Build Comments: Human super-model who was turned into half-kaiju capable of altering her size at will by Splicer. He didn't count on her breaking free or proving immune to his brainwashing process.

History: Anne came from a long line of female models, wanting for nothing. Beauty pageants, photoshoots, she loved it all, especially since it allowed her to spend time with her mother. A few days after her 16th birthday, out for a walk in Riverside Park and simply enjoying the simple pleasure, she heard people crying out. A group of anthros and chimeras were snatching people right off the streets! Anne tried to run for it, but couldn't escape.

Waking up to a strange man's face, the gleam in his eyes showed his true nature, a glimpse of her fate. "Yes, you are simply perfect. The perfect subject to test my new DNA samples from Kaiju Island with." She slipped unconscious before she could speak a word. Waking up periodically, her skin had turned gray and somehow she was bigger. These moments awake were fleeting, each day bringing on more drastic changes than the last.

Waking once more, she noticed she was alone for once. As she shifted in her bonds, her reflection shone in a polished metal panel. This madman had transformed her into a female Godzilla! In a rage she burst her bonds, growing until she burst through the building's roof. Fury gave way to fear, as she rushed towards the water and swam for it, just barely able to keep her head above the waves to breathe.

Surfacing on the docks of Freedom City, her exhaustion overtook her as she shrank back to more human size, passing out. Only to wake in AEGIS custody, a talking rabbit in her face. Telling her tale, Floppy offered her a place to call home along with a job where she could strike back at Splicer and those like him. The Monster Squad had just been formed, and she was the 3rd victim of Splicer to show up, alongside Floppy and Pathfinder.

Anne asked for time, contacting her family, and explaining what happened to her, she thought she couldn't return to her life as a model. Thus she accepted Floppy's offer. As a part of the Monster Squad, she gained the codename, Brickhouse, becoming the team powerhouse. And the twist just kept coming, a year later 2 more Kaiju girls showed up, turning out to be altered clones of Anne made by Splicer. Named Nyuu and Jasmine, were given identities and a new home with the Monster Squad.

But Splicer wasn't done with Kaiju DNA just yet, as he attempted to create one using his own DNA for the human base. Only for it to be as crazed as its creator, calling itself Fire Tyrant and having plans for this world all his own. He was just another reason the Monster Squad must remain active despite pressure from some elements within the government who consider them a threat. Splicer and his ilk must be stopped once and for all, only then would Anne and her fellow victims have any kind of peace.

Description: Anne is a giant even at her normal size, 7’ of strength and beauty. Her purplish-black eyes show a mischievous nature behind them, while her flaming red hair hangs down to the middle of her back. She has a feminine but muscular body, with gray skin, clawed hands and feet, and a tail that hangs almost to her feet with a row of bony spikes running down it. She doesn’t wear a uniform and always wears whatever clothes she most feels comfortable with, think Daisy Duke from Dukes of Hazard for example. Her most worn outfit is a pair of daisy dukes and a short-sleeved shirt with some saying on it.

Powers and Abilities: A human turned half-Kaiju by Splicer, Brickhouse is strong and tough even at 7' tall, capable of lifting over 9 tons when she pushes herself. Compact, dense muscles make her stronger than even her build and muscles would suggest, even capable of running up to 16 mph constantly. She doesn't need to eat or drink normally, absorbing heat to sustain herself. Due to half-Kaiju nature, she is immune to environmental cold, heat, and high pressure, and unable to be harmed by radiation. Directly absorbing radiation causes her to rapidly heal from injuries.

Part of the genetic modifications allows her to grow to 60' tall at will when needed, somehow growing her clothes and up to 50 lbs. of additional stuff along with her. At Kaiju size, she can lift around 400 tons, exert enough force to crush steel like tin foil, and requiring at least the equivalent of a grenade to have a chance of harming her. Her claws grow along with her body and become deadly weapons. She has trained herself to be a skilled fighter at any size, along with bracing herself and remain unmoved by exerting raw strength at Kaiju size.

Beyond her Half-Kaiju nature and powers, she is skilled in social interaction and even getting others dander up, mainly through intimidation or using her body to taunt others into annoyance, anger, or even shame. She is a skilled seductress, flirting with anyone she finds attractive when not currently in a relationship, male or female.

Personality: Flirty and outgoing, she will even flirt in the middle of a fight if she feels like it. She is attractive and will use this to her advantage when possible. She loves to just hang out and dance, going to nightclubs to pick up guys when feeling lonely. Despite her transformation, years of adapting have made her used to the stares. But in a fight, despite being flirty, she knows when to be serious and can show a rage few can withstand.

Known Tactics: A bruiser, she uses few tactics beyond hit them hard and often. Using her looks to distract any opponent she thinks it will work on, even showing a flash of cleavage to guys to get their guards down. If facing a foe who her base strength can't deal with, she goes into a limited berserker rage, not caring for her own safety and hitting with even more force at the cost of accuracy.

Friends and Allies: While annoying, her "cousins" aka clones Nyuu and Jasmine can be called on for help from time to time.

Rivals and Enemies: Fire Tyrant has vowed to destroy all the other Kaiju creations of Splicer, seeing himself as the ultimate creation.

Build Comments: A soldier turned into a troll, he prefers to rely on his past skills rather than his new brute strength in a fight. But harm Pathfinder and he sees red.

History: Malcom grew up a military brat, moving from base to base with his family. He saw the world in bits and pieces, almost always around the firing range on each base and considered a mascot by some of the enlisted soldiers. At the age of 8, he was first taught how to deal with firearms, proving himself a natural. Some of the shots he pulled off shocked even veteran soldiers, Malcom gifted as a natural sharpshooter and sniper with incredible eyesight. When he came of age he enlisted, becoming known as one of the best army snipers around.

Unfortunately, his skills drew unwanted attention, an unknown party seeing him as the perfect subject to transform into an agent and assassin. On guard duty one night, he was ambushed, abducted by superhuman agents, and sedated before he had a chance to react. Subjected to countless experiments of an unknown nature, more like torture and he could make out strange chanting, it was many months before he saw his own reflection again.

As a child, his grandfather told him tales of trolls, and now one was staring right back at him from the mirror. He snapped and in a blind fury tore free of his bonds, ripping the room apart, and tore the steel doors off before running into the night. It took him over a week before he arrived in Freedom City, ragged with his clothes in tatters. Idiot rookie cops saw him and freaked, waving their guns at him. But Malcom refused to lash out, ignoring and walking on until he reached the local AEGIS HQ. His old friend, Jeffery Grimes, was thankfully on duty and believed his tale.

Brought before Commander Floppy, he was given the usual pitch and joined up immediately. Especially with the promise of discovering who was behind his transformation. Upon seeing Pathfinder it was love at first sight, it took him 6 months to work up the nerve to ask her out and they've been together ever since.

As a part of Monster Squad, Malcom goes by Grunt, the team sniper and back-up infantry. He sometimes wishes he didn't have to do his job, but to stop the true monsters sometimes their victims' only mercy is the final release.

Description: Malcolm has been transformed into a troll-like form, burly and strong. His skin is a pale green, his eyes a bluish-black color which shows an intense focus while on duty, and black hair in a ponytail. He has a pronounced forehead, his lower canines stick out like a bulldog’s teeth, and he has a pair of curved horns like a ram on his head.

His basic outfit is a bluish-black shirt with a green vest over it, army green jeans, and brown army boots. He has a harness with several pouches, a back holster for his sniper rifle, and a holster hidden inside his vest for his pistol. He is rarely without some form of firearm, even when off-duty.

Powers and Abilities: Grunt is basically a troll for all intents and purposes now, strong, very durable, and heals so fast from injuries they rarely slow him down. He can’t even get sick or drunk due to it, his body immune to radiation. He has a sense of smell like a bloodhound and can see in any lighting.

