- Destined to Rule: Voldemort is obsessed with obtaining power and becoming the solitary ruler of the entire Magical World. He is however realistic enough to understand that openly declaring himself to the Muggle World would likely get his forces, if not himself, eradicated.
- Megalomania: Voldemort is convinced of his superiority and of his eventual success.
- Phobia: Voldemort is utterly terrified of his own mortality and has gone to elaborate, and now ultimately futile, lengths to ensure that he never properly dies.

Build Comments: This build lacks certain elements that my other builds of Voldemort included mostly because they were unnecessary for a final battle showdown scenario. On the other hand, it does include a new way of handling the Killing Curse that I feel is a bit more accurate to how it was portrayed in the novels. The Killing Curse is being given a Will resistance check because it seems to attack the soul or spirit, which is what the Will save is meant to represent along with the mind. The Fortitude save better represents defending against ingested or injected agencies, such as the Basilisk's venom, and even Potions.

I also figured out that the Tiring flaw is the best way to limit how frequently the Unforgivable Curses can be used in battle, since it basically amounts to making it so that a villainous character can only use single solitary instance of any of those three curses combined in a given encounter. Crucio isn't tiring though, as Voldemort seems to like spamming it, so instead it is a Concentration effect that has Distracting tacked onto it.

I Suppose I Am
Premise: Sometimes the thing you all fear the most, is the thing you most desperately need to have save you.
Required Inclusions:
- Prior to receiving his Hogwarts Letter, Harry must wind up thrown backwards in time.
- Harry must grow up in the past unknowing of his future, and hence events prior to Harry’s re-emergence onto the stage of Wizarding Britain must remain relatively the same.
- While growing up, Harry must somehow learn of the existence of magic, and use it to develop a reputation to be feared.
- Harry must choose a pseudonym to go by, but can still answer to Harry Potter, presuming people discover that such a name actually exists.
- Harry’s reputation must be such that, even if they don’t fear him, Voldemort and Grindelwald must respect him enough to leave him alone.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Crossover with Nasuverse.
- Harry somehow becoming a Dead Apostle Ancestor (or their counterparts from Fate Worlds, the Superior Dead Apostles).
- Harry being centuries old, and at an age where he rarely ever gets involved in the affairs of mortals anymore unless it furthers his own agenda in some manner.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry being involved in a romantic pairing with Altrouge, Gorgon (Medusa), and possibly one other girl of the author’s choosing from within Potterverse.
- Gorgon being made into Harry’s Familiar the same way the Len is Arcueid’s Familiar and Primate Murder is Altrouge’s Familiar.

Complications
- Destiny: Harry is who destiny has dictated will be the only person with the power to necessary to defeat the Dark Lord known as Voldemort once and for all.
- Identity: To the world at large, Harry is known by the name of Ambrosios Nikostratus, as that was the name he adopted when he materialized in Ancient Greece all those centuries ago. To those who have earned his trust, and when in private, he is known by his original name of Harry Potter.
- Motivation: Acceptance: Harry has reached an age where the primary thing that he wants is to be left alone by the world at large. He is after all, very careful to control himself when fulfilling his need to drink blood, choosing to drink from wild animals rather than human beings and has not had any Fledglings to date.
- Mythic Weakness: Harry can't enter an area surrounded by Holy Symbols, and if presented by a Holy Symbol, Harry and the presenter must make opposing Presence checks where if the Presenter succeeds, Harry must stay at least 5 feet away from them and is unable to attack them.
- Relationship: Harry is the Bondmate of Altrouge Brunestud, and the "Master" of the Gorgon originally known as Medusa.
- Reputation: As one of the more visible of the Superior Dead Apostles to exist within the world's history, even if that has become less true in recent centuries. Harry has also earned something of a reputation as a roguish bad boy among the human girls who happen to interact with him on rare occasions.
- Vampirism: If Harry does not drink blood regularly, he suffers as if starving, becoming Fatigued after a week, Exhausted after two weeks, and then Incapacitated after three weeks. If he is not immediately fed blood after becoming Incapacitated, he will subsequently begin Dying. All conditions are immediately removed after drinking even the slightest amount of blood.
- Vulnerability: Harry is Toughness Impaired against Fire Damage.
- Weakness: When exposed to sunlight, Harry will become Impaired, though suffers no other ill effects.

