Okay, everything should (should) be set:
-improved some of her skills (2pp, so 6 skill points): Deception +2 (now maxed for PL 6 at +16 when using her enhanced PRE), Intimidate +1 (now +6, or +11 when Enhanced), Expertise (Ritual magic) +2 (now +8, her 'off camera' learning), Expertise (Law/EU) +1 (now +7)
-Improved her Regeneration to normal speed instead of Slow (1pp)
-Improved her Array (+2pp across the main slots, mostly to remove the limitations from her Zen Fighting slot)

Cool. Is the Ministry willing to supply accommodation to people (Lilly) who might want to stay in Hamburg for a bit?
Also, is there anything in Hamburg that might trigger Lilly's new Divine Awareness? It's fine if there isn't; she's probably aware of it as some new sense but has no idea what it is meant to be sensing in that case.

As a side note, when Amy is in a city, she'll generally stay at a Buddhist temple (The one in Hamburg just happens to be a Temple of Light). While she's there, she uses her healing abilities and other Force powers to help the temple out, as well as various chores they assign her in exchange for room and board. They of course encourage her studying and volunteer work. They don't expect her to be a Mortal Kombat fighter and she doesn't want to be one either.

Godly things I think, with the 'Divine' descriptor. The power is this:
So I was thinking other New Gods in particular, but deities (and other divinely-powered things) of other pantheons too. From the description the basic power doesn't do anything more tell you the thing you are Aware of is nearby, which is all Lilly has right now.AWARENESS; 1 RANK
You can sense the use of effects of a particular descriptor with a successful Perception check (DC 10, with –1 to your check per 10 feet range). Examples include Cosmic Awareness, Divine Awareness, Magical Awareness, Mental Awareness, and so forth. You can apply other Sense effects to your Awareness to modify it. Choose the sense type for your Awareness; it is often a mental sense, but doesn’t have to be. Awareness counts as an “exotic sense” for noticing effects with the first rank of the Subtle modifier (see Subtle under Extras for details).

Well, if Lilly does pick up Amy for a quick teleport to the Ministry, she might be able to sense something at the Temple.