Test have proven whatever experiments were performed on him were magical in nature, he was transformed into a troll down to almost a metaphysical level.

Before his transformation he was an army sniper and good at it, his previous strong sense of sight was enhanced even further. He has training in military matters, stealth, and basic first aid. With his senses and skill at spotting things, he is a back-up scout for the squad. He is also the second most skilled member of the team with technology after Blueprint, needed to maintain his custom sniper railgun. AEGIS outfitted him with various gear, including a portable sniper railgun.

Personality: Serious and stern, relaxed, and fun-loving, these are the two extremes of his personality. While on duty or training he is all work and focused intensely on whatever the goal is, giving a dressing down to anyone who goofs off in a dangerous situation. But when off-duty he is relaxed and loves to have fun, hanging out with the others watching television, playing games, or out on a date with Pathfinder.

Known Tactics: Grunt will pick out a protected target and when given the go-ahead will take the shot, normally taking them down with one precise hit. If forced into close range he will stick to his heavy pistol to disarm opponents and will turn to unarmed combat only as a last resort. As a scout, he will try to blend in with his surroundings and get as much information back to his team before a strike is called for.

When needed he acts as a back-up scout for the team, sent in with Pathfinder first to get the lay of the land or enemy bases. He also acts as back-up infantry if forced into melee range, though he prefers to take out foes from a distance or disable or disarm them if they are needed alive or there is a chance of reversing at least the brainwashing done to them. At closer range, he will use the pistol with stun ammo to subdue targets to take alive and relatively unharmed.

Friends and Allies: AEGIS sees him as one of their own; while the Monster Squad is like a 2nd family to Malcolm. He can still rely on his old friend Jeffery Grimes, though he has had to bail him out on occasion as well. He and Pathfinder aka Sarah have been dating for several years now and he can depend on her for anything.

Rivals and Enemies: The Monster Squad’s enemies are his. The individual or group behind his transformation is planning on regaining their ultimate killer someday.

Complications
Motivation: Ironheart is driven by a need to be accepted by humans as a fellow free-willed being instead of an object. He is also driven by a basic need to do good deeds and help others.
Amnesia: All his memories from before being brought back to life are gone, even he doesn't know his own past.
Disability: His golem form has a limited sense of touch compared to a human's and he completely lacks a sense of smell or taste.
Enemy: Monster Squad enemies are his. He also has made a foe in the Foundry, as Talos wishes to study him. And Medea has an unknown interest in him as well.
Honor: He will never harm someone who can’t fight back, only restrain them.
Quirk: He has a strange liking for Zen gardens.
Weakness: His form is vulnerable to electricity, made mostly of iron. When hit with electricity whether it damages him or not, he is considered dazed until he makes a Will check against a DC equal to attack rank+10. He is also vulnerable to any rust-based attacks, taking an additional degree of failure against them.

Build Comments: Ironheart is a golem given semi-life and sapience by an unknown [to him] magic. He is a true tank, heavily shifted towards Toughness over Defense.

History: In the dark ages an iron golem was created to act as a bodyguard for his master, brute force, and an iron wall when needed. All records of the master and golem were lost, thus its true age and creator's identity are unknown. It has remained dormant since its master's passing, dug up in London shortly after the end of World War 2. Languishing in a museum for decades after it was studied, it was later sent to the U.S. as part of an exchange, believed to be nothing more than a large statue.

Wishcrafter was out for a day at the museum when the innocent wish from a young boy came to her ear and changed everything. Granting the child's wish, she brought the golem to life, only to cause museum guards to freak out, thinking it was planted by a supervillain and opened fire. Strangely enough, the golem spoke: "I'm not your enemy, I don't know how I came back to life. Please, help me to understand this new world." Daedalus had been visiting an old friend as luck would have it and helped the golem to find a place where he would belong.

Due to his size and appearance, the Freedom League was out. At Claremont Academy, he might be attacked or teased, unleashing a sleeping giant. The only option was AEGIS' Monster Squad, they would know what it was like to be an outsider and give him a home and family. Soon the golem, going by Ironheart, was introduced to the rest of the team and in late 2004 he was inducted into the Monster Squad. He has proven himself to be their tank and shield time and again, protecting his teammates and innocents alike from various threats. Yet he has had to be protected as well, as the Foundry repeatedly tries to abduct him for their own plans. And the sorceress Medea has appeared before the golem, stating she wishes to see more of him in the future.

Description: Ironheart is a massive golem, standing 15’ tall and weighing 3 tons. The iron is made to mimic the human form, imitating muscles, joints, and even facial features. His relatively small eyes gleam with a pale green light, a strength of will behind them not seen in other golems. Large spikes on his shoulders and elbows stand out, while a pair of massive chains hold his torso together. Between the iron-gray and pale green of some parts of his body, he is hard to miss.

Powers and Abilities: Ironheart is one of the most powerful and largest of the iron golems ever created. His superhuman strength allows him to lift up to 12k tons, tear through steel like balsawood and even leap fairly far despite his weight. Despite being sapient now, he is not truly alive and immune to the concerns of the living. His body repairs itself like a living being's does thanks to the magic which brought him to “life”. He is impossible to move against his will, both thanks to his size and weight, as well as the magic of the wish flowing through him. Flames actually "heal" any damage he has taken. Somehow the boy's innocent nature when he made the wish imbued Ironheart with far more power than he had in the past.

An unexpected side-effect of the genie magic bringing him back to life is an innate knowledge of magic and mystical artifacts, even able to sense magic and craft artifacts as well, using it to repair himself when needed.

Personality: Ironheart is a determined, strong-willed individual who is learning about life and the world as he goes. His newfound sapience sometimes scares him but he doesn’t let it hold him back. He is caring and hates to see anyone hurt, even holding back against foes so he doesn’t end up crippling them. He loves peace and is strangely drawn to Zen gardens.

Known Tactics: Ironheart is the team tank and seeks to shield his teammates from harm, protecting the most vulnerable while acting to subdue the threats once and for all. He tends to focus more strength and power into his attacks against tough opponents, but most of the time simply acts to protect the team.

Friends and Allies: Monster Squad is his family and only allies; he doesn’t even trust AEGIS completely.

Rivals and Enemies: Monster Squad enemies are his; Talos and the Foundry seek to study him; while Medea has an unknown interest in him for the time being.

Motivation: Just as when he joined the army, a sense of responsibility drives Ripper to do what he can to protect others.
Berserker Rage: If he sees any ally or innocent brought to harm [-3 toughness total or staggered] or he is harmed himself, he will fly into a fury and fight till the source of his anger is dead or quits moving.
Monstrous Form: While in werewolf form, people tend to look upon him with fear and react out of fear for the slightest reason.
Reputation: Werewolf [despite never harming any innocents]
Weakness: Wounds from silver don’t regenerate, having to heal normally and leaving scars. Wolfsbane is a poison to him, if ingested it leaves him staggered and impaired till he succeeds on a DC 25 Fortitude save.

Build Comments: A soldier turned werewolf, he has some of his old skill with firearms but prefers hand to hand now. When needing an opponent hit quickly with little chance of a counterstrike he is their best bet.

Unknown to his family or himself, they are descended from the bloodline of Henri "Lupus" LeBlanc.

History: Alec grew up hearing war stories from his grandfather, a soldier in World War 2 for the British. At 17 years old he lied about his age, went into military service, though remained just a rookie soldier and average with firearms. Sent out on a few police actions against rioters, he never saw a true war in 3 years' time.

