their business considers Iris simply another target for them to eradicate. They haven't quite figured out she won't be as easy to take out as her adoptive parents were due to the enchantments on her Shadowscale Armor.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Iris lives her life in accordance with what she believes would make both sets of her parents very proud with her. This has the potential to lead her into conflict with her adoptive brother when the two finally realize what secrets they have each been keeping from one another.
- Relationship: Iris is the younger sister of Bruce Wayne by means of adoption. She is also the current C.E.O. of Wayne Enterprises, and one of the more popular women in Gotham City at her level of financial influence.
- Secret: Iris is keeping secret not only the fact that she is a witch from her brother, but also the fact that she is quite possibly the single most famous witch that he has ever had the pleasure of making the acquaintance of, as well as the fact that she could live quite comfortably without ever using a single penny of the wealth she has access to as the C.E.O. of Wayne Enterprises.
- Temper: Iris is a tempestuous woman, who will often act without considering the consequences. She's even been known to ignore the sound advice of others in favor of what she believes to be a good idea, while every indication says she's walking into a trap where someone will get hurt or even killed.

Complications
- Conditional Ownership: Both the Nomex Survival Suit and the Tumbler are by all legal definitions the property of Wayne Enterprises, and Bruce did not get Iris' permission to use them in live combat scenarios. He will be in very serious trouble if she ever figures out they actually belong to the company that she is responsible for. After all, he's risking 18,300,000 US dollars in Wayne Tech on each and every excursion he takes! And this isn't even taking into account any of the companies other assets he uses during his vigilante antics!
- Enemies: While his sister prefers not to antagonize those who would wish to kill her just for being a Wayne, Bruce kind of goes out of his way to do just that. As such he has possibly even more enemies than his father did, many of whom can be found on the Gotham City Police Force.
- Flashbacks: Bruce is still sometimes stunned by traumatic flashbacks to the night his parents were murdered, especially in connection to Crime Alley, where the killings took place.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Bruce considers Gotham City his domain and takes the task of protecting it from criminals very seriously.
- Relationship: Bruce's most important relationship is with his sister, Iris. However he also has a number of other important relationships, including Alfred Pennyworth, Lucius Fox, Harvey Dent, and Rachel Dawes.
- Secret: Bruce is keeping his activities as the Batman secret from pretty much everyone, up to and including his younger sister. In fact keeping his activities a secret from Iris is probably his most important task, since she'd be very pissed at him for taking things from her Toybox without asking permission first!

Build Comments: Due to the fact that this idea is based upon the Dark Knight trilogy and because in that trilogy Bruce's costume was given a price tag of no less than 300,000 USD, a price that was stated in-universe to remove it from the budget of the actual US Military, the darn thing HAS GOT TO BE a device, rather than an ordinary piece of equipment. That's the bottom of the bucket for the price range I'd guesstimate an Iron Man suit sits within.

I actually looked up how much Bruce's chosen lifestyle would cost in the real world, and it was mindbogglingly expensive. Once everything was all added up, including the manor and Alfred's pay check, it came to +/- 682,450,750 USD. And that's not necessarily a one time cost either, as many of the gadgets and Alfred's salary are a continuing expense. Now when you look at that expense report, you can sort of understand why I say what he's doing is going to piss his sister off in this setting, can't you?

Complications
- Flashbacks: Harleen was an employee of Arkham Asylum during the months leading up to the reign of fear unleashed by the joint efforts of Ra's al Ghul and Scarecrow, during which she was exposed to Scarecrow's fear toxin. Harleen occasionally suffers crippling flashbacks to the worst trip of her life.
- Hedonism: If it feels good to Harley, then it must be good, even if everyone else thinks it’s bad!
- Motivation: Recognition: Harley wants people to respect and acknowledge her, even if she has to beat them into doing so.
- Obsession: Animals. Harley absolutely adores animals. She doesn't care whether they are alive or not so long as she can cuddle them until they probably shouldn't be being cuddled anymore. She's even more fond of exotic and dangerous animals, which she at least respects enough not to get herself killed by.
- Quirk: Harley tends to dress the part of a clown, even when performing her duties as Iris' personal bodyguard. She does this solely because she knows Iris is highly amused by the looks of annoyance and outrage it causes people when they see her dressed in such a manner during major social functions.
- Relationship: Now that her profession as an up and coming psychiatrist was ruined, Harleen has been drifting, and for a time joined up with the forces of the man callin himself "The Joker" before finding herself unemployed again, and mercifully uncaptured. Whether it was a good or bad twist of her fate, not long after the capture of her last boss, she wound up being captured herself, this time by two women who would become very important allies/lovers to her in the near future... Pamela Isley and Iris Wayne.

