I feel like I maybe want to hold off until we figure out where we are with players and possibly calling in reinforcements.

And that makes 4!

I'm down to keep going with guys, at least until the end of this adventure maybe, if you're up for it.

Let's say they secure the prisoners and see if they scrounge up more support using whatever comm systems are in the house. So that those of us still playing can go out there and fight an invasion fleet. We've been tiptoeing around getting moving while waiting to see if someone else will say "we still the lion folk in the cage."

Sounds like a viable explanation to me.

Just gonna point out only Fulger knows what she is doing. She hasn't told us she can manipulate technology, and we've yet to see if shee'll even be successful in her currently attempt.

Not sure we have any in character reason to reasonbly suspect we could easily swat these ships out of the sky in a few minutes, much less do so in a way that won't cause significant damage to the city below.

Seems we are at an impasse. At least until we find out whether fulger's power attempt was effective, which makes the rest more or less trivial.

If it fails, we're kind of out of our scope.

Can we get a rough count of how many ships there are?

Agree that knowing their numbers would be useful. If there are too many finding their flagship or commanders and attacking them specifically would be a much better plan...