Night watch once again, normally nothing happened beyond some idiot kids or animals. But Alec got twitchy as he spotted a huge form flitting from shadow to shadow. Closing in on him, he opened fire, but it was too late. The strange beast bit into his arm, only taking off when the alarm sounded. Alec was sent to the hospital to be treated for his injury and given medical leave, as tests on the bite were ongoing when he began to suffer the first symptoms, increasing chills running through his body.

Suddenly his body felt like it was on fire, as it began to shift and change, skeleton altering and elongating, his muscle mass increasing, pain leaving him crippled on the floor through it all. Once the pain passed, he checked himself in a nearby mirror, shocked by the image it showed. He was a werewolf, right out of the other tales his grandfather would share when his parents weren't around. His mother came to check on him and dropped the glass of water she brought in shock, snapping Alec out of his fugue state.

It came time for Alec to learn the family secret. Centuries ago an ancestor had been cursed with lycanthropy for unknown reasons, only broken 100 years ago by a ritual. But the taint of the werewolf remained in their bloodline, now a gift. Even if one of them was infected, they would have full control of their transformation and in their werewolf form.

Alec had to leave his home town, the local legends and beliefs of the villagers would cause trouble sooner or later. Heading to the United States, he ended up in a fight between chimeras created by Mister Matthews and the Monster Squad, helping to subdue the beast in his werewolf form. It only took a few introductions and Ripper was inducted into the Monster Squad in early 2005. He is one of the team infantry, a hit-and-run artist who strikes fast and hard, who can disorient foes with his acrobatics and swift moves.

Description: Alec is an average looking man, with an athletic build and muscle tone. He keeps his brown hair short and trims; while his blue eyes show a determination and ruthless nature that shakes that who gaze into them too long. As Ripper the werewolf, he has shaggy brown fur, bulging muscles, a wolf-like face with a mouthful of razor-sharp fangs and clawed hands.

Alec tends to wear simple clothes or army fatigues most of the time; as Ripper, he wears a torn pair of blue jeans and his dog tags around his neck.

Powers and Abilities: Ripper is a werewolf, but one with control over his transformation and transformed self. He possesses superhuman strength and endurance. His claws can tear through many things and his hide is very tough, taking high-powered firearms to have even a chance of harming him. He heals at superhuman speed and even regrows limbs and damaged or lost organs.

But he is vulnerable to harm from silver, easier to harm him, and taking much longer to heal from. He can see in any lighting in shades of gray and his sense of smell is like a wolf, able to track prey for miles. He can sense danger and threats to himself, while his hearing can pick up frequencies outside the normal human range. He possesses a degree of superhuman speed, faster than even the average werewolf. He can take on human appearance but retains all his werewolf abilities and weakness in that form. He only lacks his claws in human form.

Personality: Sarcastic to the core, even the discipline drilled into him by the army didn’t dull his base nature much. The stress in the middle of a fight won't even shake him, as he will hit opponents with sarcastic quips even as he is dodging their attacks or attacking them. Ambush tactics just aren't his thing, as he likes his foes to know who they are dealing with, more than once he has been left behind when a mission absolutely required stealth.

But beneath this cocky attitude, he is afraid of letting others down and works harder than he needs to just to get things done. If an ally or innocent under their protection is brought to harm he will fly into a fury, lashing out at the source of his anger till they are dead or quit moving.

Known Tactics: Ripper is a hit-and-run artist, one of the team infantry and fast on his feet. He will move in a near-blur into a group, slashing at them with his claws and using acrobatics to avoid counterattacks as he goes by. He tends to focus on an opponent until they stop getting up before moving onto a new one. Using acrobatic flips and agile movement, he keeps his foes disoriented as he wears them down. Getting an opponent off-guard before a strike is a favorite combo of his to do with Slash to inflict maximum damage.

Friends and Allies: His family and friends have stood by him; while AEGIS is his best bet for a cure. He thinks of the Monster Squad as a 2nd family and Snatch as the annoying little brother he never had.

Rivals and Enemies: Monster Squad enemies are his. Titan House seeks to capture him and figure out how he controls his werewolf nature with such ease.

Motivation: Slash is driven by a need for combat, living for the thrill of it despite the fact he can’t truly stay dead. Also, he feels a responsibility to the Monster Squad and will do anything to help them.

Build Comments: He was once thought to be a video game character brought to life, but with his old foe Runestone showing up from their home dimension it proved this was a lie. Somehow a game designer from this world had picked up on Slash's adventures in his home dimension and based a video game on it.

History: At a simple arcade in a mall in Freedom City, a teenage boy was playing a video game. The hero of the game was an immortal and powerful minotaur destined to protect the innocent from evil. His foe, a powerful warlock called Runestone and his forces, were the foes in the game. But for some reason, Wishcraft decided to visit the mall that day, a simple trip when she heard the teen's fateful worlds. "Man, this is so cool. I wish that Slash the minotaur could be real and here right now."

With a groan, Diana was compelled to grant the boy's wish, as soon a giant, confused-looking minotaur stood in the middle of the arcade. Not wishing anyone to be hurt due to confusion, she teleported him to the Monster Squad's headquarters, knowing they could help the poor confused being. Appearing in the middle of the den and seeing a beholder with strange metal on its body, a naga, troll, iron golem, and what appeared to be a female lizard woman, the minotaur began to raise his axe for the fight he believed was ahead. Only to be grabbed and pinned in a bear hug by Ironheart before he could act.

It took some questioning to learn about him, Sl'ash'tar was a heroic minotaur in a war against an evil warlock and his army who was terrorizing the land, he had no idea how he came to be there. Convinced they weren't his evil minions, he agreed to work with them while they tried to find a way back to his home dimension. Inducted into their ranks in mid-2005, he has proven to be a powerful bruiser alongside Brickhouse and back-up infantry, working together well with Ripper to take down tough foes.

Several times Talos has tried to abduct him, believing him to be a video game character brought to life due to several videos uploaded from the arcade the day he was brought to Earth. The truth of his nature was revealed last year when after 14 years his foe Runestone had followed him to Earth, driven to destroy him by some unknown compulsion. He and his army have attacked more than once, each time driven back by the Monster Squad or another group of heroes.

Description: Sl’ash’tar is a giant minotaur, towering over most people and possessing big muscles. His fur and hair are tan brown, while his eyes are gray most of the time but when in combat they turn pure red with fury. He has hooved feet, a bull-like face, and a pair of huge horns.

His only clothing is a loincloth made of leather, except when training or expecting combat, where he wears deep emerald green half-plate armor over his torso, spiked bracelets and knee-guards, and extra plating on his left shoulder. He wields a huge axe slung over his back; one of its blades seems to always be covered in blood.

Powers and Abilities: Slash is a minotaur brought to life, from another world where things that are fantasy here are normal. He has no need to eat, drink, or sleep doesn’t age and is immune to disease and poisons. He is immortal in nature, healing wounds rapidly and even if slain he will revive in minutes, none the worse for wear; though disintegration and being blasted into pieces can finish him off for good. Although some believe him to be a video game character brought to life and call this "respawning", the truth was revealed recently. He is superhumanly strong and tough, fearless, and has a deadly charge using his horns. He can find his way anywhere, always knowing which direction he is going; has a nose sharper than a bloodhound’s, able to smell and track over great distances; can see in pitch-black darkness, and can even hear at greater distances than a human.

He is outfitted with the Armor of the Ancients, forged by the gods which shield him from harm and is lightweight. This armor also has various enchantments that can activate when Slash needs them, even offensive enchantments to augment his existing attacks. He wields the Axe of the Ancients, a massive battle axe forged by the gods and unbreakable by any known means. It can inflict great wounds, cleave through steel with ease, and can strike multiple targets quickly. His combat style is one of brute force, stamina, and inflicting fear into his foes.