Build Comments: Harry rarely if ever will resort to his magical abilities in combat, which is why is spellcasting abilities are depicted as a variable effect with the Unreliable (5 Uses) flaw. He does have those abilities, but is much more of a physical combatant, though one who would be an Assassin in Fate/Stay Night's Servant Class listings. I also altered how Territory Creation works from my norm; the new way of handling it is based on Mister B's "Sanctum" spell from his Wizard Template. Genkaku would effectively be Harry's replacement for a Noble Phantasm.

I also opted not to include the magic related sensory powers and ability to communicate with ghosts, as it seems to be redundant at this point, and is probably best to be treated as a "G.M. fiat" power, rather than something to be included on every stat block from here on out.

Complications
- Enemy: Gorgon represents a threat to humanity as a whole, and thus they can be considered her worst enemies. The only humans who won't immediately feel threatened by her presence are those who have the ability to speak Parseltongue.
- Hatred: Gorgon was set on the path to becoming what she is now by the fact that she was raped in one of Athena's temples by the god Poseidon. Naturally this means that she absolutely despises both Athena and Poseidon, to say nothing of rapists in general, or people who would hurt those she cares for.
- Monstrous: Gorgon is one of the figures in ancient history that serves as the Ur-Example for the word "Monster." She has an obviously monstrous appearance that makes it utterly impossible for her to blend in with muggle society, and it takes someone pretty special (i.e. Harry) to see the beautiful woman she truly is.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Gorgon's Origin is synonymous with her True Name. The name Medusa, when translated into English means either "Guardian" or "Protector", thus Gorgon feels a strong urge to protect those who have wormed their way into her heart with all the strength and power she has at her disposal.
- Temper: Gorgon can be considered an Avenger, an existence which attacks anyone and everyone who would cause her even the slightest bit of harm, though in her case she doesn't attack those who cause her harm so much as those who hurt the people she cares about. She is very vicious when she does that though, which is one of the reasons why Altrouge prefers to leave Gorgon at home when she takes Harry out to "play", the other being that Gorgon tends to get noticed by the Executors and Enforcers really, really fast.

Complications
- Accidental Seductress: Lily is blissfully unaware of her attractiveness and how her actions tend to seen by others. She often activates her social powers unintentionally, leading to people falling into and out of love with her like someone might turn on and off a light switch.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Lily is currently a Prefect within Gryffindor House at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and is therefore tasked with helping the younger years with their studies, as well as making sure the various students are in their dormitories by curfew. This is something she takes very seriously.
- Power Loss: Lily requires the use of her wand for all but the most insignificant of her power effects, the majority of which are handled by her Wandless Prodigy power.

Builder's Note: When someone travels through time in the Nasuverse and unless special preparations are made, they will essentially destroy the entire tapestry of history up to the point in time which they have traveled back to. Which means that they are essentially from an entirely different universe to the one they wound up in, and it's different universe that no longer exists at that. So there is essentially no relationship between the Lily Evans of the Current Reality, and the Harry Potter of the Former Reality, and that is before getting into the fact that Harry has evolved so far beyond what he had been as a human as to no longer have any traces of his original genetic structure remaining in his body.

Also, this is Lily at the start of her 6th year in Hogwarts. She's already stopped being friends with Severus, but she won't start dating James (if that happens) until her 7th year.

