Tyragorn
HP: 21 AC:18

Tyragorn helped Aldan set up the temple according to his instructions. He was still bewildered by the amount of ... stuff going on in the elf's head. "We should hurry. Anyone else inside must know something's up by now."

Aldan

With no other input, Aldan will spend an action to try to pick the lock.

The lock is fairly unimpressive, and Aldan is able to unlock the door within ten seconds of starting. The door starts to swing inwards and then stops almost immediately with something blocking it's way.
It takes some muscle, but with Tyragorn the door opening is a forgone conclusion.

It appears that somebody stuck a heavy wooden chest in front of the door.

The room is spartan containing only a small bed, a trunk, and a desk.
The trunk is not locked and contains only a few clothes, chainmail armor, shield, and mace. All of these items seem to be designed for a woman of slender build.

There is another door on the north wall, unlocked, which leads into the north hallway.

"These must belong to Misha." Tyragorn looked over the weapons. "They seem to be in her size." He grabbed the mace. "Wouldn't want this to be used against us."

Georgia peeks over Tyragon's shoulder at the chest's contents. "The armor's too heavy for me to wear, but I could probably fit most of her clothes. Also she'll probably be even more annoyed when she finds her clothes are gone."

Aldan

Aldan makes a 'do as you will' gesture. As he goes about securing doors. He knows the thinner inner doors won't delay them near as long as the main door is, but it's something.
Does Misha seem strong enough to have moved the chest on her own?

Tyragorn looked at Georgia curiously. "Why would you want her clothes?"

The prisoners are easily moved into the room, and spikes are put into the doorway. Even if they get free it will be some time before they'd be able to leave that room, or for somebody to rescue them.

Leaving the room through the north door you enter a grand looking hallway. This hall has a gleaming white tile floor and a series of alcoves along the east wall. Each alcove is lined with black velvet to highlight the beautiful golden items there.

In the alcoves are intricately molded statues of what appears to be pure gold.
From the south going north the alcoves contain replica of a pile of beans, a cluster of barley, a bunch of grapes, three turnips, a large carrot, a cornstalk, a cluster of oats, a potato, and a stalk of wheat.

They appears to have been crafted by a master artisan, the only thing that mars the presentation is the layer of dust across each of them.
OOC: I took the liberty of putting you in room 10.

Aldan

Aldan will also spike the door between 10 and 3. After that was done Aldan paused to look at the wealth of statues in the alcoves. He supposed it would have looked suspicious for the snake devotees to mar or desecrate these public works of art and faith. Any of the Orlanians who saw such a thing would have known something was wrong at the temple to their Harvest Goddess. They didn't care enough for their ruse to dust them though. The build up of dust pointed the over-analytical elf to something darker though - something big was going to happen soon. There was no need to maintain the charade for much longer, they must think.
Aldan and his companions needed to move quicker.

He shared his conclusion once he'd worked out that revelation.

"We should see what's North, maybe find stairs up."

Tyragorn marveled at the display of wealth in a small town temple. It seemed very out of place when compared to the outside. "Or down. Who knows what else they've done while they've been here." He led the way as Aldan waved them on.

Aldan's assumptions are proven to be correct. As the hallway to the north turns to the west you can see a stairway going up. This area appears to be well travelled, even though there isn't anybody around at the moment.
Should anybody travel up the stairs they find the landing turns to a small hallway with a closed door at the end. There is no noise coming from behind the door, and if anybody tries the latch they'll find the door unlocked.

Aldan

Now wishing he had gone through with his threat to push a bound Misha in front of them if only to get her reactions as they approached a possibly trapped door, Aldan stopped when he saw the closed door and had the others hang back. He crouched trying to conceal himself in the corner and summoned a spectral hand to open the door. He then puts a cloak on a dowel to approximate a humanoid and has the hand carry the dowel, bobbing like a person walking, 15 ft into the room (still in sight of the door) and wait there. As it moves, Aldan checks if the hem of the cloak slides over any trip wires.

He listens for reactions in he room and watches for what might happen to the cloak.

This room is largely bare containing only some wooden benches and eight skeletons standing against the walls between them. The skeletons might have been hard to see in the dark room, but when the cloak goes floating in the skeletons jump to action, charging forward and hacking the cloak with short swords until the cloak falls apart or Aldan allows it to hit the ground.

The skeletons then march back their posts at the wall and resume standing silently.

Aldan

"Well,... heck." the elf says. He describes to the others what happened and ask the others if they have any ideas.
