Centuries Brainstorm & Notes

Centuries
Premise: Myrddin Emrys was not alone when he came to collect young Artoria from Sir Hector. There was a brown haired youth following the mage like a shadow. Little did anyone know that those two children would forge a bond that straddled space and time. King Arthur, meet Heinrich Pötter, the apprentice of Merlin!
Required Inclusions:
- Young Harry Potter must somehow find himself being catapulted backwards in time to just before King Arthur (Artoria)’s rise to prominence.
- Harry’s uncanny luck must have worked in his favor, since he was quickly found and adopted by a family of merchants in a time period which would have been unkind to a homeless child.
- Tales of Harry’s sporadic accidental magic must make their way to Merlin, who travels to Harry’s village in order to investigate those claims.
- Merlin must decide to take Harry on as an apprentice due to a vision of the future that he is from, and also due to Harry’s powerful connection to the world’s magic.
- Harry and Artoria must quickly form a bond of friendship that eventually blossoms into true love during their shared period of learning under the same master.
- Harry must be present when Artoria draws Caliburn from the stone, and must also assist her when it comes time to lay the groundwork for her future Kingdom.
- Harry must use his magic in order to regularly sneak into Artoria and Guinevere's marriage chambers, much to the delight of both young women.
- Sadly, Harry must ultimately be summoned back to his own time period by the meddlesome actions of Headmaster Dumbledore or the Ministry for Magic itself.
- When Harry arrives in his original time, it must be as a young adult in his mid-twenties, rather than as the young teenager that his summoners were expecting.
- While Harry will still have to deal with the threat posed by Voldemort, there must be nothing which forces him to remain within Great Britain for the entire duration of the Blood War.
- Harry must learn of the Heaven’s Feel Tournament, and ultimately decide that the event represents his best opportunity to reunite with the love of his life.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry’s presence in Camelot should keep Morgan in check, causing her schemes to turn towards the enemies of the kingdom and allowing her to become Camelot’s spy mistress.
- One of the first things Artoria should do after running into Harry in the present age, is to take him to a Love Motel so that they can become properly reacquainted.
- Harry’s disappearance from Camelot should be what allows history to reassert itself, allowing events to return to their “proper” path, which will ultimately lead to the Battle of Camlann.
- Queen Guinevere and/or Morgan Le Fay should be reincarnated in the present age as a citizen of Wizarding Britain. The specific identity of their reincarnation is up to the author.
- Harry should refuse to use a wand, preferring to cast spells using a staff or via Formalcraft.
- Harry should summon his own Servant for the purpose of participating in the 5th Grail War.
Optional Inclusions:
- Merlin could exorcise the Horcrux in Harry’s scar during the boy’s apprenticeship.
- Harry could formally adopt Gray into the House of Potter as his younger sister.
- Harry could adopt an incredibly stuffy and pretentious manner of speech when forced to interact with people who irritate him, such as Albus Dumbledore.
- Harry could express fear for the world’s safety if he learns that Zelretch is emailing Merlin.
Forbidden Things:
- Harry caring about the bigotry which runs rampant within wizarding society.
- Harry following along with Dumbledore’s plan for the “Greater Good.”
- Harry giving his enemies unlimited second chances.
- Harry becoming romantically involved with a male.
- Harry and Artoria, the Malevolent Emo Doormats.
- Artoria falling in love with Emiya Shirou.

Complications
- Frail: Tori is afflicted with a hereditary curse that could lead to her premature demise, as it manifests remarkably similar symptoms to Leukemia. This means that she'll become fatigued far more swiftly than other characters. It also means that she'll die if she gives birth to more than a single child.
- Motivation: Thrills: Astoria is motivated by the thrills and excitement she can wring from out of life, especially if it involves being the center of someone's attention!
- Past Lives: Astoria is the reincarnation of Lady Gwenhwyfar Ogyrvan, who was the Queen of Camelot, wife of King Arthur and one of two lovers of a young man known as Heinrich Pötter. She now stands alongside of Harry in their mutual quest to reclaim their missing lover.

- Motivation: Responsibility: Lady Gwenhwyfar is seemingly a paragon for nobility and queenship, and her husband's knights look to her as a standard upon which they can model their own lives. This is unfortunate, because if she is ever found wanting, then her people would soon fall into despair.
- Nemesis: Gwenhwyfar's identical half-sister, the Lady Gwenhwyfach, is her personal archnemesis and the future wife to Sir Mordred, who is in turn, the archnemesis of Guinevere's husband (wife?) King Arthur (Artoria).

Build Comments
The reason Camelot is listed on Guinevere's stat block instead of Artoria's is because it is traditionally the Queen who is considered the Sovereign in Celtic societies rather than the King. This is actually what gave rise to the whole "Sovereignty Goddess" concept in Irish mythology. Furthermore, the castle itself is acting as Guinevere's Barrier-type Noble Phantasm

