Build Comments: This build isn't a whole heck of a lot different from the Cult Master template presented on page 137 of the Gamemaster's guide. The only thing I did different was to add in the Readied Rituals benefit in lieu of a Magic Powers Array. The spells listed in the Readied Rituals advantage are able to be switched out for just about any other power effect so long as the total point cost of those power effects doesn't add up to more than 10 power points, and so long as the character doesn't wind up with more than 4 individual spell effects at any given time. The ones I listed here able to be found in the Sample Rituals section of the Gadget Guides Ritual Appendix.

Also, this stat block isn't representative of Potterverse style spellcasters at all, this is more the sort of spellcasters that appear in canonical High School DxD, specifically the ones that attempted to kidnap Gasper during the peace conference.

Tuxedo Harry Brainstorm & Notes

Tuxedo Harry
Premise: “I certainly didn’t expect to be reincarnated into THIS reality when I finally kicked the bucket… On the other hand, who am I to complain if my new girlfriend wants to run around fighting crime in such a sexy outfit?”
Required Inclusions:
- After dying, Harry Potter must be reborn as Chiba Mamoru (aka Darien Shields) within the Sailor Moon fandom.
- Harry must be familiar with the reality he has been reborn into, thanks to having watched the anime or read the manga of the series in question.
- Harry must use this knowledge to his advantage.
- Harry must retain his ability to perform magic.
- Harry and Mamoru merge when Mamoru’s parents die due to the amnesia that Mamoru suffered. Harry doesn’t realize what reality he is in until he sees Sailor Moon for the first time.
Preferred Inclusions:
- While Usagi is definitely to be Harry’s main romantic interest, it would be preferable if the Inner Senshi all eventually hooked up with him.
- Harry should actively help the Senshi defeat enemies, rather than simply throwing a rose, making a witty remark and disappearing into the aether.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry hooking up with the Senshi of Neptune and Uranus in addition to the Inner Senshi and despite the fact that these two Senshi are technically not supposed to be into guys.
Forbidden Things:
- Black Lady succeeding in seducing Harry.
- Harry falling victim to Queen Beryl’s mind control.
- Harry being romantically involved with any male characters.

Complications
- Curse Sworn: Harry was 'cursed' when he obtained the Deathly Hallows, causing him to be reborn in countless different incarnations of the reality he once knew, each time something would be different in one way or another from his original reality, and he would never be allowed to truly be Harry Potter again, but would always retain the skills and memories of his original lifetime, even if not the cool toys he once possessed. This lifetime, is by far and away the most unusual but also one of the coolest he has wound up within, as he is familiar with it.
- Enemies: Pretty much anyone who considers the Sailor Gaurdians to be their enemies, would also consider Harry as Tuxedo Kamen to be their enemies as well. However of considerable worry to Harry is Princess Usagi Small Lady Serenity, who goes on to become Black Lady, and also Queen Beryl, as both seemed romantically interested in Tuxedo Kamen.
- Identity: Harry is both fully integrated with the life and memories of Chiba Mamoru and also his own unique individual. The only question is whether Princess Serenity will be able to live with the differences between the Prince Endymion of the now, and the one she had known in the Moon Kingdom.
- May-December Romance: Harry is, mentally speaking, vastly older than any of the girls who he will be spending considerable time socializing with in this reality, and certainly vastly older than the one he feels has the most valid claim on being the new "Lady Potter," if such a name were allowed to be used in this reality.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will always save the Damsel in Distress, no matter what the cost to his personal well-being may be.