Personality: Sl’ash’tar is a boisterous, outspoken and brash minotaur, always speaking what he believes and seemingly unable to lie. Whether drinking at a bar, at a sports event or in battle, he is larger than life and stands out. But he does desire peace of mind, a struggle constantly to control his temper, and even has a flower garden he tends to help calm him.

Known Tactics: Slash is a brute and plays to his strengths. Hitting as hard and as fast as possible till his foes stop moving or ordered to stand down. He tries to back up Ripper and Brickhouse in a fight, always sweeping the weak goons off them while they strike at the tougher foes. But should he be badly injured he will fly into a fury, ignoring tactics and teamwork to simply lash out at full power till all foes have been slain or subdued.

Friends and Allies: Outside of the Monster Squad, he has no other allies, keeping mostly to the base when not on missions.

Rivals and Enemies: Monster Squad enemies; Runestone, his foe from his home dimension, has followed him and intends to find a way to kill him permanently.

Complications
Motivation: Where in the past he stole to survive, now he does it for the adrenaline rush. Sneaking past enemies and taking their things without being caught is the biggest thrill ride of them all to him. But he also tempers it with a desire to help the oppressed, especially fellow victims of monsters like Splicer.
Enemy: Splicer is particularly interested in reacquiring his greatest creation to date.
Prejudice: Although not as bad as others in the Monster Squad, his unusual appearance sometimes scares people, especially those with a fear of bats. Plus sometimes he is mistaken for a demon.
Quirk: He is a bit of kleptomaniac, sometimes just picking up or taking something without realizing it himself.
Reputation: Thief and burglar.
Unknown Alien DNA: Sometimes a benefit and sometimes a curse, not even Splicer knows the alien species whose DNA he spliced the DNA of into Jeremy's genetic structure. Sometimes it allows him to do things he never thought he could, other times it can surge up and cause any number of problems for a time. Including if whatever unknown alien species the DNA came from detects him and comes to investigate.

Build Comments: An orphan, street kid, and quick learner, he has developed an array of skills and abilities over the years which make him a great thief and infiltrations expert. With his transformation into a human-alien hybrid, his natural gifts were enhanced to superhuman.

He is known to gain these Advantages through Heroic Feat when needed: Agile Feint and Grabbing Finesse, though other agility or speed-based advantages have come up as well.

History: Orphaned by gang violence and seen as nothing but a skinny runt by the other orphans, the odds seem stacked against Jeremy from the start. But even from an early age he became known in various areas of Freedom City as "The Ghost Thief", able to slip in and out unseen from any place. His appearance hidden by a simple hoodie and gloves, the police couldn't seem to I.D. him, or just didn't care.

With natural aptitude and rapidly growing skills and abilities, he was the perfect target for the anthros abduction squad when they came. "Malleable genetic structure, perfect specimen." These were all he heard from Splicer before the experiments began and his world became a haze of pain.

Barely able to wake from time to time, unsure how long it had been since he was taken, Jeremy's mind was in a haze. He flexed his shoulders, shocked to feel new additions, a pair of wings that moved with them. Struggling more, hoping to escape the madman, he discovered another new appendage responding to his thoughts, a prehensile tail that released the straps holding him. But his curiosity got the better of him, thus he looked around, stumbling upon various whiteboards, all detailing what had been done to him.

Splicer had used an unknown alien's DNA on him, grafting it to his body and accelerating any physical changes the DNA would cause. He looked like a humanoid bat with a prehensile tail, no, like some sort of demon!

Scared by the thought, plus what else the whiteboards showed Splicer had planned for him, Jeremy made his escape as he ran through the narrow corridors, using his old skills and new abilities to avoid the guards. But even once outside and making his way as far from the building as possible, he seemed trapped as this place was an island in the middle of the ocean. He didn't have long to think of what to do next, hearing guards approach from the distance he risked testing out his new wings and took flight, finally seeing the lights of Freedom City in the distance after over an hour.

Exhausted, he crashed onto a beach on the outskirts of Freedom City hours later, passing out with his last thought hoping Splicer and his creations didn't find him first. Waking up hours later inside a cell, his fear Splicer had him again and the stress caused energy to surge from his body, blasting the Plexiglass of the cell outward. Men in uniforms he recognized, AEGIS, were all round, their hands ready to draw weapons.

It took Commander Floppy being called in with Pathfinder to talk Jeremy down. Hearing of how reports of a creature on the beach brought in AEGIS and they didn't know if he was a threat or not, thus the cell he awoke in. Telling is own tale of escaping from Splicer, Jeremy was shocked to hear the news most of his victims can't be changed back, it nearly broke his mind, but with help from AEGIS counselors he bounced back quickly. Underaged, he couldn't officially join the Monster Squad until he turned 18, thus he trained and lived with them for 6 months. His 18th birthday came and it was celebrated with his induction into the Monster Squad, in mid-2006. He uses the codename Snatch after his talent for being able to get anything, becoming the team's infiltration expert, and allowing them access to places they only dreamed of before he joined.

Description: Jeremy is an attractive young man, with athletic build and tone. With long black hair on his head and a pair of ice-blue eyes which show a mischievous gleam, his non-human traits make him stand out. His ears have become long and pointed; a pair of large, black bat wings extend from his shoulder blades, and from the base of his spine a prehensile tail hangs, ending in a tuft of hair. Her skin is light gray and uniform.

With his abilities, looks, and altered physiology, he prefers to not wear shirts most of the time, a baggy pair of sweatpants with a hole for his tail, and not much else. Only in cold or hot environments where he needs the protection does he put on more clothing.

Powers and Abilities: Snatch's DNA was spliced with an unknown alien species, his appearance believed to be a hybrid of the alien species and his own. His natural strength and stamina were increased some, but his agility, reflexes, manual dexterity, and kinesthetic skills were enhanced to near-superhuman levels. These boost his acrobatics, sleight of hand, and stealth skills beyond what his training would account for.

The alien species granted him bat-like wings which extend from around his shoulder blades, allowing him to fly at greater than sonic speeds. They seem more for steering and some lift, as he can manipulate his personal gravity. He possesses a prehensile tail, as strong and agile as his arms; it may have additional capabilities he hasn't discovered yet. All testing shows that his human/alien hybrid nature has made him immune to conventional diseases and poisons, heals twice as fast as a normal human, and stopped aging in his mid-20s.

He has full control over his personal gravity, shielding him from other gravity-based powers, allowing him to safely fall any distance, and walk on walls and ceilings as if he was on solid ground. The incident with the holding cell was him pushing all gravity away from himself, something he hasn't been able to replicate since. It is unknown if his power over his personal gravity will ever develop further or if he just has a mental block on it.

He is a natural quicker learner and has developed various skills while living on the streets. From climbing and running like a trained athlete, parkour skills to get around with ease, skill in banter and deception, and various skills developed through criminal activities. There are few locks or security systems that he can't overcome. Since joining the team he has become a skilled investigator, the best on the team, able to locate an item in a clustered room in short order, research faster, and even do crime scene analysis for clues thanks to training by some of the few AEGIS agents he trusts. He has training in various firearms and is outfitted with a modded AEGIS issue blaster pistol that can increase its power at the cost of accuracy.

Personality: Snarky, sarcastic, and possessed of razor-sharp wit, Jeremy knows how to get under people’s skin and truly annoy them. His transformation only served to enhance this, as he will taunt guards as he makes his escape and sling insults even when faced with the likes of a dragon. He will almost never back down from a confrontation, holding his own with words, knowledge, or when need be, force. Only among those, he calls friend does he ease up and leave the insults for those who deserve it.

Known Tactics: Snatch is all about stealth and avoiding a fight, sneaking in and out of a location without being spotted. He has learned how to use this stealth to aid in a fight, slipping out of sight moments after attacking. If forced into a fight, he will try to slip into the shadows and ambush his foe[s], using his stealth to avoid notice until he is ready to strike once again.

