Still, even just being pinned is a good result. Should I make a strength check to bend some metal and have his hands and feat bound?
No need to roll Doc, i'll just give it to you as your out of combat now...

Only the one's towards the temporary food court(that's where the majority of the people were at the time of the Event).

Assuming it was OK to do so, all the wounded within 120 feet of Briar - definitely including the food court ones as that's where Briar was when things kicked off - have been carefully placed in the parking lot, as per:
Tentacles lashed out in all directions, filling an enormous volume some 250 feet across, avoiding the combatants but gently wrapping all of the victims and lifting them from the ground and up, around any of the fighting, to gently deposit them in a part of the parking lot far from any violence.
Not that they don't need medical treatment of course, just that they need it over there rather than over here.

Also, just for the record, what sort of injuries do the people Briar is rescuing have?

Nothing that can't be fixed by a nuclear heal bomb, I'm sure.
Am I dead? Am I alive? The answer may surprise you!

I would hope so! But still, knowing more about them might help us have some idea what actually happened here...

I thought about having Andy do a mass heal, but it would take him a full round at least to get to the parking lot, another round to heal, and another round at least to get back in the action.

Edit:
I had a math fail. Assuming the injured are 250 feet away, it would be 4 rounds each transit assuming he didn't get double his speed movement via athletics or a speed boost.

Given they rolled a 24 on their Treatment skill I think Briar has got it under control for the moment. At least I hope so!

Yep, so I'm not too worried. Besides, the pcs are still figuring out their powers and how to work together.

Weirdly enough, despite the Explosive looking aftermath, all people thst Briar's pulling have only minor injuries(besides being possibly superpowered :)) witch is really off(especially to Andy who was a Combat Medic) as an Explosion like that SHOULD'VE done more damage...

Images for the Octowoman and LS seem broken, my man.

I know, i spent FIVE HOURS trying to get 'em to work. Since i'm using a PS4 controller to type stuff(my home computer's in the shop for repairs, so any port's a good port at this point) i've had to type ALL image addresses and i know i'm getting 'em wrong somewhere..
