- Creature of Darkness: Isabel suffers an additional degree of effect from Radiant or Luminous powers and the damage from such abilities is considered to be Incurable against her. Furthermore, she becomes Dazed and Vulnerable when exposed to verbalized prayers or scripture dedicated to the God from the Bible.
- Enemies: Isabel would be wise to consider Rizevim Livan Lucifer as an enemy, as well as the majority of the vampires who hail from the Tepes faction.

- Life Linked: Yasaka shares a deep connection with the Kyoto Yokai Palace that binds the two together. Any time that the Palace takes damage, Yasaka must make a Will Resistance check against the same Damage Rank. If the Palace is ever destroyed, Yasaka must make an immediate DC 25 Will Resistance check or else she dies. Furthermore, Yasaka must remain inside Kyoto itself, or else she becomes Fatigued after one day, Exhausted after two, and Incapacitated after three, before becoming Dying.
- Motivation: Patriotism: Yasaka's primary responsibility is towards the protection and safety of those Yōkai who are members of Kyoto's Yōkai Faction.
- Quirk: While Yasaka is very humble and polite, she has been shown to have a teasing and slightly flirtatious side to her that can sometimes get her into a bit of trouble, such as when encountering more perverted individuals.

- Life Linked: Yasaka shares a deep connection with the Kyoto Yokai Palace that binds the two together. Any time that the Palace takes damage, Yasaka must make a Will Resistance check against the same Damage Rank. If the Palace is ever destroyed, Yasaka must make an immediate DC 25 Will Resistance check or else she dies. Furthermore, Yasaka must remain inside Kyoto itself, or else she becomes Fatigued after one day, Exhausted after two, and Incapacitated after three, before becoming Dying.

Complications
- Demeaning Perception: Penemue is fully aware of just how attractive she is, and regularly uses that knowledge to her advantage. Sadly, this comes at the expense of her reputation, as people are far less likely to take her seriously when she is such a blatant tease.
- Motivation: Gluttony: Penemue was exiled from Heaven after reading an incredibly compelling theological dissertation written by Samael that convinced her to teach mankind how to read and write. This has also shaped her personality to one extent or another, causing her to become rather voracious for the written word, especially when dealing with books she's never read before!
- Responsibility: Penemue is the Chief Scribe (Secretary) of the Grigori Faction and therefore responsible for maintaining the records of that organizations business affairs, as well as keeping track of both their military assets and any religious relics they gain possession of.
- Weakness: Penemue is Toughness Impaired against damage from Demonic Swords and Cursed Water and such damage is also Incurable against her. This is because she was once an Angel of Heaven.

Prince of the Sea Brainstorm & Notes

Prince of the Sea
Premise: Morgan Le Fay was living in a gilded cage. While she wasn't rotting in some dank dungeon deep underground, she was still unable to leave Tír na nÓg. It was her punishment for all the wrongs she committed in life. Then something happened to break the monotony of her immortal existence. For the first time in centuries, Sguaba Tuinne docked at the harbour!
Required Inclusions:
- Harry Potter must actually be the demigod son of the Celtic deity known to the world as Manannan Mac Lir.
- How Harry’s conception came to be is entirely up to the author, but it has been suggested that the author engineer a situation where Manannan was masquerading as James Potter.
- The timeline for this story is up to the author, but it has been suggested that the story begin after the Battle of Hogwarts, although where this tracks on the DxD timeline is anyone’s guess.
- Harry must have a very strong connection to his Divine Father’s domains, particularly his control of the Sea. Thus, Harry will know how to swim and sail on an instinctual level.
- After gaining control of his inherited powers as the Ferryman of the Dead, Harry must leave Great Britain on a journey of self-discovery that must eventually lead him to Tír na nÓg.
- The original Morgan Le Fay must still be alive and serving a seemingly unending prison sentence in Mac Lir’s palace for her crimes during her brother’s reign in Great Britain.
- Harry must give Morgan a second chance after getting to know her and while he cannot remove the geas she is under, he must modify it so she can accompany him back to Earth.
- Morgan must truly regret her actions in Camelot, and wish for a chance at redemption that can only be obtained by leaving her confinement and performing good deeds in the world of mortals.
- The main pairing must be between Harry and Morgan, although Harry is allowed to have other romantic partners provided they gain Morgan’s approval.
- Harry and Morgan must somehow end up in Kuoh Town, where they will quickly be drawn into the events which are unfolding in this generation’s supernatural hub.
- Harry must be at odds with the Hero Faction of the Khaos Brigade, due to his hybrid nature and inability to avoid meddling in affairs that don’t concern him.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Mac Lir should have the Sword of Gryffindor reforged or upgraded by a Fae Blacksmith as a gift for his son’s coming of age ceremony.
- As the sole living child of Manannan Mac Lir, Harry should be considered the Crown Prince of Tír na nÓg in spite of the fact that his birth was the result of an extramarital union.
- Harry should have access to his father’s coracle (curach), or else be capable of using the Ferryman of the Dead powers with any sailing vessel that he can get his hands on.
- Harry should send Issei an invoice and demand compensation when the boy uses Dress Break to destroy one of Morgan’s highly expensive garments, with Rias refusing to foot the bill.
- Rias, Sona or one of the members of their respective Peerages should be lucky enough to secure Harry and/or Morgan as their personal Pact Magician(s).
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry, and possibly Morgan as well, should be capable of breathing underwater and swimming at the same speeds as a Highborn Atlantean from the DC Cinematic Universe.
- Morgan could be quite surprised to discover that Harry is not as intrusive towards her privacy as his father, and that she’ll actually need to be very direct when interacting with him.
- Harry could hand Vali Lucifer his arse on a silver platter, giving the young man a wake-up call.
Forbidden Things:
- Mac Lir overriding Harry’s decision to give Morgan a second chance.

