Complications
- Curse Sworn: While most people believe it is Primula's half-brother, Chadwick, who was responsible for the defeat of the Dark Lord Voldemort a little over a decade ago, the reality of the matter that it was a combination of Lily Potter's efforts and Primula herself. This naturally means that it will be Primula who must be the one to ultimately slay the Dark Lord when all is said and done, and that it will also be Primula who Voldemort will have entered into the Triwizard Tournament against her will in a few months time.
- Fame: Primula, as Aquawitch, is famous for being the daughter and therefore, sidekick, to the superhero commonly known as Aquaman.
- Honor: Primula will always keep her word, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Impulsive: Primula is a tempestuous young woman, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when she is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.
- Motivation: Protector: Primula is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She willingly puts herself at risk to defend innocents and those she cares about.
- Relationship: Primula is the daughter of Arthur Curry (aka Prince Orin of Poseidonis) and Lily Evans (who went on to become Lily Potter). This also makes her the half-sister of Lily's son, Chadwick Potter and a major thorn in James Potter's side.
- Weakness: Primula is amphibious. She will become Impaired if she is not totally immersed in water at least once each day.

Dance Little Sister Brainstorm & Notes

Dance Little Sister
- Premise: “On Friday night, she all decked out / Her high heel shoes, her dress so tight / Dance, dance little sister, dance // On Saturday night she bass-a-dee / She stepping high on Frederick's Street / Dance, dance little sister, dance”
Required Inclusions:
- Aster Potter must wind up in New York or Malibu when she is between 14-16 years of age. How & why this occurs as well as when it happens on the MCU timeline is up to the author.
- During her time in either location, Aster must meet Tony Stark.
- Aster must be a genius with the ability to meld technology and magic, essentially making her a Technomancer, who is also capable of keeping up with Tony in the technology department.
- Pepper Potts must in reality be an Obliviated Lily Potter, which is explainable by virtue of the fact that Pepper has red hair and green eyes in the comics.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Bruce Banner must become a surrogate uncle figure for Aster.
- Aster proceeding to kick Loki where it hurts if she is present for the events which are depicted in the first Avengers movie. The author is advised to give her steel toe boots for this scene.
- Hedwig being about as smart, though not necessarily as verbose, as Archimedes from Disney’s Sword in the Stone, which naturally dazzles both Tony and Bruce.
Optional Inclusions:
- James also being alive, amnesiac and actually Logan Howlett… However, this is infeasible because one of Aster’s parents had to die to power the Protection ritual.
Forbidden Things:
- Pairing Aster with anyone in the core Avengers lineup, save perhaps for Thor.
- Aster being Heiress to any houses other than Black, Peverell & Potter.
- Aster being biologically related to Tony Stark.

- Destiny: There is a prophecy, which Aster has yet to learn about, which states that she is the only one who can defeat the Dark Lord styling himself as Voldemort. However, it doesn't actually guarantee that she'll be victorious in her battle against this dastardly wizard.
- Honor: Aster will always keep her word, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Humanoid Potions Catastrophe: Aster is the absolute last person you would want to partner up with in Potions Class, as she is capable of botching a potion simply by looking at the cauldron! Naturally, this means that Severus Snape absolutely despises Aster, despite the fact that she looks almost identical to her mother at the same age.
- Impulsive: Aster is a tempestuous young woman, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when she is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.
- Magical Disjunction: While escaping from the graveyard in Little Hangleton, Aster's portkey was struck with a Killing Curse, though thankfully it missed Aster herself. As a result of such a powerful spell impacting an activated portkey, Aster found herself thrown thousands of miles off course, and she landed right in the middle of a grudge match between two humanoid robots!
- Motivation: Protector: Aster is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She willingly puts herself at risk to defend innocents and those she cares about.
- Reputation: For being an even bigger know-it-all than the entirety of Ravenclaw House and Hermione Granger combined!

Wonder Girl Brainstorm & Notes

Wonder Girl
Premise: This is a world where the daughter of Superman and Wonder Woman grew up as a witch known as Harriet Potter, and is now on her way to becoming a heroine known as Wonder Girl, or as she is otherwise known, Zoe Kal-El.
Required Inclusions:
- Harriet Potter is in reality Zoe Kal-El, the daughter of Clark Kent (Kal-El) and Princess Diana of Themyscira (Wonder Woman), and the inheritor of both legacies.
- Zoe must have powers that are more closely based on those of her father than they are on her mother due to the fact that while skilled warriors, Amazons aren’t all that superior to humans.
- Zoe must have been abducted by Albus Dumbledore, who must also seal her powers so that they can’t be a danger to those around her.
- Zoe’s true powers must unveil themselves shortly after her encounter with the Basilisk in a particularly violent manner that causes her to be discovered by her father.
- Zoe must be around the same age as either the Teen Titans or founding members of Young Justice for the purposes of this fic, with her joining one or the other of those teams.
- Zoe’s moral and ethical alignment must be Light or Gray.
- All romantic pairings are permissible for the purposes of this fic.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Zoe wearing a similar costume to that which her mother wears, though designed in such a way as to be more fashionable for a younger heroine.
- Zoe not being anywhere near as powerful as her father, or even her mother, in terms of physical strength, on account of being a Kryptonian Hybrid.
- Zoe becoming romantically involved with one of the female members of whichever team she happens to wind up being affiliated with. With Starfire as the original intended pairing.
Optional Inclusions:
- Zoe’s knowledge of magic making her very appealing to someone like Raven, as a romantic option, and also providing assistance to the Team when dealing with threats like Trigon.