Complications
- Motivation: Acceptance: Pamela is motivated by the desire to be accepted by others, whether that is accomplished by returning herself to a purely human physiology, or simply by reaching a point in time where people are comfortable enough with her appearance that they don't immediately assume she means them harm.
- Plant-Like: While Pamela is immune to those diseases and poisons which would affect a human and most animals, the ones which affect a plant are very dangerous to her. Furthermore, she actually performs Photosynthesis, and as such requires plenty of sunlight and carbon dioxide in order to survive, though she doesn't need to breath the way a human would... which is great for certain activities!
- Relationship: When Iris offered Pamela a research grant to figure out exactly what it is that Woodrue did to her, Pamela's immediate reaction was to ask what the catch was. The catch turned out to be far more pleasant than anything Pamela could have hoped for, but she had to immediately figure out a permanent antidote to her own poisonous touch for her new romantic interest.
- So Not Interested: Pamela has absolutely no interest in men as a romantic option, which is why she was more than a little surprised to discover that the cute older woman that had been keeping tabs on her while she recovered from her accident was not just one of the richest women in the world, but also one who had a few odd kinks of her own that she was interested in having Pam help her indulge.

The Pillar of Justice Brainstorm & Notes

The Pillar of Justice
Premise: When the call went out to Earth’s heroes to help save the world from an extraterrestrial threat, no one would have expected one of those who would answer to be from another world. Nor were they quite prepared for this individual to reveal he could warp the very fabric of reality to his desires.
Required Inclusion:
- This story must occur in either the Justice League Unlimited or the Justice League: War animated universes, as those present the easiest entry points for Harry to join the League.
- Harry must either be summoned, or turn up, to help defeat whichever invasionary force is involved in the founding of the Justice League in the respective scenarios.
- As such, Harry must become a founding member of the Justice League.
- Harry must end up in a romantic relationship with a DC Character. Which one is strictly up to the author, but a request has been made for either Hawkgirl or Wonder Woman.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry wound up traveling to this reality from his home dimension.
- Harry being able to do something with magic that sets him apart from the Homo-Magi of DC Comics. There are any number of things this could be, so it is purely up to the author.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry having enchanted garments that augment his abilities and protect him should he enter melee combat situations. It is also recommended he no longer be reliant upon a wand.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry being romantically paired with a male.

Complications
- Honor: Harry will not break his word once he has given it to someone, and he will always save a damsel in distress if he learns that such an occurrence has cropped up.
- Motivation: Responsibility: During Harry's time at Hogwarts, he heard a great many bits of inspirational wisdom from Albus Dumbledore, and while the man had many faults the one thing he did say that Harry keeps in mind even to this day was: "there will be a time when we must choose between what is easy and what is right."
- Rivalry: With Batman, for two specific reasons. The first being that the Bat is constantly trying to find out just where it is that Harry came from, since there appears to be no paper trail attached to him. The second being because Batman is Harry's favorite target for nominally harmless pranks, like causing Batman to radiate the Imperial March for an hour or two after encountering Harry.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

The only limiting factor on his being able to make new prank goods is finding approximate equivalents to the ingredients used when making those things, as there is no guarantee the stuff used in his original reality exist in this new one he finds himself in.