Complications
- Confined: Morgan must remain within 10.5 miles of Harry's location at all times or risk having her life taken from her by the Geas which originally confined her to Tír na nÓg.
- Cultural Awkwardness: Morgan has very limited knowledge of the modern world due to the fact that her scrying only allowed her access to a five-hundred mile radius around the Isle of Man. This means that most of her knowledge is very British in nature and she is liable to make copious mistakes when interacting with other cultures.
- Fame: Morgan isn't quite sure how she became an icon for feminine empowerment, but it seems to be due to her status as one of the more famous women to appear in humanity's history books (or is that quasi-history?), even if no one in the muggle world has any idea what she actually looks like.

- Creature of Darkness: Asia suffers an additional degree of effect from Radiant or Luminous powers and the damage from such abilities is considered to be Incurable against her. Furthermore, she becomes Dazed and Vulnerable when exposed to verbalized prayers or scripture dedicated to the God from the Bible.
- Cultural Awkwardness: Asia's pact with Harry is a bit awkward, culturally speaking, since he is the one who is teaching her how to use magic instead of the other way around, which is funny since she has no shortage of people who want to be the ones to teach her how to use the mystical arts.
- Enemy: Diodora Astaroth wishes to add Asia to his personal harem, and isn't the sort of Devil who will take 'no' for an answer, and he doesn't actually care who he has to hurt in order to reach this goal.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Asia is an all-loving heroine who wishes to make life better for everyone who inhabits the dimensional nexus commonly known as Draconic Deus, and doesn't care one bit what species her beneficiaries may happen to be.

Whispers in the Dark
Premise: Two peas in a pod, that is how one might describe the young Wizard known as Harry Potter and his most cherished friend, the Nephilim known as Himejima Akeno.
Required Inclusions:
- Prior to his eleventh birthday, Harry Potter must be taken to Japan where he is promptly abandoned by his relatives, the Dursley family.
- At the same time, Himejima Akeno must be living on the streets of Japan after witnessing her own relatives murdering her mother. This must be prior to when she joins the Rias’s Peerage.
- Harry and Akeno must meet, become friends, and stick together while living on the streets of Japan, helping one another to survive what might otherwise be an impossible situation.
- The eventual primary romantic pairing must be between Harry and Akeno, with any additional girls being required to gain Akeno’s blessing before joining Harry’s harem.
- Harry must be a High Level Changeling (Faery Lore) who replaces Gasper Vladi, both in terms of plot and Evil Piece requirements, within Rias’s Peerage.
- Harry and Akeno must perform an accidental and magically binding marriage ceremony while they are still quite young, effectively ruining one of Dumbledore’s brilliant plans.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should be summoned back to Wizarding Britain by some manner of wizarding magic, which will effectively separate the young love birds until after Akeno becomes Rias’s Queen.
- Harry should find himself being severely reprimanded by Grayfia Lucifuge after he decides to yell his head off at Lord and Lady Gremory for their decision to betroth Rias to Riser Phenex.
- Harry should possess the ability to open travel gates through the Otherworld, which isn’t as dangerous as traveling through the Dimensional Gap would be.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could enjoy making both Rias and Akeno blush by offering them flowers and chocolates.
- Becoming the “Master of Death” could be as unimportant in the grand scheme of things as J.K. Rowling’s official description of the title would seem to imply.

Complications
- Easily Distracted: Fleur finds it incredibly difficult to focus on anything but her sister when Gabrielle is in close proximity to her. This isn't because she is attracted to her sister or anything, but rather because she is very protective of the younger Veela.
- Honor: Fleur will always keep her word, strives to uphold the Greater Good, and is never underhanded in her dealings.
- Marked: As an Unmated Veela, Fleur possesses a Mating Brand on the back of her neck. This brand takes the form of her True Name in Ancient Veelish and can be used in conjunction with one of the feathers from her wings and an Ancient Veelish incantation to compel her to perform a solitary action as though she had been placed under the Imperius Curse. It can also be used with another Ancient Veelish incantation in order to force Fleur into revealing her true nature even when she doesn't wish to do such a thing.
- Motivation: Recognition: Fleur has decided to participate in the Triwizard Tournament because she wishes to prove that she isn't just another pretty face in the crowd.