- Destiny: There is a prophecy, which Zoe has yet to learn about, which seems to imply that she is the only one who can defeat the Dark Lord styling himself as Voldemort. However, this prophecy doesn't actually guarantee that she'll be victorious in her battle against this dastardly wizard, nor does it specifically say that Voldemort is the Dark Lord who she is meant to face.
- Honor: Zoe will always keep her word, strives to uphold the common good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Impulsive: Zoe is a tempestuous young woman, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when she is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.
- Motivation: Protector: Zoe is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She willingly puts herself at risk to defend innocents and those she cares about.
- Power Loss: Zoe loses all powers with the "Kryptonian" descriptor whenever she is beneath the light of a red sun, or when exposed to effects that negate the yellow solar energy she has absorbed from the Earth's sun.
- Relationships: Zoe is the only child born from a union between Superman (Clark Kent) and Wonder Woman (Princess Diana of Themyscira), this makes her the daughter of two of the worlds greatest superheroes. Unfortunately, her parents aren't exactly the happily married couple she would have wanted them to be due to the disruptive meddling of one, Albus Dumbledore.
- Weakness: Zoe is susceptible to the various types of Kryptonite that exist in the world, as she is half-Kryptonian. Due to the staggering number of different forms Kryptonite takes, it is simply impossible to list all their effects in a single stat block that isn't dedicated to that task, so they won't be listed here.

Required Inclusions:
- Moly Potter must in reality be Princess Molalind'r of the Royal House of Tykayl, which means she’s the younger sister of both Blackfire (Princess Komand’r) and Starfire (Princess Koriand’r).
- At a young age, Moly must have been stranded on Earth and found her way into the care of James and Lily Potter. She must also be incapable of passing as a normal human on her own.
- No matter what, Moly must become the Child Who Lived, and be recognized as such.
- Despite the above requirement, James and Lily are allowed (and even encouraged) to have children of their own in addition to Moly.
- While James and Lily are permitted to blood adopt Moly so that she can inherit the House of Potter from them, she must remain primarily an alien and be able to inherit from House Tykayl.
- James and Lily must be given or find something that can be passed into Moly’s care so that she can remember/discover her Tamaranean heritage.
- All romantic pairings are permissible for this fic.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Moly being placed under a long term glamour by Albus Dumbledore after her parents die, so as to protect her while she lives with the Dursley family, assuming the latter event happens.
- A pregnant Luand’r surviving an attack made against her ship long enough to reach Earth and pass the daughter she gives birth too shortly thereafter into the care of James & Lily Potter.
- Moly might discover her Tamaranean heritage at some point during the course of her third year at Hogwarts, when Snape or Draco manage to push her too far, triggering her Starbolt powers.

- Motivation: Protector: Moly is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She willingly puts herself at risk to defend innocents and those she cares about.
- Power Loss: If Moly is unable to absorb sunlight for significant period of time, her Hex Energy and Racial powers will fade, and her STR and STA will begin lowering until they reach a rank of 3. Her powers are also reliant on her emotions, and effects which destabilize those emotions can hinder her powers to some degree. This has little to no effect on her ability to sense magic, utilize her Wizarding spells, or absorb languages.
- Transformation: Moly has not yet undergone the Tamaranean form of puberty known as the "Transformation." Yes, this is a complication, but one which has far greater rewards than a simple Hero Point.

