The npcs have all rolled surprisingly well for this scene. The whole rig blowing up soon serves as a good distraction so they can't all get together and team up on all of you. One of the drawbacks of being a good guy or at least an antihero is saving people vs going after the bad person without regard to casualties, despite what Zack Snyder says.

Cognagion only has so much luck to spare in such situation, and it seems to be quickly running spare.

Sakuro, did you forget? You rerolled that, so you get a +10 bonus for it being under ten. You just hit his DC.

I'm at least keeping marginal control against the guy trying to nullify my enthrallment.

I was too busy being grumpy about my low rolls, and forgot about using a HP. Thanks for the catch Doctor Malsyn. I'm going to keep the description itself unedited, unless you want it changed Mr. Dent. I actually like the mental image of the double ribcage stab, and Garald screaming with light coming out of his eyes and mouth.

Low rolls afflict us all. The NPCs are rolling pretty good this scenario. Last scenario they had pretty bad rolls, so it balances out or something.

Its Kaitos turn. He has a couple obvious options such as trying to find whoever might doing the nullification with the necklace, causing more damage to further distract the Others, going after the illusionist, or something else entirely.

I'll need an insight check from Kaito.

That was seriously my bad, sorry for taking as long as I did. If He can locate the last of our enemies, can I inform the team via a free action?

The shared link is the same as talking, so a free action.

Is Kaito taking time to do a proper look around or just a glance as he passes through the rooms. If the former, it's a move action for a perception check. If the latter, he has enough movement to get where he's going in one move, but might miss something.

So, given that the teleporter wasn't hiding in the last room Kaito saw him in, and given that your description of the control room didn't have places to hide, I saw it similar to when you pass by/through a room you can tell if someone is there or not; this seems a non-action to me, but what are your thoughts?
Kaito moved as soon as the teleporter dissappeared, he'd assume that the teleporter didn't have time/inclination to actively conceal themselves.

Ok, making sure. As for hiding in the first room, he only didn't bother to hide when he noticed the others acting differently in the room. Before they started looking around vs cowering he was cowering as well.