While fighting alongside other Monster Squad members, he tries to set-up his opponents for a strike from those more suited to it or will try and trick them into hitting each other. He relies on his speed, agility, and acrobatics to disorient opponents and leave them open to his allies. If push comes to shove though, he will use his AEGIS issue blaster pistol to fight back.

Friends and Allies: The Monster Squad is all the family he has and his only allies; even AEGIS he likes to keep at arm’s length.

Rivals and Enemies: Splicer wishes to recapture Snatch to study him, next to his early success with Floppy he is his greatest work yet; whatever alien the DNA came from spliced in ways even the madman hadn't expected and he believes further testing on this test subject will unlock secrets leading to a huge leap towards his ultimate goal.

History: Splicer was frustrated with Anne's escape, though he wasn't left empty-handed. Using her DNA he began to create 2 clones of her, altering the DNA in various ways to make them different from the original and hopefully more controllable. A year passed as they grew in their tubes, basic knowledge being pumping into their minds alongside identities. But they proved just as resistant to brainwashing as Anne Duke did. Splicer was enraged, about to dissolve them into puddles of DNA when a massive lighting bolt shorted all the power in the facility, freeing the clones.

Driven by pure instinct the pair escaped and made their way towards the lights of Freedom City. AEGIS found them right as a pack of anthros was mere moments behind them. It was awkward at first, Anne seeing how different each was from her. The older clone, closer looking to Anne in age, called herself Jasmine and loves to show off her looks.

Given a place to live in Monster Squad H.Q., each clone settled into their new lives in different ways. Jasmine was helped by Anne, set up with her old modeling agency from before her transformation, her exotic looks opening a whole new area for the agency. Within a year she was world-famous, preferring not to wear clothes simply because her retractable scales provide her modesty and flirting a lot has given a reputation as a slut, even though she rarely goes beyond kissing. She doesn't care what others say, as long as she is enjoying herself and having fun.

The only thing which upsets her is if you harm her friends and family in the Monster Squad, hurt her "little sister" Nyuu and she will destroy you using every social connection and resource she has. Several years back after an attack by PURGE nearly killed Nyuu, Jasmine was contacted by members of the group MEDUSA, their talk of metahumans being the future and put on the planet to replace humanity spoke to something deep within her. All those she truly cared about, outcast, non-humans, each metahuman of one sort or another who were treated unfairly by society simply for being different, no matter how much good they did. Thus she secretly joined their ranks, mostly supporting them with information, personal contacts, and funds so far, refusing to fight all of humanity herself. But if Nyuu were to be severely hurt again by another hate group...

Description: Jasmine is a half-kaiju, a clone based on but altered from Brickhouse's DNA to make her unique. Her blue eyes show a mischievous, fun-loving nature, while her lavender hair hangs down to past her shoulders. She is very curvy and highly attractive, having forest green skin, red markings on her face, red scales on the top of her tail along with parts of the body, pointed ears, a long tail that hangs down to her feet, short claws on her hands and feet and armored spikey plates on her shoulder area. Part of the alterations done to her while being cloned allows her to retract her scales at will and normally hides her private parts, not needing to wear clothes and rarely doing so.

Powers and Abilities: Jasmine is a clone of Brickhouse, a half-Kaiju, appearing to be in her mid-20s. She shares her powers and abilities, being strong and tough at 6'6", capable of lifting over 5 tons when she pushes herself. Compact, dense muscles make her stronger than even her build and muscles would suggest, even capable of running up to 16 mph constantly. She doesn't need to eat or drink normally, absorbing heat to sustain herself. Due to Half-Kaiju clone nature, she is immune to environmental cold, heat, and high pressure, and unable to be harmed by radiation. Directly absorbing radiation causes her to rapidly heal from injuries.

Like Brickhouse she has the ability to grow to 60' tall at will, weighing 180 tons at this size. She possesses superhuman strength and stamina at this size, though not as strong as Brickhouse as she is only capable of lifting upward of 100 tons and requiring at least the equivalent of a grenade to have a chance of harming her. Her claws grow along with her body and become deadly weapons, and can brace herself to remain unmoved while at Kaiju size.

Even at human size, she has sharp claws on her hands and feet and even armored spikey plates on her shoulders which she can use with great force. She has the ability to retract her scales at will and doesn't need to wear clothes to be "decent". She can also tap into the fury of the Kaiju, increasing her strength in short bursts. Due to her altered clone nature, she is much more agile than Brickhouse or Nyuu, with incredible flexibility and balance.

She is attractive, even for a half-Kaiju clone she is considered exotic and uses it to her advantage at every turn. She has made a fortune as a model and has contacts in various professions throughout the world, using them to help benefit her friends and family, as well as charities she supports in secret.

Personality: Jasmine is a girl who is hot and knows it, flaunting her looks and flirting with guys left and right. She uses her looks as a shield, protecting her from being rejected and alone. But all this is a cover for her true self, someone who simply wishes to spend time with those who care about her, like Anna and Nyuu, and be herself without worrying what others think. She has a fury hidden within her that is only unleashed when any member of the Monster Squad is harmed, but especially if Nyuu is, targeting her "little sister" will result in her using every resource she has to destroy your life.

Known Tactics: Jasmine will try to use her looks and charm to defuse a situation first. Failing this she will charge into the fight, using punches, kicks, claw slashes, and shoulder checks with her armored spikey plates to subdue a foe as quickly as possible. Yet she won’t risk harming innocents and will seek to clear them out of the immediate battle area first.

When fighting known hate groups, especially the likes of PURGE, she won't hold back and has had to be pulled from the brink of killing more than one bigot by Monster Squad members. She sees them as sub-humans, people who treat them like monsters despite the good her family does, who deserve no mercy.

She believes in the innate goodness of others till they prove her wrong, being a bit naïve, though having mostly outgrown it over the years. She is full of energy and always up for trying new things, especially learning about different cultures. She is obsessed with Japanese culture and tries to emulate it, but her true love is anime which she collects with fervor.

If someone she cares for or children are threatened she will do everything she can to protect them, despite lacking proper combat training or skill with shielding others. She hates to see others in pain and will go out of her way to treat the injured and sick no matter what the danger to her.

Revenge: Bloody Bunny is driven by a need for revenge against all humans for what he endured at the hands of Splicer.
Enemy: Splicer seeks to capture him along with the other escapees of his early experiments. The authorities are on the hunt for him for numerous murders. And Commander Floppy has taken his actions personally and seeks to put an end to his deadly mission.
Prejudice: Despite his power and abilities, most still see him as a cute little bunny rabbit. Thus he suffers a -2 circumstance penalty to Intimidation checks to those who don’t know of his reputation as an unhinged serial killer.
Humans Must Pay!: He doesn’t care if you are young or old, all humans will pay for what happened to him and it won’t end till the world is bathed in blood or he falls to a superior foe. Fear doesn’t enter his mind and pain barely slows him down.

Build Comments: One of the same warren of rabbits as Commander Floppy and Bomber Bunny, the torturous experiments he underwent unhinged his mind and made him see all humans to blame. He moves from town to town using his appearance as a harmless bunny rabbit to lull them into false security, then slaughters them one by one.

History: Pain, burning, and more pain. That was all he felt for ages as his mind expanded and body altered. Another of Splicer's early experiments, the rabbit who would become known as Bloody Bunny, was part of the same experiments as Commander Floppy, one of 3 rabbits that survived out of over 40. Unfortunately, he labored under torturous experiments and tests for months more after Commander Floppy escaped, Splicer had made it appear like all the other rabbits were dead.

