Relationships: Peter's closest personal relationships are with his wife, model and actress Mary Jane Watson, and his aunt and foster mother, May Parker. Among his fellow heroes, Peter is close to the Fantastic Four and Daredevil, his Avengers teammates, and his allies Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy.
Reputation: Largely due to the efforts of newspaper publisher J. Jonah Jameson, Peter's reputation among the general public is mixed at best, and his efforts to help can sometimes be hampered by the fear or distrust of bystanders.
Responsibility: Peter is inspired by the lessons and memory of his Uncle Ben.
Secret: Peter's identity is not known to the general public.

I've not seen a version of Spidey's ability to grab and manipulate objects at a distance that quite clicked with me, so I hit on just adding the Ranged extra to his lifting Strength with the Web Grab ability. Otherwise, I think this is a pretty standard version of the character that covers all the major bases.

Responsibility: As Sorcerer Supreme of Earth, Stephen is the primary line of defense against supernatural threats to our dimension.

One of the main reasons I wanted to share my builds is to put up some PC-level characters I haven't seen elsewhere, such as the good Doctor. While of course a PL 10 version is not going to hit the heights of power that the character has displayed in the comics or films, I think this still does a reasonable job of capturing the most important elements, with Extraordinary Effort allowing for the occasional massive feat.

Honor: Steve abides by a strict code of honor.
Man Out of Time: Steve still has to sometimes contend with the myriad ways in which values changed while he was in suspended animation.
Patriotism: Steve is devoted to the concept of America and American democracy, and will do everything in his power to protect it, even if that puts him at odds with the current American government.
Power Loss: If Steve misses badly with a ranged attack with his shield, or if his target catches it, he loses its benefits until he is able to retrieve it. If the Super-Soldier Serum is ever nullified or removed from his body, his Abilities decrease to Strength 2, Stamina 3, Agility 3, Dexterity 2, Fighting 10, in addition to the loss of his other powers.
Relationships: Steve is seen as a role model and leader by the entire superhero community. He is particularly close to the Black Widow, the Falcon, Hawkeye, Iron Man, Thor, and the Winter Soldier.
Responsibility: Steve is the leader and moral center of the Avengers, putting him in de facto charge of Earth's superhuman defenses.

While I'm not as down on the Fox X-MEN films as many, I think we can all agree that Storm was not well-served - through no fault of Halle Berry or Alexandra Shipp, who both did a perfectly serviceable job with the scant material they were given. One of my biggest hopes for whatever Marvel Studios ends up doing with the franchise is that Storm ends up as popular with the general public as Black Widow or the Scarlet Witch are now.

Fame: As the face of Stark Enterprises, Tony was world-famous long before he became Iron Man.
Relationships: His friends War Machine and Stark Enterprises CEO Pepper Potts, and his Avengers teammates, particularly Captain America.
Responsibility: Tony is the chairman and majority owner of Stark Enterprises, a multinational tech conglomerate.

A pretty functional version of Tony that I think captures him well circa the first and second IRON MAN and first AVENGERS films.

Justice: Matt is devoted to providing justice to the people of Hell's Kitchen.
Relationships: His best friend and law partner Foggy Nelson, sometimes romantic partner and occasional blood enemy Elektra, and various members of the superhero community, particularly Spider-Man and the Black Widow.
Responsibility: Matt is a practicing Catholic, and often struggles with his faith.
Secret: Matt's identity as Daredevil is not public knowledge.
Weakness: Matt's superhuman senses can be overwhelmed by sudden extremes – explosions, gas attacks, and so on – causing him great physical and psychological discomfort.

The Devil of Hell's Kitchen, for my money, is one of the hardest major characters to capture at 150 pp; most skillmonkeys don't have 20+ points of powers to account for. I wish I had a little more room to bump his senses a couple of points, but after much tweaking, I'm pretty satisfied with this.

Warren probably holds the least interest for me out of the O5 - I don't dislike him, but have never been a particular fan. He was, however, at the center of my favorite X-Men storyline in years, "The Dark Angel Saga" in Remender and Opena's UNCANNY X-FORCE, so I hope I did him justice. I deliberately didn't include a Morph power for him, as I like him not being able to revert to his human appearance as Archangel.

Hank is pretty easy to fit into a PC build without any major sacrifices. I think this would be a fun one at the table.

This is a solid baseline Natasha, useful in pretty much any combat or non-combat scenario. I like her as Cap's right hand and the glue of whatever Avengers squad she's on.