The Twilight Knight Brainstorm & Notes

The Twilight Knight
Premise: When a young Light Child fell into the Twilight Realm and was not instantly rendered into a spirit, it precipitated a change in the course of history that no one could have ever truly expected.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry is capable of remaining human while within the Twilight Realm.
- Harry must be raised with love and care; the challenger was tired of the notion of abused!Harry stories when they made the initial challenge.
- Harry MUST return to the Light Realm in order to deal with Voldemort, when and how this is accomplished are up to the author, but do try to be original.
- Dumbledore knows that Harry is alive, but not necessarily where Harry is. Something however, is telling him that Harry will be perfectly well treated where he now resides.
- Harry is able to use Potterverse magic without a wand, and also Twili shadow magic with a certain ease. In regards to Potterverse magic though, he prioritizes practicality over versatility.
- Midna must be able to use, and eventually master the Fused Shadow.
- A Twili Healer must recognize Harry’s scar as something relating to Soul Magic at some point during his stay in the Twilight Realm and ultimately have the Horcrux removed or otherwise dealt with after some fashion.
- Shadow Portals can override Anti-Apparition Jinxes, but they aren’t as precise as Apparition is.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry obtaining an Animagus form, thereby allowing him and Midna to replicate the stunt that she canonically performed with Wolf!Link while in her Imp form.
- Harry being a Hero Chosen By the Goddesses, much like how Link usually is. Just, find him a better outfit than Link usually wears.
- Involuntary Lady-Killer!Harry. This probably requires that the below option of having old fashioned mannerisms also be used.
- Harry being given a quest to locate the Sword of Evil’s Bane and seeing if he can lay claim to the Master Sword for himself.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry having rather old fashioned mannerisms and being very polite, cool and crisp.
- The Twilis being Metal rich as a society but lacking in plants to make Fabric. Hence why they could gift him with a mithril chainmail but having to hunt beasts of all sorts to have such fabric.
- There actually being a counterpart to Link other than Harry, but it being Linkle instead of Link.
- The Twili have a way to force someone into their Animal shape, and Harry uses it to learn how to enter his Animagus Form after repeated transformations.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry being in a romantic pairing with any male characters.
- Harry the Weak Emo Doormat.
- Harry being paired with Ginny.

Complications
- Enemy: The Dark Lord Voldemort would love it very much if Harry would just go ahead and die already. The problem is, at least for Voldemort, that the Dark Lord Voldemort would much prefer it if he were the one to send Harry to his early grave.
- Honor: Harry would much prefer to face his opponents head on in open combat, rather than to deal with them in a much more subtle manner. That isn't to say he is incapable of operating in a subtle manner, after all, he would have been a plausible candidate for Slytherin House, had he ever sat his Sorting Feast.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry will always try to save a damsel in distress, even if that damsel is actually a guy, or even when that damsel might not be someone he really has a good relationship with.
- Relationship: Harry is the surrogate son of presiding Twilight Princess Savra, and very close friends with his mother's chosen successor, Midna. He is also the biological son of the late Lily and James Potter, and unknown to him, the half-brother of one Tracey Davis, who has been acting in his stead as the heroine of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, much to her annoyance.
- Temper: Harry is a tempestuous young man, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when he is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

- Motivation: Patriotism: Midna wishes to do well by her people more than anything else, and will do what it takes to protect them when and where she can.
- Plot Device: While Midna has access to the Fused Shadows, the effects of the helmet are such that it is to be considered a Power Level X object, one that only ever has an impact on the story in very pivotal moments within the plot, and which hardly ever has any bearing on her actual combat statistics.
- Spindly Spellcaster: Midna tends to wear very little in the way of clothing, and also tends not to carry weapons beyond the occasional amplification mirror. She really doesn't know what she would do with such martial implements, although she isn't above teasing someone about desiring the opportunity to use the things.
- Superior Airs: Because of their extensive, long, and cultured history as well as their otherworldly nature, Twili such as Midna tend to view most other races as inferior and boring.
- Weakness: Abrupt exposure to bright light (such as sunlight or a searchlight) blinds a Twili for 1 round. On subsequent rounds, they are impaired as long as they remain in the affected area. They also suffer an additional degree of failure when resisting Light and Radiant based attacks. It is worth noting that Hyrule's daytime period is inundated with Radiant energy and will constantly cause damage to a Twili not otherwise protected from such attacks, the same is not true of Earth.