The experiments gifted him with human-level intelligence; with it, he finally saw a chance, as he and another rabbit broke free and fled on a speedboat to Freedom City. The tests and experiments had made them both unhinged, each wishing to have their revenge on humanity for what Splicer had done. The other rabbit went off and began to attack human cities and structures using explosives [see Bomber Bunny], while this poor soul turned to more brutal means to take his revenge.

Hunting and killing humans with any weapon he could lay his paws on, he avoided notice for months before authorities put the pattern together, believing the few survivors and eyewitnesses to his brutality. The press dubbed him Bloody Bunny, it soon became harder to find humans foolish enough to be lured in and killed by him. Thus he began to learn the art of tricking humans, cleaning himself up, and pretending to be nothing more than an ordinary rabbit. Despite all the news reports and warnings about Bloody Bunny, more than a few still fell for his act, lured in by the cute little bunny. Several times Commander Floppy and the Monster Squad have almost caught him, but he has always managed to slip away.

Description: Bloody Bunny is a cute brown rabbit with a white underbelly, around 1.3 feet long, and weighing just 8 pounds. His black eyes can appear innocent or gleam with unhinged intelligence; he tries to keep his fur clean but always gets it bloody when hunting humans. As an animal, he doesn’t wear clothing, and some question how he stores his weapons without any pockets or holsters.

Personality: Bloody Bunny is completely unhinged, seeing all humans as the same as Splicer and monsters to be killed. Yet he is cunning, able to hide his true nature when needed, and trick humans into letting their guard down. Scientists suffer the worst when facing him, as he will take his time killing them and letting them bleed as he did. His only ally, on occasion, is Bomber Bunny when they work against the humans together.

Powers and Abilities: Bloody Bunny is a genetically altered super rabbit. He has the normal fur coat of a rabbit his size, strong eyesight, and superhuman hearing, and is a skilled digger. His normal strength, stamina, speed, and leaping abilities have all been enhanced to greater than even human levels, as when needed he can keep up with a car.

He is a natural fighter and skilled with any weapon he gets his paws on; yet fights with reckless abandon and little care for his own safety as long as he can take out at least 1 more human. He knows how to scare and startle humans despite his size and lack of social skills. His favorite weapon is a medieval axe and he keeps a few hidden in various caches in and near Freedom City.

Known Tactics: Fast, tough and strong, especially for a rabbit, Bloody Bunny will hit with everything he has in hopes of taking out foes in one quick blow. Leaping at them while screaming with an axe in his paws, he definitely can scare many foes. He uses simple tactics and just rushes opponents with a charge to strike hard and fast.

Friends and Allies: His only ally, and only when their plans coincide, is Bomber Bunny.

Rivals and Enemies: Splicer will do anything to recapture him and subject him to further tests and experiments, all in the name of refining his process. COBRA has a bounty out on him for killing more than a few of their agents and the Crime League has a kill on sight order for his attacks on various members, even nearly killing Toy Boy on one occasion in the past.

Complications
Revenge: Bomber Bunny sees science and technology as only tools of evil in the hands of humans and seeks to destroy them at the source.
Enemy: Splicer seeks to capture him along with the other escapees of his early experiments. The authorities are on the hunt for him for numerous terrorist acts. And Commander Floppy has taken his actions personally and seeks to put an end to his crazed mission.
Prejudice: Despite his power and abilities, most still see him as a cute little bunny rabbit. Thus he suffers a -2 circumstance penalty to Intimidation checks to those who don’t know of his reputation. Some just see his explosives and goggles as simple costume props of a pet.
Explosion Obsession: Even without his mission to take science and technology out of the hands of humans, he is unhinged and loves to see things explode. He can even be distracted to the point of leaving himself vulnerable just to watch something explode.

Build Comments: Another of Splicer’s early experiments, the torturous tests he underwent made him unhinged just like Bloody Bunny. Now he uses explosives to take out institutions of science and technology to deprive the humans of it.

History: His mind was one fire, every cell of his being felt like it was exploding, being torn apart and put back together only to be torn apart again. From the same experiments as Commander Floppy and Bloody Bunny, more than once it was believed he had died only for him to revive and be subjected to more torture. But his mind expanded, not only did he possess human-level intelligence, he was a genius. Along with the other rabbit survivor, he plotted their escaped, hiding bits and pieces of components for a simple explosive in his own fur, until finally they both broke free and escaped on a speedboat.

He couldn't believe they made it to a city, let alone Freedom City, the one the cruel human had ranted about. While the other rabbit went off on his own to seek revenge on humans by his own means, he would use their own science and technology against them. He would attack human buildings dedicated to science and technology, using the explosives he had a natural affinity for making now.

Hitting a warehouse nearby, he gained access to explosives and various chemicals to make his own, his first target being Astro Labs. Since no one noticed a little bunny hopping around the building, he was free to place the explosives at random points. Only thanks to the timely appearance of Dr. Metropolis, no lives were lost and the damage to the building was fixed in under an hour. This made the bunny think, as he snuck into the local library and learned all he could about various explosives and means of planting them for maximum effect. Knowledge of structural engineering and more allowed his next attack, on a warehouse storing various weapons, to succeed. But he was spotted and the image from the phone's camera was enough to get him dubbed Bomber Bunny. Yet more weirdness and danger to deal with in Freedom City.

He sometimes works with Bloody Bunny when it benefits him but sees his fellow rabbit as a short-minded simpleton.

Powers and Abilities: Bomber Bunny is a genetically altered super rabbit. He has the normal fur coat of a rabbit his size, strong eyesight, and superhuman hearing, and is a skilled digger. Fighter smarter, not harder; words he lives by. He will seek to avoid direct combat with foes and keep his distance while lobbing explosives, making sure he is out of the blast radius. He will target things like power lines, manholes, the side of buildings, and more to cause trouble so the heroes have to deal with it while he gets away. His skill with explosives is more natural talent than training or experience; he even knows how to avoid explosions and similar large area attacks with great ease.

He is a sneaky little rabbit, naturally knowing how to disappear at a moment’s notice and near-superhuman skill at the art of stealth. Additional experiments done on him by Splicer have resulted in complete immunity to all poisons and chemical effects, along with a low-level regenerative ability.

Known Tactics: Hurling explosives to take out the softer targets first and lessen the number of foes he has to face is his first goal. If his explosives prove to not be enough, he will endanger humans by blasting the side of buildings, the street, power lines, etc. to force them to make a hard choice, save the endangered and let him escape or focus on him and let others get harmed. He does carry a sleep gas grenade or two in case he is surrounded, immune to them himself he hopes it will drop any authorities who might capture him.

Friends and Allies: His only ally, and only when their plans coincide, is Bloody Bunny.

Rivals and Enemies: Splicer will do anything to recapture him and subject him to further tests and experiments, all in the name of refining his process. Numerous criminal organizations, as well as supervillains, are gunning for him for taking out research centers and warehouse stockpiles on more than one occasion.

Build Comments: The last Kaiju creation of Splicer, using his DNA as a base and doing extensive alterations, he is insane and believes he will rule the world with an army of Kaiju at his side. Somehow he can command them, through unknown means.

History: Splicer's arrogance knows no bounds, believing he could create the ultimate lifeform by using his DNA for the human base of a new Kaiju creation. Believing it would be smarter but easier to brainwash to his will. What a fool he was. He began to create this new Kaiju adding various alterations as it grew. But the Kaiju DNA took hold in his creation, it was nothing like him, lacking even an interest in science and technology. The mental programming gave it knowledge and information on the world, but not much else.

It would be a few months after the two Kaiju clones escaped when his greatest creation awoke. But the brainwashing had once again failed, something in the Kaiju DNA making it impossible, and the being before him had a gleam of madness in its eyes. "This world will be mine." It declared, as intense heat caused its tube to crack and burst open before Splicer's eyes, as it began to rapidly grow to massive size. The Kaiju creation, declaring itself a god, appeared to be made of magma and flame, and before the shocked eyes of his creator became pure flesh as it walked out of the lab with the belief that any defiance could be dealt with. It simply waded into the ocean, heading toward Freedom City, drawn there by sensing its fellow Kaiju creations.