Hope of Morning Brainstorm & Notes

Hope of Morning
Premise: “When the hope of morning starts to fade in me / I don't dare let darkness have its way with me / And the hope of morning makes me worth the fight / I will not be giving in tonight”
Required Inclusions:
- This fic must involve a female version of Harry Potter who will henceforth be known as Helena Lillian Potter. This is partially intended to be an icebreaker between her and Helena Ravenclaw.
- Helena must be a clone of Jean Grey, how she wound up in the care of the Potters has been left open to the interpretation of the author.
- Helena must encounter the X-Men, who are the ones to discover that she is a clone; which is likely due to her uncanny resemblance to Jean, her power suite, and the results of a blood test.
- If Helena becomes an Avatar for the Phoenix Force (which is actually optional), she cannot be as powerful with those abilities as Jean herself happens to be.
- This isn’t so much a requirement as it is a reminder: Helena will have had a different upbringing to Jean, which means that while she will have many of Jean’s abilities, and her baseline appearance, she’ll also have noticeable differences. For instance, she could be smaller than Jean due to childhood malnourishment, and may use her abilities in different ways to Jean.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Helena being romantically paired with one or more of the following: X-23, one or more of the Stepford Cuckoos, Rachel Summers, Jean Grey, Madelyne Pryor, Emma Frost and/or a Witch.
- This story taking place before Jean’s apparent death in the comics, with Helena getting along better with Emma than she does with Jean.
- Helena actually being a clone that was created from genetic samples taken from both Jean Grey and Lily Potter for whatever reasons the author chooses.
Optional Inclusions:
- Helena not actually becoming an Avatar of the Phoenix Force in this idea.
- However, if she does become an Avatar, perhaps the Phoenix augments her magic instead of her Telepathic & Telekinetic abilities.

Queen's Gambit Brainstorm & Notes

Queen’s Gambit
Premise: The day on which Emma Frost and Veronica Potter met for the first time was one which should have caused the world to shudder with fear; because from that day forward, the Hellfire Club would never be the same again!
Required Inclusions:
- This fic must include a Wrong Child Who Lived scenario.
- Veronica Potter must be a mutant, and seemingly a squib after Voldemort’s attack on the Potter family’s cottage in Godric’s Hollow.
- Veronica must run away from wherever it is that she has been living once she realizes she won’t be attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry.
- While living on the streets, Veronica must encounter & befriend a young Emma Frost. The most likely scenario for how this happens is while Emma and her family are on their world tour.
- Emma must either help Veronica by bringing her supplies (which is unlikely), or else bring Veronica back home with her (far more likely), either will cause Veronica to be loyal to Emma.
- Emma and Veronica must secure the positions of White & Black Queen (respectively) within the Hellfire Club once they reach an appropriate age to hold those positions.
- Emma must accompany Veronica to England when it is discovered that the latter is the child of prophecy that is meant to deal with Voldemort.
- The eventual primary pairing must be Emma / Veronica.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Veronica saves Emma’s life with her mutant powers when the two first meet.
- Perhaps Veronica’s powers interact with the tangible world, instead of interacting with an opponent's mind the way Emma’s primary mutation does.
- This story being set in the X-Men Evolution universe, with a younger version of Emma Frost who is interested in joining the Hellfire Club so that she might take it over for moralistic reasons.
- Emma and Veronica founding their own school that actually has government sanction for providing an education to mutants, much like Emma’s school in Earth-1610 (Ultimate X-Men).
Optional Inclusions:
- Emma and Veronica joining the X-Men or Generation-X when either group is initially founded.
- Veronica actually being a squib, but at the same time being capable of performing the magic that is taught at Kamar Taj by the Masters of the Mystic Arts, and actually learning said magic.
Forbidden Things:
- Emma and Veronica becoming romantically involved with Scott Summers. Jean is fine, Scott is not.

Matrix of Water Brainstorm & Notes

Matrix of Water
Premise: A lost legacy has been born again. The nation of Atlantis shall have a Queen once more… and she will be from the most unexpected of places. The magical castle of Hogwarts shall have royalty walking it’s grounds, a hybrid of two worlds that should never have been born. “All hail Princess Nerine, the daughter of James Potter and Queen Atlanna!”
Required Inclusions:
- Nerine Potter must be a hybrid between an Atlantean and Wizardkind.
- She must be capable of great feats of both Atlantean and Human magic.
- Nerine’s elemental attunement must be with water and earth, due to her dual-racial heritage.
- At some point during the course of the story, an Atlantean Guardsman (Man-At-War) must discover Nerine’s existence and rescue her from something, which is most likely the Dursley’s.
- This fic must feature a Dumbledore who definitely knew that Nerine wasn’t related to the Dursley family when he decided to place her in their care. Make of that what you will.
- At some point during the course of the story, Nerine must gain access to a Trident, though this need not be Atlan’s Trident.
- Nerine must be capable of communicating with all Marine Animals, up to and including truly monstrous things like Karathen.
- All romantic pairings are permissible for purposes of this fic.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Nerine gaining an aquatic monster as a familiar at some point during the course of the story. However, Karathen herself is forbidden for this purpose.
- Nerine being chosen as the wielder of Atlan’s Trident, which has the effect of improving her already impressive affinity towards water and earth magic.
- Nerine having actually inherited Metamorphic powers from her father’s side of the family, allowing her to sire a child while remaining female if that is her wish.
Optional Inclusions:
- Nerine being forced to take Fleur Delacour as a ‘bride’ as a result of both her decision to save Gabrielle Delacour during the Second Task of the Triwizard Tournament and age factors.
- Nerine being required to take multiple ‘brides’ due to the number of familial titles she has.
Forbidden Things:
- Nerine being romantically paired with Ginny Weasley or Hermione Granger.