Complications
- Forbidden Love: Narcissa finds herself falling deeper and deeper in love with Lily Evans each time they've come into conflict over the past couple of years. The problem with this is that such romances are absolutely forbidden within Pure-Blood society, and no this isn't about Lily's blood status.
- Hedonism: Narcissa is a willing slave to her vices and is proud of her shameless lifestyle. Every weekend would be a party for this girl if she could figure out where the nearest Muggle Nightclub happened to be to her home.
- Motivation: Thrills: Narcissa does what she does simply because she feels no remorse or guilt for such actions. The only thing which might make her feel such emotions, would be if the girl she secretly has a crush on, Lily Evans, were to come to any real harm.
- Power Loss: Narcissa isn't just reliant on her wand for her powers, but also on her Potion Gun. Taking either away from her will greatly diminish her potential offensive capabilities, while taking both away might as well remove her from the fight.
- Quirk: Narcissa tends to be cruel to people for simply for the sake of being cruel to people. She has no real reason for such behavior other than the fact that she can usually get away with it.
- Reputation: Despite how thorough her control over the social scene at Hogwarts seems to be, Narcissa isn't particularly well liked by her peers, and many of those same peers, especially in Slytherin House itself, would love to see her being dominated by one of them, rather than for the masses to be dominated by her.
- Small Potatoes: Narcissa might have a lot of power and influence within the current Hogwarts student body, but she has absolutely no influence anywhere else, and it is largely up to those outside the castle to decide what her future truly holds for her, unless she does something truly game-changing.

Complications
- Enemy: The Counterforce sincerely regrets ever inviting Seraphina to the planet Earth, and would quite happily see her eradicated by any means possible. It is largely for this reason that Seraphina rarely if ever leaves the sanctity of her castle these days, if only to appease her surrogate brother and his bondmate that she is perfectly safe from being killed by a Grand Heroic Spirit or Counter Agent.
- Lifelinked: Seraphina shares a deep connection with the Earth's moon. So much so that she can even be considered the 'brain' of said celestial body. Any time that the moon itself suffers damage on a scale larger than your average meteor impact, Seraphina must make a Will check against the attack's damage rank. Furthermore, if the moon itself is ever destroyed, Seraphina must immeditely make a DC 25 Will save or promptly die with no chance for her Deathless Power to trigger.
- Meatball Head: A Moon Princess by any other name is still a Meatball Head.
- Monstrous: Aristoteles by default do not have a gender that could be recognized by a human mind. However, some Aristoteles, Seraphina included, have taken upon themselves a human-like appearance so as to more easily blend in with the native inhabitants. However, there is always something just a little off, or wrong, about their appearance that proves the lie. In Seraphina's case it is a pair of black vestigial wings coming out of her back, along with the inverted crescent moon symbol on her forehead.
- Motivation: Patriotism: Seraphina is willing to provide sanctuary to any True Ancestor or Dead Apostle who seeks it within her Castle. The Church and Magus Association have long since learned to leave said Castle alone.
- Relationship: Due to the proximity with which they arrived on the Earth, Seraphina considers Harry to be an incorrigible younger brother, especially once she realized he had formed a bond with the girl who would have been an ideal heiress to Seraphina if not for the unfortunate circumstances of her birth.
- Rivalry: Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg has a grudge against Seraphina, but has nominally agreed to leave the incarnation of her in this reality alone if only because her more malicious tendencies have been somewhat sidelined in favor of her only recently discovered maternal instincts.