On a rampage, towering above the city at 200' tall and like a living volcano with intense heat radiating off his form, he still proved no match for the combined power of the Freedom League and Monster Squad. Seeing defeat and capture ahead, he vowed to return and kill the other Kaiju creations, as he waded back into the ocean and disappeared.

Ending up on the outskirts of New York, he found a series of underwater tunnels and a large, well-hidden cave, perfect for a hideout as he musters his strength and schemes what to do next. But it was his growing ability to sense not just his fellow Kaiju creations but the other Kaiju of this world that gave him the edge he would need.

It took him months, but he gathered an army of Kaiju 15 strong from various places around the world. Appearing in Time Square, he declared himself the new ruler of the world, commanding his Kaiju forces to attack. The Sentinels were able to subdue his Kaiju minions after over 15 minutes of intense fighting, a lot of collateral damage done to the city in the process. But by this point they were nearly exhausted and mostly spent, as Fire Tyrant entered the fray, taking on his magma form. As the Sentinels fought a desperate battle, the Monster Squad showed up, using an AEGIS jump jet to help turn the tide of battle.

Once more the odds turned against Fire Tyrant and he was forced to flee, plotting once more as he built up his forces. Each time it took him months to even gain a small handful of Kaiju minions, unlike the first time, and each time his attempts to take over the world have been thwarted. If not for the other Kaiju creations of Splicer he might have a chance, or if he would only bring an invention with him into battle, but his mental instability and arrogance drive him to try the same thing over and over again.

Description: Fire Tyrant is a Kaiju creation of Splicer, who used his DNA for the human base and did various alterations while he grew. Stuck at Kaiju size he is massive, standing 200' tall and weighing 25k tons, most surfaces breaking when he walks. He has a strong build with athletic muscle tone over his red scales. With eyes of crimson red, they give just a glimpse into the insanity beneath. His face is reptilian, with a blunted, short snout and lacking any hair, with a normal tail.

Yet his most dangerous form is part of his alterations, the power to transform into a living being of molten magma. In this form his skin is replaced with blackened magma with lines of molten red and orange on muscle lines and joints; his head gains a fiery mane of hair that flows down from the top of his head to the tip of his tail, and his forearms gain rows of razor-sharp spikes and his natural claws elongate.

Powers and Abilities: Fire Tyrant is a Kaiju creation of Splicer, using his DNA as a human base and making various alterations as his creation grew. He is a massive Kaiju, towering at 200' tall, with superhuman strength and stamina not unlike a god, capable of running at up to 30 mph, taking at least the power of a LAW rocket to have a chance to harm him, and is a true terror to deal with. His senses allow him to see in any lighting and he has a strong sense of smell, able to track targets by smell alone. He doesn't need to eat normally, absorbs heat to sustain himself, and is immune to all forms of heat. He is immune to environmental cold, heat, and high pressure, can breathe underwater, and is immune to normal illnesses, poison, and radiation can't harm him.

Yet he possesses other alterations granting him even further power. Capable of transforming into a being of living magma, his body becomes superheated where the slightest touch can melt even solid steel, and the heat backs up his strikes. But this form is vulnerable to intense cold and large amounts of water, able to force him back to his normal state. Any power based on cold or water proves more effective in this state and even when shifted back to normal extreme cold is lethal to him.

He has learned how to mentally locate other Kaiju over any distance, commanding them through his greater power and size, intimidating them into obeying his every order. Most of the time he has between 6-9 Kaijus at his command when he launches an attack.

Personality: Despite his natural intellect and learning speed, or maybe because of it, Fire Tyrant is cold and distant to most beings, yet highly volatile and mentally unstable. The various alterations done while being grown have driven him insane, believing that he should rule the world and that all other Kaiju creations of Splicer are inferior and thus should be destroyed. Even short encounters with him will show how unhinged he is, he won't work with anyone other than the bestial Kaiju he can command.

Tactics: Fire Tyrant has learned from his early encounters and works smarter instead of relying on brute strength. He normally forms an “army” of kaiju under his control, between 6-9 on average, and leads them into attacking a city with demands that the humans surrender and give him control, or the attacks will continue. Normally this is in New York, Freedom City, and sometimes Japan.

Once his kaijus have softened up any local defenders, he charges in and proceeds to take out the strongest first, leaving the others less capable of dealing with him. He always fights in his Living Magma form and hits with enough force and accuracy to ensure great injury if not complete subdual for his foes. If his kaiju have all fallen he will flee underwater back to the safety of his lair. He will only do this if the remaining foes appear to have the upper hand against him.

His mental instability and arrogance drive him to believe that his raw power and Kaiju forces can take over the world, given time. One thing he will do if pushed too far is unleashing massive damage upon a city by throwing his weight around, either if his demands aren't met and the heroes haven't defeated his kaiju minions or if he is trying to flee and they continue the pursuit.

Friends and Allies: None except the kaiju he forces to work for him.

The Realm introduction
The Realm. Once a part of the Imageria, but somehow gained sapience and broke off becoming its own seperate dimension untold ages ago. Despite being its own seperate dimension it remained within the Imageria, seperate but still a part of it

The Realm is singular plane made of endless landscapes and vistas, seeming to go on forever. Any being from what would be known as fantasy and myth exist there and more, with countless different cultures and civilizations. And the residents know The Realm is sapient, having but a few rules for its inhabitants to follow. No tyrants, for those who would force their will and desires on everyone else will be dealt with, as The Realm inspires heroes to rise up to strike them down along with other threats to the beings of its domain.

As the Realm is ever-changing, it has never been properly mapped and kingdoms have come and gone over the ages. Individuals from outside the Realm show up from time to time, from different times and worlds. Several of these individuals have helped to expand the cultures of the Realm, bringing new ideas and technology with them. While others tried to become tyrants and rulers of their own kingdoms, always taken down by heroes time and time.

The barriers between the Realm and other dimensions and realities are weak, at least this is what the people think. Truthfully the Realm opens portals from time to time, bringing beings from outside the Realm in or sending beings of the Realm to other worlds, all for reasons only it understands.

The dragons, once thought to be the undisputed rulers of the Realm, found the tyrants among them overthrown and defeated by heroes time and again. They have their own cultures and small kingdoms still, rulers of humanoids and their own spawn, the Dragonkin.

The Dragonkin, the first formed from the raw elements and magic by dragons, seeking to create servants in their own image. Yet since those times, more Dragonkin have come into being, either the children of Dragonkin or the spawn of a dragon and humanoid. Their appearance, abilities, powers and culture vary so greatly, it is almost impossible to catalog them all, much like their dragon relatives.

Various other beings and cultures exist within the Realm, including those of the faerie, a diverse group of beings who are all magic given flesh and form, some strong enough to rival the dragons; beings known as the chimerablood; humans, more varied by culture and appearance than even on Earth; dwarves, short, broad beings who are were-badgers; along with angels and demons who somehow ended up in the Realm and influenced by it.

New species came to be with the intermingling of the beings; the winged ones are descendants of angels who have become a culture unto themselves; while the Gigas are children of human and angels who bred, powerful giants along with being skilled craftsmen and healers.

With new villages, towns and cities showing up, along with new kingdoms, the art of business and trade began, growing alongside the people. The Realm's cultures and socities have advanced over the ages, much like modern day Earth in some ways, but unique in many other ways. Technology is more commonly in the form of steampunk and what on Earth would be called retro-science fiction. While magic is commonplace, even simple tools are enchanted, a needed edge against the raiders and countless monsters which live in the wilds of the Realm.