- Age: Gareth was a wee lass of 10 years back when Harry was living in Camelot, and now appears to be in her mid to late teens, which is naturally causing her Master some rather conflicted emotions.
- Ascended Fangirl: Gareth was originally Lancelot's squire before King Arthur gave her the chance to become a fully fledged Knight of the Round Table and serve alongside her personal idol.
- Motivation: Responsibility: Gareth wishes to live up to the ideals and virtues of her personal role models, the King of Camelot and his most loyal Knight, Sir Lancelot! As you've probably guessed, this means that Gareth is completely clueless as to her king's actual gender.
- Oathsworn: Gareth has sworn to aid Harry in accomplishing his goals during the Fifth Holy Grail War, and will be required to fulfill that promise if she expects to have her own wish granted. Further complicating this promise is the fact that Harry possesses three Command Seals that when activated, will force Gareth to obey her Master's orders without question.
- Quirk: Gareth is known to be repulsed by Yaoi Doujin, but will still read them just to say she has.
- Relationships: Gareth is the daughter of Morgan Le Fay and King Lot, as well as the sister to Gawain, Agravain and Gaheris, all three of whom are her fellow Knights of the Round Table. She is also the second youngest out of the four siblings. This also means that she is Mordred's half-sister, who she seems to be fond of.
- Temper: Gareth is noted for becoming as ferocious as a rabid wolf once she deploys her Noble Phantasm (hence the attack's name).
- Yandere Bait: Gareth is one of the incredibly rare female members in the group collectively known as "Brynhild's Beloved."

The Phantom Prince Brainstorm & Notes

The Phantom Prince
Premise: Harry Potter simply had enough. There were no real changes in how the Ministry for Magic was running the country of Great Britain, even with the right people in charge. The same corruption was festering, only with new players. After a few years as the top Auror, he gave his two weeks notice and left for the colonial west coast. San Francisco certainly seemed promising.
Required Inclusions:
- Harry must resign from his job as an Auror due to being fed up with all the corruption that is running rampant within the British Ministry for Magic.
- It is only because of Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley and surprisingly, Draco Malfoy, that Harry doesn’t step outside the law and begin purging said corruption.
- While there were some good people who were trying to make a difference, their efforts were being stymied by those who wanted wizarding society to remain in a state of stagnation.
- Contrary to expectations, Harry’s temperamental nature didn’t change with adulthood; instead, he simply learned how to channel his pent-up fury in a productive manner.
- Harry must learn the startling truth about his mother, that she was an incarnation of The Morrigan, before leaving for San Francisco and with it, must discover that he is a Demigod.
- Harry must have inherited his divine mother’s raven-like wings, dreadful aura, skill with weapons and the ability to travel without leaving a trail.
- Harry must use his diverse bag of tricks in order to become a vigilante who will, if not eliminate crime, then make it so that life in San Francisco is far more tolerable for the average citizen.
- Harry’s activity as a vigilante must eventually come under scrutiny of the Teen Titans, whose base of operations will be in the neighboring metroplex known as Jump City.
- Harry’s raven-like abilities must pique the curiosity of one, Rachel ‘Raven’ Roth, after she gets past her annoyance at what she considers to be a blatant copycat.
- The primary romantic relationship must be one which pairs Harry with Raven, although other girls are permitted so long as they gain Raven’s blessing.
- The Goodfellas of San Francisco must pay most dearly for deciding to target Harry’s loved ones, who aren’t as helpless as they were probably expecting.
Preferred Inclusions:
- Harry should have participated in a joint training program between the DMLE and SAS, giving him the skills of a Special Operations Agent and making him all the more deadly.
- The Morrigan should have only just regained her memories of Lily’s life, which is why she never came for Harry prior to the Battle of Hogwarts.
- The Morrigan (Lily) should develop a Jocasta Complex in regards to Harry, both due to her status as a Goddess of Lust and because their maternal bond is practically nonexistent.
- Harry should have power and skills which rival the superheroine known as Troia when he makes his debut as a costumed (armored) superhero.
- Harry should be highly proficient in Silent Spellcasting and should also possess an alternative spell focus, or else be capable of wandless magic.
Optional Inclusions:
- Harry could find great enjoyment in giving the Titans the run around when they come calling.
- Andromeda Tonks and Teddy Lupin could follow Harry to San Francisco so that they can be close to their primary source of financial support and protection.
- Harry could decline an invitation to join the Justice League due to his desire to remain autonomous in his actions as a crime fighter.

Complications
- Enemies: Because of her heritage and the knowledge she has gained over the years, Rachel is the target of many supernatural forces who wish to use her for their own dark purposes.
- Motivation: Acceptance: Raven wants to be accepted for who she is, rather than being feared for what she might one day unleash upon the unsuspecting denizens of the planet Earth.
- Pateraphobia: Raven is the daughter of the Archdemon known as Trigon and fears the day when he inevitably appears on Earth as it could lead to the deaths of everyone she has come to care for since the day she joined the Teen Titans.
- Power Loss: Raven needs to be able to speak the incantations for her spells in order to manifest their effects, which means that gagging her is one of the more effective ways to take her out of a fight, even if only temporarily.
- Temper: Despite her normally passive attitude, Raven has a few triggers that will spark intense fits of anger and paranoia. For instance, She is known to be rather possessive of those she cares about, reacting rather extremely whenever they are in danger.
- Weakness: Raven is Dazed and Impaired while on Consecrated Ground or when presented with a Holy Symbol by a person of strong faith. Furthermore, her Toughness is not Impervious against the damage of Blessed weapons.

Complications
- Obsession: Trigon is obsessed with conquering every world in the entire multiverse.
- Power Loss: Trigon doesn't regenerate from damage inflicted by Divine Constructs (such as Harry's sword), effects with the Holy descriptor, or the attacks of creatures with equal or greater degree of power (i.e. their Power Level must be at least 16). Furthermore, his Toughness is not Impervious against those same attacks.
