Jinn
of Islamic Myth

Jinn are supernatural creatures in a early pre-islamic Arabian and later Islamic mythology and theology. Jinn are neither innately evil nor innately good. Jinn are not strictly a islamic concept; rather they may represent several pagan believes integrated into Islam. The lines between demons and jinn are often blurred, since malevolent jinn are also called shayāṭīn. Scholars generally distinquigh thee types of supernatural creatures. . Angels, Jinn, and Demons (shayāṭīn). Jinn unlike demons can be both evil and good, while genuine demons are exclusively evil.

The Jinn were birthed from the smokless fire (or purest flame). They like humans can eat drink, have children and die, are subject to judgment. So will either be sent to heaven or hell according to their deeds.

Lately I have been intrigued by the subject of Jinn in Middle Eastern lore. This build took me a few days, but I'm rather proud of it. I used references from many website sources, and videos on the subject .

Nice stuff, B. I like the Jinns a lot. I've always struggled with their PL in both my superhero and fantasy settings. Some of them seem like PL8 types but others could be PLX.

Yeah, reading up on Jinn for my Monster in My Pocket series and D&D was interesting- I didn't realize they were a more generic term for the Middle Eastern equivalent of "Fair Folk"- odd mystical creatures of various origin and attitude.

Thanks, Thorp and Jab. :D
I get a creative streak every once in a while.
Been really on a D&D kick lately though, so been working more on my FHW stuff.
My D&D/FHW game I was GM'ing on Rolegate.Com went to crap. I just want to play damn it...

I've been playing overwatch recently, and have taken a liking to Baptiste. So I decided to stat him up.

Sigh.
I really never started to play with Baptiste, since he arrived when I was getting into Overwatch saturation.

I've only recently started playing again, after maybe a 2-year break.

My friend Ryan, did that Image you see there. I added the font and border to it. I then got inspired to turn him into a superhero. There was some randomness to it, using the Quick Roll tables in the Deluxe book. But it all ended up working out in the end quite nicely.

So.. all my old Marvel builds are now gone.. I suppose its my fault, for never trying to back up it.. But apparently the old M&M Archive no longer exists. Gives me an excuse I suppose to rebuild stuff.

Is the old ATT just down or is it gone gone? This has happened before.