For despite all the time it has existed, the Realm is a vast world and still barely explored by its residents, with vast swaths of nature still existing, wild and untamed. The dragons have sworn to make sure such places remain that way, for they hide secrets they wish no other species to find out.

Character Creation guidelines

Character Creation
The Realm is a world of civilization and untamed wilds, of culture and combat. Due to the ambient magic affecting plants, animals, and other creatures within the Realm, it takes a lot to survive within its borders. Forced to adapt to a hostile world, the beings work together and have become stronger, faster, tougher, or more cunning to survive it. Those born or raised within the Realm are PL 3 minimum by adulthood, with 20 pp/PL. This is a guideline, with experienced individuals, NPCs, and some from certain kingdoms or cultures varying in PP total more than this, most higher, a few lower.

Despite its past history as a world of fantasy and magic in the Imageria, a standard currency still doesn't exist in the modern age of the Realm. For it is the art of barter and trade, either for goods or services, which is the standard used in the Realm. And these are only used when an individual can't build or acquire what they need themselves or by other means.

Most normal gear and minor enchanted items, depending on the type but most have no more than 3-5 EP worth of additional traits, are considered Equipment. Magical items, advanced technology beyond the norm for the Realm, and other powerful items are either Removable or Easily Removable powers, always a lot tougher and more difficult to craft than the standard fare. Benefit [Wealth] Advantage is unknown within the Realm, for even kings and royals must earn their way in the Realm.

Social Class
With the vastness of the Realm and average distance between villages, towns, and cities within it, social class is ignored for the most part, with only a few tribes caring or some "nobles" who expect to be respected by others simply for their social standing. Although there are kingdoms within the realm, most villages, towns, and cities are ruled by councils, the mayor having the deciding vote on matters. Actions and deeds earn someone respect in most places, with even kings being ignored unless they justly rule and help their people. Some tribes of humanoids and other sapients typically have a might-makes-right kind of rule, their leader being the one who proves themselves the strongest.

Powers
In the Realm, powers of various sorts exist in one form or another. Special abilities of different species, those gained from training including the likes of magic. Natural magical talents, like sorcerers, are less common, but far from unheard of even in the smallest of villages. Some species, especially humans, dwarves, and their gnome kin, have taken to building technology exceeding the Realm norm, most seeming to be advanced retro-science fiction devices or magi-tech that blends science and magic in ways not seen since the Ancients.

Most magical items either duplicate the function of a machine or simple device using magic, with magical weapons, armor, and truly wondrous items being uncommon, due to the difficulty of crafting them and the personal energy which must be put into each one. Inheritance is the most common way of gaining such magical items, either given/left to you by a relative or mentor. But there are places in the Realm, old abandoned castles, dungeons, and more, within the Realm where adventurous sorts can find artifacts from the past or abandoned ones in the wilds or even lairs of monstrous creatures. 'Gods' and such are unknown with the Realm, with no "divine" magic for the most part beyond angels and those who listen to them. The replacement is shamanistic worship of spirits and nature, tapping into the powers of the Realm and its past.

Although psychic powers are known of, they are a rarity for most natives of the Realm, the few born with them are proven to be just natural magical abilities most of the time. A true psychic is normally placed in the Crystal Hall Academy and taught how to harness their powers by experienced psychics.

There are those within the Realm, who suffer or are gifted, depending on their viewpoint, with a spontaneous manifestation of powers, ones which aren't magical or even psychic in nature. Many in the Realm fear such individuals, not understanding them or their strange powers, and call them Abominations, seeking to drive them from their community out of ignorant fear of what they can do. More than one community has been destroyed by the Realm itself for the slaughter of such individuals.

Realm Travelers
With the barriers between other dimensions, realities and even times unstable within the Realm, some beings from the Realm sometimes travel to other worlds and places, most never returning. Similar portals have brought outsiders to the Realm, even from the past and future of other worlds. Those who come from outside the Realm have access to technology and powers those in the Realm normally don't. But they aren't are hardened against the threats of the Realm, thus don't get 20 pp/PL as Realm natives do. Unknown to those in the Realm, the Realm itself controls these portals, for its own reasons and purposes. A few have been allowed to arrive in the Realm under their own power, but only when the Realm lets them.

Dragon species template

The most powerful, or at least they thought so, sapient beings to exist within the Realm, up until a century before the Realm separated from the Imageria they were lords of what became known as The Realm. Using their powers they would shape the land as they desired, ruling over kingdoms of "lesser" species. But the other species proved too weak for their taste, thus they molded the very elements and brought them to life, as the 1st of the Dragonkin. Other dragons interbred with humans, elves, and other humanoids, their spawn born as Dragonkin as well.

The tyrants among them used Dragonkin as slaves, ordering them about and treating them cruelly. It was these actions that began the process of the soon-to-be Realm becoming aware, it helped the Dragonkin and other species to rise up and overthrow their tyrant kings. It took a war lasting over a century before they were truly free when the more sensible of the dragons wrote a peace treaty and settled in other lands.

They formed their own new kingdoms but ruled them fair and justly, fearing the awakened Realm and its wrath. From mountains carved out into vast lairs with villages and towns surrounding it, to massive castles surrounded by their citizens, the dragon kings learned from their past and have become a force for good.

And yet there are secrets from the past, hidden within the still wild areas of the Realm, which the dragons seek to keep hidden from all others.

Dragon Species template
The dragons of the Realm tend to appear like a classic medieval European dragon, having giant reptilian bodies, scaled hides, and wings. The color of a dragon has no direct connection to which element they wield or if they are good or evil. Although rare colored ones, like purple and steel, tend to have exotic powers beyond even other dragons.

The average fully-grown dragon ranges from 16-30 feet in length and half that in height, weighing tons and having great power. Although a secret from others in the Realm is that older dragons can will themselves to grow to an even greater size, upward of 250 feet in length and 125 feet in height; they do so only when expecting combat or to protect nature, conserving energy by staying at smaller size most of the time.

Average stats and common abilities for all adult dragons are included in the below template, with additional powers and abilities varying by the dragon.

Dragonkin species template

The 1st Dragonkin of the Realm was created by the dragons, mixing the elements with their magic. While other dragons interbred with the humanoids of the Realm, their spawn born as Dragonkin as well. Tyrants among the dragons treated them as slaves, ordered about, and treated cruelly. But with the help of the awakening soon-to-be Realm, they called to the other species of the Realm to stand with them against the tyrant dragons, the war lasting over a century before a peace treaty was signed.

Despite the dragons leaving in peace, some Dragonkin still felt they owed them for their existence and left with them, becoming advisors and willing servants, even in some cases their friends. But the bad blood between those who had been slaves and their former dragon masters never ended; they saw all dragons as a threat to their freedom and those Dragonkin who would work for them willingly as traitors.

The current Dragonkin are born from renegade dragons interbreeding with humanoids or Dragonkin born to other Dragonkin or Dragonkin/humanoid parents. They live in villages, towns, and cities with other species, preferring humans and the Gigas to others. Most are skilled in one form of craft and each has an immunity to one element or energy, most of the time the same as their Dragonkin parent but a rare few deviate from this.

The Dragonkin are the most diverse in terms of appearance and ability, each having a different mix of human and dragon traits, both physical and otherwise. From those who look like humanoid dragons with nothing beyond their humanoid hands and feet to those with just some scales or dragon-like eyes. Their scales tend to be red, green, gold, and silver, although other colors are not completely uncommon.

But no matter what degree of draconic traits they possess, all are strong and tough, along with an immunity to one element or energy. Some have a natural talent for magic, but they all have sharp senses. Training in sports and physical fitness has replaced combat training in the modern age.