Complications
- Bumbling: Linkle is particularly bad at following a path. When making a Perception or Expertise: Survival check in order to find her way while traveling somewhere, the Gamemaster may opt to announce that something detrimental occurs even if she manages to succeed on the dice roll.
- Curse Sworn: Each time Linkle enters a new Twilight enshrouded portion of Hyrule, she will be forced into her Divine Beast form and then be incapable of returning to her Hylian form until the Light Spirit that is supposed to protect that region is restored to power.
- Enemies: Linkle can be said to be the primary antagonist of Ganon, Demise and to a lesser extent, Zant as well.
- Motivation: Thrills: Linkle lives for the thrill of the adventure. Though she is willing to do the heroic thing when it is truly necessary.
- Power Loss: It is possible to remove the Triforce of Courage from Linkle, but doing so is extraordinarily difficult to the point of being meaningless. It usually requires her to have to voluntarily give up the powers that have been granted to her by the Triforce, which is why it counts as a Complication and not a Removable flaw.
- Relationship: Linkle is the latest in a long line of green clad heroes, and in her case, heroines who have taken it as their mission to save Princess Zelda.

- Motivation: Responsibility: Navigation Fairies are expected to serve their partner to the best of their ability. Unruly familiars are often dismissed and replaced with more obedient familiars, while the more troublesome ones are quickly and sometimes severely, punished. Navi is doing everything she can to avoid the latter two scenarios by being a very "helpful" fairy!
- Obnoxious: "Hey Listen! Hey Listen! Hey... are you listening yet?" Navigation Fairies have the personalities of small children, and tend to be rather smug. They can sometimes be quite lazy, are easily distracted and quite petty.

Martyrs, Maidens & Love Spots Brainstorm & Notes

Martyrs, Maidens & Love Spots
Premise: When his girlfriend is effectively conscripted to participate in a deadly competition, Harry Potter refuses to let her do so alone. Fortunately, said girlfriend has just the solution to let him participate without putting himself in as much danger as he usually is.
Required Inclusions:
- Merged Potterverse / Nasuverse, with the difference between a Magus and a Wizard in this setting being that the magical cores of Wizardkind are normally incompatible with Grail Wars.
- Laeticia Delacroix (the human vessel of Ruler, aka Jeanne d’Arc in Fate/Apocrypha) was a student who attended Beauxbatons Academy of Magic.
- Harry met Laeticia during the Triwizard Tournament and fell in love with her, having even taken her to the Yule Ball, with Laeticia serving as his hostage instead of Ron.
- When Laeticia willingly becomes the vessel for Ruler, Harry MUST decide to accompany her to Romania in order to assure Laeticia’s safety, thereby getting embroiled in the Grail War.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Ruler grants to Harry the powers and abilities of a Pseudo or Demi-Servant form, with the Heroic Spirit who he is the receptacle for being Diarmuid Ua Duibhne.
- During the confrontation with Jackie, Harry somehow manages to win Jackie’s allegiance as his personal Servant and thereby preventing Atalanta’s wrath.
- Harry/Laeticia/Jeanne, though the Jeanne part may not last beyond the Grail War.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry’s new Love Spot causing Atalanta and/or Fiore to fall for him too. Eve, Mordred and Semiramis are less likely to be affected and/or less viable as romantic interests for this idea.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry being romantically paired with a male character.

Complications
- Enemies: Pretty much any married man will find Harry to be a pain in their royal arse, if not someone they want to kill outright.
- Fame: Harry is famous for having defeated the Dark Lord Voldemort on numerous occasions, as well as for having dealt with several Dark Creatures over the course of his time at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
- Honor: Harry follows pretty closely to a knightly code of honor, even if it isn't one of the more Arthurian styles of such codes of honor. He also believes in showing a great deal of hospitality to those visiting his home.
- Maiden Magnet: Pretty much any girl who sees Harry's face, specifically the "Love Spot" now located just under his right eye, will fall hopelessly in love with Harry. This is actually usually to Harry's detriment, as it tends to get in the way of both his own romance with Laeticia/Jeanne, and the progress of the Holy Grail War.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Harry is someone who would always save the Damsel in Distress, even if doing such will invariably cause said damsel to swoon and fall head over heels in love with him.
- Relationship: Harry is involved in a romantic relationship with Laeticia Delacroix, and through her, also involved in one with Jeanne d'Arc.