The Blacksmith of Hearts Brainstorm & Notes

The Blacksmith of Hearts
Premise: “I am the heart of my harem. Love is my body and hugs are my blood. I have created over a thousand girlfriends. Unseen by death, nor known to hatred. Have withstood pain to save many damsels. Yet, those perverts will never hold anything. So as I pray, Unlimited Harem Works.”
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must have always been fascinated with metallurgy and blacksmithing, and since it was a normal hobby, the Dursley’s must have allowed him to pursue it.
- The story must be a crossover with High School DxD.
- Harry must possess both of the Sacred Gears known as Blade Blacksmith and Sword Birth.
- Harry must have a very unusual way of using his Sacred Gears. While he can use them in the typical manner, he also uses them to transfer the Demonic and Holy Element into the things he makes using Blacksmithing.
- Harry must have been saved by the Seraph known as Gabriel when Voldemort attacked his family all those years ago, having heard Lily’s fervent prayers, but being too late to save her or James. The possibility of further appearances by Gabriel are discretionary.
- The knowledge of Harry’s use of his Sacred Gears somehow reaches the ears of Serafall Leviathan, who becomes curious enough to personally investigate. Due to this she cultivates a friendship with Harry that may lead to something more later on.
- Serafall must be possessive of what she has discovered in Harry, and will not tell the other Satans about him, as it will rob her of her newfound freedom from paperwork.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry giving Serafall ‘free’ upgrades to her Magical Girl outfits and staff in exchange for a ‘friends with benefits’ relationship with the most attractive of the Satans.
- Harry and Serafall having a child together, with Harry gaining full custody of the child so as to protect him or her from the dangers that being known as Serafall’s child would entail. Serafall of course still retaining visitation privileges.
- Harry finding his own way to gain the same general lifespan that Devils have, or even to become immortal the way angels seem to be, without needing to turn him into a Devil or Angel.
- Harry possessing a unique Subspecies Balance Breaker, one that takes advantage of both his Sacred Gears, as well as the Basilisk Venom and Phoenix Tears that flow in his bloodstream.
- Harry’s Subspecies Balance Breaker being of the sort that will place his Sacred Gear well on the way towards becoming a new Longinus.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry not getting along with Issei or his two perverted friends at all.
- The Wizarding World having been left alone by the rest of the Supernatural World due to their fear of both the Dementors and the Unforgivables, all of which target a person’s life force, rather than attacking someone in a more direct manner.
- Inclusions of Type-Moon elements, particularly the Noble Phantasms.
- Angels, both born and reincarnated, can actually have intimate encounters with someone if they are married to that person first.
- The Veil of Death being an ancient Norse artefact that happens to be a one-way ticket to Helheim, making Hel’s life very interesting now that Sirius is involved in her life and wouldn’t know better than to try and date her.
Forbidden Things:
- Excessive bashing is strictly forbidden.
- Harry the Weak Emo Doormat.
- Harry being romantically paired with anyone male.
- Harry ever using his Sacred Gear to create a “Holy Demonic Sword” the way Kiba does. He can however use it to create other types of bladed weapons that have those qualities.

- Honor: Harry is an honorable person who would prefer to face his opponents head-on.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will often go out of his way in order to save the life of some hapless damsel in distress. This also often leads him and those who he calls friends, into rather harrowing situations.
- Power Loss: Without access to his wand the Effect Ranks of his Magical Mastery array are halved and any Power Stunts associated with that array use the new highest rank to determine their maximum rank.
- Relationship: Harry's closest bonds of friendship from his time at Hogwarts are with Hermione Granger & Luna Lovegood, as they have never once betrayed his trust. He is also quite close with Serafall Leviathan as it was her, who ultimately comforted him in the wake of both Cedric and Sirius' deaths.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

Build Comments: The way I designed Sword Birth and Blade Blacksmith for Harry in this system makes it so that I don't have to double up the array, and so that the effects will target Toughness instead of Fortitude, meaning they will actually hurt people who would normally be immune to Fortitude effects, such as Gods and Buddhas... or at least they will assuming said God or Buddha fails their Toughness Resistance check against the damage effect. Harry is also far more accurate with ranged attacks than he is with melee attacks.

Also, regarding the skill ranks and inventing/artificing, most of the weapons he will be crafting are built with Artificing, not with Inventing. The inventing is more something he picked up while helping the Dursley's with repairs to their house.