Premise: Diana wasn’t the only child of the gods to be born among mortals in recent times. There was another. A child who was born with might and magic, a child destined to be among the greatest of heroes… a child who could even possibly end Olympus itself!
Required Inclusions:
- Harry’s moral alignment must be Good or Neutral, though he can have any Ethical Alignment.
- Harry must be powerful or stronger, possibly even very powerful.
- When the story starts is up to the author.
- Lily was in reality the goddess known as Melinoe, a minor deity who holds dominion over ghosts. She is the daughter of Persephone and Hades.
- Lily/Melinoe legitimately died in Voldemort’s attack, but given who her father is, this likely matters very little in the day to day affairs of Olympus.
- Harry must not have any form of kinship to the god known as Ares, other than the fact that Ares is masquerading as Remus Lupin for some reason.
- What Harry inherits from his divine parent, Lily, is up to the author.
- Diana must be made aware of Harry’s existence and seek him out to aid him in becoming a hero at some point during the course of the story.
- If the Justice League is involved, then one of their members must take up a fatherly role in Harry’s life, just as Diana will take up a motherly role for him. This need not be another male.
- All romantic pairings are welcome, so long as we leave off pairings involving other males.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Full Justice League / DCEU / DCAU Crossover.

- Harry being super-powerful or OP.

Complications
- Burned: Harry was recently expelled from Hogwarts, with his wand being snapped, by the Minister for Magic, one Cornelius Oswald Fudge. Fortunately, due to the fact that Harry is the last member in a rather prestigious family within Wizarding Britain, they could not have his memory of magic removed or his core sealed, but they did make it impossible for him to continue learning magic in England, and made him feel incredibly unwelcome in the country. This combined with the fact that the Dark Lord known as Voldemort, has made it more than clear that he considers Harry his primary enemy, means that Harry has little reason to stay in England, and is seriously considering just leaving...
- Honor: Harry will not break his word once he has given it to someone, and he will always save a damsel in distress if he learns that such an occurrence has cropped up.
- Motivation: Responsibility: During Harry's time at Hogwarts, he heard a great many bits of inspirational wisdom from Albus Dumbledore, and while the man had many faults the one thing he did say that Harry keeps in mind even to this day was: "there will be a time when we must choose between what is easy and what is right."
- Relationship: Remus Lupin has just informed Harry that he is in reality the Olympian God known as Ares, which makes him Harry's cousin or something, through his mother, as she was the Olympian deity known as Melinoe, the daughter of Hades and Persephone... oh wait, does that mean she's still alive???

- Motivation: Thrills: Stheno, like her younger sister, lives for the thrills she can milk out of life. It is partly for this reason that they have chosen not to go on a mass murdering spree and simply enjoy the staggering forms of entertainment that the mortal world has to offer them these days.
- Relationship: Stheno is the elder sister of Euryale, and together they are the twin elder sisters of Medusa, the infamous Gorgon that was killed by Perseus at the urging of the Twelve Olympians.

- Amazingly Embarrassing Relatives: Raven's aunt and uncle on her mother's side of the family will be more than happy to adopt her once she is safe to be around, and they will be even more happy to embarrass the utter living crap out of her every time she brings her boyfriend (Harry) around for dinner with the folks.
- Curse Sworn: Raven has been brainwashed by her evil demonic overlord of a father into helping him to conquer Earth, whether she likes it or not. So all her evil and villainous overtones in the coming months are entirely not her fault!
- Enemies: Everyone and their mother wants access to this girl if they have even the slightest inclination towards villainy and magic!
- Motivation: Acceptance: Raven wants to be accepted, whether that is by her friends, her father, or whoever else, it likely doesn't matter, so long as she is accepted. It is probably this line of reasoning that allowed her to fall into her father's claws so easily.
- Quirk: In her purified form, Raven will very likely bombard her enemies with the sorts of incapacitating emotions that would enable them to fly if they were hit with a follow-up dose of Pixie Dust. Not the most effective method of combat, if I do say so myself.
- Temper: When she is particularly angry, Raven will manifest the darker demonic half of her personality and in doing so, become the demonic embodiment of Pride. In such situations it is up to her friends and loved ones to pull her back from the brink of insanity before it is too late!

Build Comments: Damage Effects with an Will-based Alternate Resistance won't ever cost any extra in my Harry Potter-centric settings cause a Will defense is going to tend to be focused on more heavily than Fortitude. On the other hand, Fortitude Resisted Damage effects WILL cost extra because they are a more decisive beating for someone to have to suffer through.