There are no stats for this Noble Phantasm because it is effectively a Power Level X weapon.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Ruler has pledged to uphold the teachings and ideals of her deity, the one true lord in heaven, and to defend France with all that she is. Even now, as a Servant, she feels obligated to attempt to uphold the first half of that pledge.
- Power Loss: As Laeticia, Jeanne's stats reduce to scores of Strength 2, Stamina 4, Agility 4, Dexterity 4, Fighting 2, Intellect 2, Awareness 4 and Presence 4. Additionally, she loses all powers listed in this stat block, but gains a Wizarding Magic array in their place. She also loses the Armor, Close Combat Skill and Alternate Identity but is otherwise unchanged in terms of advantages, skills and equipment that she might possess.
- Relationship: While she is somewhat bemused by the situation, Jeanne does at least recognize that she has romantic feelings for Harry thanks to the influence on her heart that is coming over from Laeticia. It was for this reason that she willingly used her Command Spells to put him on even footing with a Servant.

Complications
- Curse Sworn: Fiore has effectively been identified as the next Head of the Yggdmillennia Organization by Darnic Prestone Yggdmillennia. This naturally makes her one of the most important targets for elimination by the Masters of Red.
- Disability: Without the assistance of her Mystic Code, Fiore is utterly reliant upon either a wheelchair or the kindness of others in order for her to move around at more than the snail's pace granted to her by crawling around on her arms. This is because she was rendered paraplegic due to malfunctioning magic circuits in her legs.
- Motivation: Greed: As is the case with many Masters, Fiore joined the Grail War due to a greedy desire to have her personal wish granted. One where she regains full use of her legs without losing the ability to function as a Magus.
- Obsession: With Harry Potter, due to having fallen victim to the effects of his "Love Spot."
- Quirk: Fiore both likes and dislikes small animals in general.
- Relationship: Fiore is the older sister to Caules Forvedge Yggdmillennia, who is the Master of Berserker of Black. She herself is also the Master to Archer of Black, otherwise known as Chiron.
- Reputation: Fiore has being able to crack nuts bare-handed as one of her personal talents. Now imagine how horrifying this is in a world where another young lady has an attack referred to as a "Polygamist Castration Fist."

Build Comments: Atalanta got hit by the Love Spot while she was in her Archer form and without actively being aware that a facial feature can inflict the "Charm Status", meaning she didn't know she needed to have her Independent Action active while looking at Harry until after it was already much too late.

I've also decided that the Astralization mechanic is best left as GM Fiat, rather than a component of these stat blocks.

Complications
- Completely Insane: Assassin of Black, Reika's servant, has Mental Pollution ranked at C, meaning Reika needs to have an equal level of Mental Pollution in order to be able to understand her Servant and exert any level of control over the girl. In other words, they are both insane to one degree or another.
- Motivation: Obsession: Reika is obsessed with making Harry Potter her husband and the father of little Jackie. She will accept no one else in the relationship and would willingly kill any other woman who tried to interfere. She doesn't even care if they are Servants or not, just so long as he is hers and hers alone. This is unfortunately, also the result of her having caught sight of that damnable Love Spot.
- Prejudice: Reika is an ordinary mundane woman with absolutely no supernatural powers beyond her impressive ability to manipulate people to her will using words and brute force, as well as the Command Spell gifted to her by the man who died to give her the precious gift of a daughter. She is the unlikeliest sort of person to win any Grail War, much less one with the magnitude of the Great Grail War.