Complications
- Easily Distracted: By Magical Girls, her sister, Harry and the Seraph known as Gabriel. When any of these things enter her field of vision for the first time in a given scene, she will abandon whatever it is she is doing and focus almost exclusively on whichever one has caught her attention. A sharp admonition from her sister or Harry can snap her back on focus, but most other people won't have much luck with getting her attention to recenter itself, especially not Gabriel.
- Fame: Serafall is easily the most famous female Devil in the underworld, and possibly even the most famous of the presiding Maou. She can boast such fame because she is both the Foreign Affairs Minister for the Underworld, and because she is the leading lady on the TV Show "Miracle☆Levia-tan.
- Motivation: Thrills: Trying to figure out what the truth behind Sera's motivation is, wouldn't be any easier than trying to deduce that same information in regards to Nyaruko-san. It is simply easier to classify both girls as being motivated by a thirst for excitement and high octane thrills.
- Responsibility: While they are technically the rulers of the Underworld, the Four Great Maou pretty much have to do whatever it is that the Heads of the Houses of Bael, Paimon, Beleth, Purson, Asmoday, Balam and Belial tell them to do, as those seven Houses are the highest ranking Houses in the 72 Pillars, and the TRUE Kings of the Underworld.
- Rivalry: It's not really a rivalry so much as Serafall doing everything she can think of to make Gabriel fall in love with her or Harry as much as Serafall loves both Gabriel and now Harry.

Build Comments: I scaled Serafall back a bit from my last build for her, since many of the things I included in that one weren't really necessary for a build such as this. In doing that I cut her Power Point cost down to under 300 pp, which makes me happy, even if it is still way above budget for where a PC of her Power Level should normally be.

- Fame: As she is the Seraph of Annunciation, it can be said that Gabriel is also the figurehead of heaven in general, making her one of the most famous angels in all of history.
- Honor: Gabriel is a Pure-Angel, and is therefore expected to uphold the ideals of Heaven.
- Motivation: Responsibility: As is the case with her brothers and sisters, Gabriel was inspired by her father to help shepherd humanity to the best of her ability when and wherever she could.
- Relationship: Gabriel is the one who ultimately saved Harry's life when Voldemort first turned his wand on the young man, and it was her power which continually helped to defend him against Voldemort right up until Voldemort took some of Harry's blood into his own body. In a lot of ways, one could say Gabriel is the most important person in Harry's life, and she certainly feels he is important to her.
- Reputation: Gabriel has a reputation as being a ditz. She earned this reputation because she will consider everyone she meets, regardless of their species, as a generally good person unless she is given sufficient evidence to the contrary, and said evidence needs to be something she can verify with her own eyes.

Complications
- Enemies: The Hero Faction would like very much to use Yasaka in order to open the Dragon Gate in order to summon Great Red.
- Lifelinked: Yasaka's strength diminishes in power significantly when she is not within Kyoto or places that are connected to Kyoto's Leyline. In such cases she becomes first Impaired, then Disabled, and then fully Incapacitated before her condition becomes life threatening. A return to the confines of Kyoto or somewhere linked to Kyoto's leyline, will immediately remove all conditions.
- Motivation: Patriotism: Yasaka's primary responsibility is towards the protection and safety of those Youkai who are members of Kyoto's Youkai Faction. To this end, she has tied herself to the Leylines of the City, which has caused her to not really be able to leave very easily.
- Quirk: While Yasaka is very humble and polite, as well as a loving mother, she has been shown to have a teasing and slightly flirtatious side to her that can sometimes get her into a bit of trouble, such as when encountering more perverted individuals.
- Weakness: Despite having both a Remote Viewing ability and a Perception Range snare, Yasaka actually has to be intentionally using her Remote Viewing power and looking in the right location, before she is able to use her snare to incapacitate any would-be invaders. Unfortunately, Kyoto is quite large and she is the only person who can use this particular form of defensive technique, making it very easy for invaders to slip in unnoticed, especially if they have help from Youkai.

Build Comments: I'm using the "Activation" flaw on both the Devil & Angel wings as well as on Yasaka and Kunou's tails to indicate the fact that they all seem to be able to hide their otherworldly features at a whim, even if they are still present in some capacity.

This build is actually more expensive than the last build I made for Yasaka for the simple reason that I gave her the absurdly expensive Variable power at a high rank of 13. This was done because she is actually very restricted in how far away from Kyoto she can realistically travel, meaning that she's not very useful for an adventuring party. Yasaka is in essence built off the chassis of a Skyfather, such as Odin or Zeus.

I also didn't give her the alternate form she has in the series, because that seems more of a Power Stunt effect if you look at how tuckered out she seems to be after using it.
