Complications
- Accident: It isn't relevant yet, and may never be, but Lorna has a secondary mutation that will activate if her primary mutation is ever stripped from her for any reason. If this occurs then she will gain superhuman strength and invulnerability by absorbing the negative emotions in her environment, but at the same time will constantly be releasing those absorbed emotions back into her environment at a much higher intensity, and she won't immediately realize the latter is happening either.
- Enemy: Alice MacAllister, who is better known as Malice, likes to possess Lorna a whole heck of a lot, and unfortunately, their energy signatures are so close to one another that once Malice succeeds in possessing Lorna, it is incredibly difficult, if not outright impossible, to liberate Lorna from Malice's control.
- Honor: Lorna will always keep her word, uphold the common good, and save any damsels in distress that she even hears so much as a rumor of.
- Motivation: Protector: Lorna is highly motivated to use her powers to protect others. She willingly puts herself at risk to defend innocents and those she cares about.
- Secret Relationships: Lorna is actually the daughter of the X-Men's archvillain, Magneto (aka Erik Lensherr), and therefore the younger half-sibling to Magneto's twin children Wanda & Pietro Maximoff.
- Weakness: Lorna suffers an automatic degree of failure when attempting to resist the effects of Mind Control powers, meaning that she needs to get at least two successes on her resistance check in order to completely shrug off an enemy's attempt to dominate her mind.

Complications
- Cultural Awkwardness: Astoria has only a limited amount of exposure to the muggle world, and would be prone to making horribly awkward mistakes that could even include wearing the wrong sort of clothing for important social functions.
- Frail: Tori is afflicted with a hereditary curse that could lead to her premature demise, as it manifests remarkably similar symptoms to Leukemia. This means that she'll become fatigued far more swiftly than other characters. It also means that she'll die if she gives birth to more than a single child.
- Motivation: Thrills: Astoria is motivated by the thrills and excitement she can wring from out of life, especially if it involves being the center of someone's attention!

Complications
- Dark Side: Jean just so happens to be the Living Avatar for the Phoenix Force, which means that she's sort of like a pressure cooker just waiting to go off. The only problem is that when she does, it'll seem more like the Minoan Eruption than a pressure cooker in terms of the potential devastation it could cause.
- Guy Magnet: Jean is the only female member of a superhero team with four other members, and while they are all quite interested in her, she currently has eyes only for young Harry Potter!
- Motivation: Responsibility: Much like many of the other X-Men, Jean was inspired by Charles Xavier's dream of a world where mutants and humans can exist together in peaceful harmony and is constantly striving to help make that a reality.
- Relationships: Jean is the youngest daughter of John and Elaine Grey, with an older sister by the name of Sara. Furthermore, she considers Charles Xavier to be a surrogate father figure, and is one of Harry's maternal cousins, albeit at a distance to where she could actually pursue a relationship with the boy.
- Rivalry: With Emma Frost over the topic of who would be the ideal bride for Harry Potter, and unlike Emma, Jean isn't particularly interested in sharing the boy with anyone.

Lord of the Seas
Premise: Camelot wasn’t the only magical city which was thought lost to time. Even before King Arthur’s demise, the city of Atlantis had fallen beneath the waves. Now, centuries later, a prophecy arises which foretells the return of Atlantis, and the rise of the True King of Serpents. Can Prince Harilaos stop not one, but two Dark Lords while resurrecting his kingdom?
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must be the Crown Prince of Atlantis, and must also possess an ability which allows him to control the Guardian Serpent of his undersea kingdom, the Leviathan.
- This story must begin at the end of Harry’s second year at Hogwarts, with the challenger preferring that the story continue on into what would be his sixth year at the same school.
- This story must feature a version of Albus Dumbledore who is manipulative and controlling, as well as similar versions of Molly, Ron and Ginny Weasley. The other Weasley’s can be friendly.
- The Ministry for Magic itself, at least while acting under the Fudge Administration, must attempt to maintain their control over the Potter Heir, though they need not be successful.
- Sirius Black must eventually be freed from his status as a wanted fugitive from the law, although this doesn’t need to happen immediately after his escape from Azkaban.
- Several sapient magical creatures should join Harry’s side in the conflict with Voldemort, with the most notable among these being the Merfolk, Centaurs and Veela.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should become romantically involved with at least one of the following: Heiress Daphne (Witch), Heiress Fleur (Veela), Princess Nadia (Merfolk OFC), Princess Mera (Atlantean).
- Harry should possess all of the typical powers associated with Atlantean Highborns from the DC Cinematic Universe, along with the addition of Marine Telepathy (ala Aquaman).
- This story should be a crossover with DC Comics, with at least a few cameos by the members of the Justice League. Harry himself should also take on Aquaman’s role in the League.
Optional Inclusions:
- There could be dark and mysterious secrets hidden in the depths of Atlantis and other aquatic realms which would act as viable threats for our hero once he deals with those on the surface.
- Daphne and/or Fleur could undergo a process which allows them to survive underwater.
Forbidden Things:
- Severus Snape being nice and/or a mentor figure for Harry.
- Harry becoming romantically involved with a male.
- Harry being one of Voldemort’s many Horcruxes.
- Harry the Malevolent Emo Doormat.
